Today, Jaime was my hygienist. She was very polite and nice. She asked me question about my teeth and health. She cared about my teeth and took extra x-rays to insure my teeth were okay due to the fact I haven t been to Smile Krafts since 2018. Thank you.

Jaime was amazing!! Super down to earth and cleaned my teeth perfectly! She also had some really good classics playing.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. They are always late, the staff is not professional, I do not know how they work with clients if they do not know how to treat them. Secretaries on cell phones and do not serve people well and if interrupted they get upset.

The people at the front desk have no customer service skills whats ever. No smiles, attitude and just unpleasant very unprofessional and unpleasant and rude environment. Would not recommend this place. Stay away.

Good dental services for cleanings, cavities, crowns, and root canals, and bridges. Nice people too.

Began taking my daughter here over a year ago, by far this has been a wonderful experience! Dr.Dhyllon is an amazing doctor, he took the time to know us and is very knowledgeable. Tina the assistant we usually see is also amazing! She is very friendly, and always gives us the best service! The whole staff wonderful, always very friendly. They have been very flexible when scheduling appointments and I look forward to continuing her treatment here.

The doctors were great with my nephew. They explained to him everything they were doing as they were working on him.

I will never step foot in there again! I took my 7 year old to Smile Krafters due to a dental insurance change. The dentist looked at her x-ray for literally 3 seconds, turned and told the hygienists that this was the 5th x-ray today that was not diagnostic. She then proceeded to look at my daughter's teeth and ramble things to the hygienist. The outcome: 7 cavities with 1 a possible root canal and cap, and 1 needed to be extracted. I was floored. My daughter had been at the dentist 6 months ago and 5 minutes earlier the hygienist as raving about how well my daughter brushed her teeth. Needless to say I paid out of pocket and took her back to her old dentist. She did a thorough check of her mouth, also used a "wand" that will beep when there is a cavity, and took more x-rays. The outcome: 1 small cavity!!! The tooth that was recommended to be extracted was loose!! And the tooth that was the "possible root canal" tooth was a baby tooth and had NO root. When the old dentist's office called Smile Krafters for my x-rays they were told they were too busy to send them. I am disgusted and angry. This dentist would put my 7 year old through all this for $$$$. I have since learned this happens to other children at their initial visit. They suddenly need tons of dental work after seeing another dentist 6 months prior. What a scam. They should be ashamed.

Most uterly rude place ever...you call and the ladies are very rude i took my son here and they never gave me my drivers license and insurance card back the lady said their fax printer or scanner diddnt work and did not have hippa forma foe my mom to take my son to the dentist...because I work they are very rude with kids and my son sensed it and hes only a baby hes sitting here before bed saying they were naughty...they dont even give your child a tooth brush or tooth paste to make it even feel like a place they would want to go back to its very hard for kids to sit at the dentist something small and rewarding would be nice as a child I always got tooth paste and tooth brush and a small tiny prize!!!! The dentist was very nice but the rest of the staff is not friendly at all

I've been taking my three daughters here for years, love the staff and the doctors are awesome! We've been in both the pediatric and orthodontic departments and I'm always happy with every visit! :)

Sally Ann was great and really informative with the new Covid procedures when visiting.

Impossible to book a checkup less than six months out. Every time my wife and I showed up for an appointment, I have waited an hour past our scheduled time to be walked back to a room, where you will wait even longer, barely any time with the actual dentist.

No issues with actual services performed. But this type of huge practice doesn't work in my schedule. It shouldn't be this hard to go to the dentist.

This seems to be the majority of complaints regarding smile Krafters.

I truly love Smilekrafters , everyone I ve encountered has been so kind . I have been to the oral surgery department as well as the orthodontist. Both experiences have been wonderful and everyone has been so helpful and comforting . I would recommend this office to anyone I know .

Haven't even gone here, but won't be after reading these reviews. I've called numerous times, sent emails and no response- just looking for a new dentist...I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I am not the type to write reviews about places. This place have me to. If you don t want to waste your time go somewhere else. I see other people that gave low reviews had the same problem as me. I scheduled appt 3months ago. My appt was at 3pm. I got there at 2:50. when I went, she was already making plan with the secretary to reschedule me for Wednesday without even asking me for approval. I am not even available that day. When I ask why she told it s because she was running behind. If she knew she wasn t going to have time. Why didn t she called me from home and tell me she can t. Worst place ever. If you want value your time don t go to that place. They overbooked themselves and cancelled when you get there. I wish i could give 0.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! they continuously cancel appts without telling patients in advance they wait until you walk through their doors to matter of factly tell you, they Talk to patients like you are beneath them and are unapologetic about there action. The WORST dentist i have ever dealth with. This includes all parts of the dentist office. The place needs to be closed down.

Dr Jackson is great. I had a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them all. Desiree was so funny and put me at ease.

Worst experience ever. My bf went there for his surgery everything seemed ok said they got all of the wisdom teeth out during surgery until a week later we realized they missed a piece of a wisdom tooth after ensuring us they got all of it.

At this point I already had my surgery schuduled with them. I didn't want to wait any longer since my teeth kept getting infected. They then called me and told me the Dr was going on vacation and I had to reschedule and wait another 2 months for an appointment. I then had to reschedule that appointment because I was unable to take off from work. Nobody would return my phone call after I left multiple voicemails final a week after the schuduled app someone called me back and told me I would be charged $150 for missing the app. I told them I would take my business elsewhere since you are clearly incapable of even checking a vm. They then squeezed me in for an appointment.

I went for my wisdom tooth surgery woke up and felt all the pain instantly in my mouth as the nurse proceeds to tell my bf I was emotional before the procedure and I'm emotional after the procedure because of the medicine. No incorrect I was just in pain my mouth was not numbed at all.

I then called a week after my surgery for a follow up app multiple times and of course no one answered or returned my voicemails. About 2 weeks later and about 40 calls later I finally got someone and explained food kept getting stuck in the one hole which was not healing properly like the others and that the food was most likely touching a nerve as it felt as though once the littlest thing touched it I was in instant pain on that side of my mouth. She proceeds to tell me that's not good and puts me on hold for about 10 mins to tell me it's normal and to rinse with salt water . I explained it hurt a lot and again she told me that was normal. Called a couple weeks later and got a hold of nobody. Went to my family dentist and was told the tooth next to my wisdom was damaged either due to the wisdom surgery or from decay in the wisdom tooth that took so long to get out. My family dentist also said that's something they should have caught and said something about during and after the surgery which makes me believe they were trying to cover their asses by not saying anything. Ridiculous the oral surgeon himself was nice and friendly. Other staff unprofessional. While the nurses were setting me up for the surgery they were gossiping and then talking about what they were going to eat for lunch. Keep in mind I haven't ate for the last 12 hrs. Inconsiderate to say the least.

If you can get into the back you're good. Getting past the front desk without a problem isn't easy. The people are generally pretty nice but the office sector sucks. I blame management.

This was my first time to Smile Krafters and I was very pleased with my visit. My dental hygenist Jaime was very caring but also extremely professional with her job. She cleaned my teeth very good and went over about proper brushing and flossing techniques. I will definitely be back for my next cleaning with her.

I wanted to wait for a while before I wrote a review. At a previous appointment with another office I was told, I was going to need to have a root canal on my premolar. I couldn't make it and there was a delay because I was traveling. I made an appointment at Smilekrafters to see what can be done as my regular dentist wasn't available. Dr. Kekul Bharucha did my full mouth check up. She was very thorough and empathetic. At no point I felt the appointment was rushed like other places. She is welcoming and friendly, and you feel like you trust her immediately. She explains what she sees in Cone beam scans and x-rays. The last two dentists at another dentistry both agreed there was no way around a root canal, but this doctor suggested she might be able to save me the discomfort and expense of a root canal from the 3d scan. Dr. K went the extra mile by doing some tests on the teeth and she immediately knew she could save me from the root canal based on my responses. She had to do some drilling to find out whether or not my root was completely exposed or not, but she was right. She was able to save my tooth without giving me a root canal. A protective layer was placed over my root, fully cleaned the tooth and filled. The assistants there are great in general. I have no pain and it has been over 12 weeks and counting. I have followed up with her since and changed to her as my regular dentist.
* The only downside is the wait sometimes, but nothing crazy.

For a pediatric dentist, you would think they would be more on top of scheduling. I was scheduled for an appointment for 715am and an hr later, I m still sitting here in the waiting room. You would think they would take these kids ages and their lack of patience into consideration. Horrible, horrible experience every single time. This is probably the worst place for pediatric dentistry, ever! I wouldn t recommend to anyone.

Great dentists, very friendly staff! highly recommend!

I will report them to the attorney general, ADA as they should be shut down because they have assistants filling teeth and they aren't dentists! I was 7 minutes late the second day as they were too incompetent to replace a filling the night before and I sat there for 1 hour waiting only to be told that the assistant won't be able to fill my tooth. When I asked for the dentist name as this was so unprofessional the receptionist gave me her first name and said she is an assistant. She said a dentist is supposed to monitor their work but they usually don't!! An assistant shouldn't be drilling and filling teeth & they should be shut down! I wonder how long it will be to get the x-rays! They erroneously billed me $100. for a cleaning and it was literally like pulling teeth (no pun intended) to get a refund!

I was in the waiting room for an hour before I gave up and left. I had an emergency appointment so I understand some wait but I made the appointment 3 days ago. So it wasn't same day or anything. It was very busy, as apparently many people are scheduled at once. Creating a surprisingly long line at reception.
Where several of the receptionists were in training. Again it's understandable they weren't proficient yet but the whole reception area was full of what looked like teenagers with no supervision at all. It was a very unprofessional atmosphere. The girl checking me in seemed to be brand new. Did not know how to do anything and kept asking the other receptionist for help. But the other receptionist was busy with the packed waiting room and long line I'd just been in so apparently she was on her own. She just sat there for a few minutes, playing with the swivel chair and talking to the other teenagers. The other girl told her to give me my paperwork to save time. But she didn't know where it was, told the girl that, was ignored, so she mumbled under her breath you give it to her and went back to playing with the swivel chair. Finally she went in the back to get help. Ten minutes or so later they finished and I sat down for another long wait before the other receptionist called me back, I'm not sure why. Went back to typing while I stood there wondering if I'd wandered into the twilight zone. Finally I realized an hour had passed and I was no closer to seeing a dentist then I'd been standing in line watching a bunch of teenagers and wondering what the dentists themselves we're like, if this is the initial impression they're ok with making. Now I'm home desperately trying to find a different dentist in a new city I'm unfamiliar with. Having wasted a whole day in pain from an infection I'll have even longer now.

The orthodontic office rarely answers the phone calls. I ve left several voicemails and haven t gotten a call back once! The receptionists are incredibly unprofessional and don t have the smallest clue about dentistry. In addition, if a specialist isn t there, there is no way they can help you even if it s an emergency, because no one else knows.The department itself seems truly unorganized at times.

Great experience! Lovely conversations with Jaime the Hygienist. It rained during my visit and was very calming. Also great music choice on the tv! Very welcoming.

I have been trying to get in here since July. Have been rescheduled 5 times! 5!!! I have now suffered from infection from an impacted wisdom tooth and just a generic "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" Yeah sure you are. Every time it's a new or slightly different excuse. "oh, we hired a new surgeon" or " the surgeon won't be in that late" SERIOUSLY!? Then why did you schedule me at that time. Most unprofessional place I have ever had the displeasure of trying to get into. Can't imagine what their actual patient care is like.

BILLING FRAUD! I am at my wits end trying to get back $425 for a service that was never rendered. Smilekrafters insisted I pay the money when I knew I shouldn't have to. It has been weeks and, when you finally do get ahold of someone, they just give you the runaround and excuse after excuse as to why they can't refund my money. Sara has lied to me repeatedly. I am going to the ADA and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I work in the hospitality industry and have been hit hard due to Covid.......I need my money. Unbelievable!

My daughter went for a cleaning and Sheri, her hygienist, was nothing short of AMAZING! My daughter is not a fan of the dentist to begin with, and Sheri not only has the patience of a Saint, she made her feel very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great experience, would recommend them to anyone. They are very considerate, and the Dentist is very attentive to my needs.

My experience did not start out pleasant. I had an appt. I spoke with person who called me to confirm my appt. when I arrived due my appt 2 days later, I was told I did not confirm my appt. I made another appt and never received a call to confirm my appt so I called myself to confirm.
NOW FOR THE Pleasant experience. Let me first say I am a baby at the dentist. The Hygienist Jamie was absolute AWESOME. I HAD THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! She was gentle, informative kind and caring!! Will only ask for her when I return??

Gabby was wonderful Great experience the staff is wonderful and answers my questions and they are always timely.

My doctor was Jaime at SmileKrafters. She worked really well, and took the time to teach me things about my teeth, and how to clean it properly. She made small talk to keep the room alive, and that was awesome. Overall, great visit. High recommend this place and Jaime.

Horrible dentist, most fillings I've had done there have had to be redone, you wait hours of you have a scheduled appointment, they are literally IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone. And they did a root canal on me that was not completely done, he left the pulp in and so now the tooth is reinvented ND they expect me to pay out of pocket a 2nd time for their mistake. Good luck folks

My family and I first chose SmileKrafters in hopes of straightening my visibly crooked teeth when I was about 14. At first, I was skeptical because many of the workers were on their phones, barely paying attention to what they were doing in my mouth. The braces eventually came off after two years. The orthodontist that took them off never took an impression and instead told us to return two days later to take impressions for the retainer. Two days... That's way too long to wait to get a retainer made when your braces are first taken off. After using the retainer for a week, it was mistakenly thrown away. My mom called the office immediately and they told us we wouldn't be able to get a new mold taken for another two weeks. Two weeks... My teeth shifted WAY too far and are now to the point of needing braces again. When we called and asked about making a retainer using my old molds, we were told that they were thrown away. There was nothing we could do. I'm now 17 and left with an overbite, extremely low confidence, and a feeling of self-conscious when smiling or taking pictures.

If you want to waste your morning this is the place for you. Scheduled for the first apt at 8:15 and arrived early thinking there would be no delay. Wrong! Employees didn t start showing up until 8:15. You can see them in the back talking and laughing until they were finally ready to start calling patients back. Either employees should arrive on time for their shift or don t bother scheduling apts until later.

As usual show up 15mins early and the office isnt even open yet. Appointments for 715am and 745am its 8am and they just started with the 715 appointment. I need to find a better pediatric dentist.

I would not recommend this office. I went there because they accept my insurance, and every time I went there was an unreasonably long wait. It took over an hour a few months ago just to schedule a cleaning on the phone. When I went for an oral surgery consult, I was there about 2 1/2 hours when I arrived a few minutes early and saw the surgeon for under five minutes. At this appointment, I asked if the IV sedation was required, and I felt belittled and shut down when just trying to ask a question that was within my rights. Each time I went to the office, my name was spelled incorrectly in a different way, and I gave up on trying to give out my married name. However, I must say the hygienists that treated me were all very nice.
Finally, I was called three days prior to an oral surgery and was informed that I would have to pay 5 TIMES what I was quoted for my surgery. Obviously I chose not to do so.

You are simply a number here. It was my daughters first visit there and I could not tell you who the dentist was and who the "nurse" was. Not once did anyone introduce themselves or talk to my 4 year old to make her comfortable, as she was sitting there obviously nervous. I have now called 4 times to try and get her medical records sent to another dentist and everyone gives you attitude when you request this and they will not fax anything I need to personally go in there. This is ridiculous and is by far the worst place I've been to.

Ridiculous not only is the work sub par seems like a free for all for dental students.....but just the wait to have the necessary repairs after a cleaning, then they discover new damage at the visit to wait even longer for, and good luck getting someone on the phone to even schedule an appointment for your child,or change something, ive had to call and call and do not receive answers, or call backs, if you have any other options in the area for a dentist, please do not use smilekrafters! beyond disgusted with how they handle their patients, this used to be a nice facility years ago, I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED?!?!?

EXCELLENT! Dr. Andrew and his staff were very friendly and were more than happy to explain everything in detail any time I had a question. They provide excellent service and his fees are extremely reasonable. I am very happy with my choice and would most definitely recommend this state of the art office!

I never in my life encountered a place more disorganized then this one. Terrible customer service avoid this place if you can.

I love this place ! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming . They speak to you like they ve known you for years and remember who you are . I actually have encountered the manager Cassie . That s unheard of most places you never meet anyone in management . She was so kind , so helpful and went out of her way to help me. She was so pleasant and didn t make me feel like I was a bother . This is the kind of place I want to bring my family !

Don't even consider this place if you are in need of dental work moderately soon. They have one root canal doctor, and he is only there a few times a week. This equates to months of waiting for a root canal. The oral surgery side isn't much better.

The wait at the office is horrible. I typically have to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour & a half to be seen even if I'm early to my appointment.

However, I CANNOT praise Dr. Heisler enough! She is wonderful & worth the wait! I suffer from anxiety & panic attacks especially in a medical setting (such as the dentist office) and I feel so at ease with her. She is kind, very knowledgeable, & honest with you about your treatment options. Dr. Heisler also is very in tune with her patients and is very accommodating. I really appreciate her use of the cheek guard (I had one hygienist who allowed the suction straw to get stuck to my cheek which was painful) and her use of the tooth pillow (it allows the mouth to stay open for her to work without tiring the jaw muscles). I can say that Dr. Heisler is the first dentist that I can say 100% I trust & actually enjoy being seen by!

Horrible!! My family and I have been coming here for a while now. Today we all had appointments. The front desk for my kids appointments were so disrespectful. Their tone, and attitude. They didn't even say hello. Blonde girl just rolled her eyes at me handing me paper work to fill out. I waited forever in the waiting area while the girls in the front just sat there doing nothing!! The phone rang not one of them picked it up. Now I know why you cant get no one on the phone. A guy worker flirting with one of the front desk girl. I Guess getting a date is more important to the staff than helping a patient. The other girl just sat their. The girl was to occupied flirting back with male. So unprofessional. I came today to see the male dentist since the female dentist has no bed side manners and they told me they had another dentist my children can see. Dr, shaw no different. My children's cleanings were done in like five minutes waited 30 minutes or so for the doctor to walk out the office. All the workers walking around lolly gagging. The doctor seemed not to care one bit that my children were waiting for him. the staff on the side just chit chatting. Even the staff that cleaned my children teeth cleaned them and no small talk or anything. They all seemed to be in a rush to talk to each other. The lady who took my children x-rays her nails were extremely long. how is that even ok at a dental place. I didn't see the Manager , maybe that's why staff was doing nothing. Usually you will see the manager walking around as well but speaking to parents and giving us a estimate of how much longer or apologizing for the wait. Since its always a wait in this place.The doctor was to busy on his cell phone texting or something.He didn't even apologize for making us wait. You could see him in the office just on his cell phone while ke keing with the guy who was hitting on the female in the front and the female in the back. I know many of my friends and their friends no longer come here because the female doctor lacks bed side manners. I don't care for her as well, waiting forever in the waiting area or even when you get called back you wait forever, they can never get you an apportionment.
It was just convenient for me to come here. Today will be my last day coming. Its no longer convenient for me to wait for ever to be seen, just because the people here are lazy, My time is important too.
I went to my side for my appointment. Front desk staff look so unhappy as well . I waited for a while these girls are so loud. Gossiping how this place sucks , they cant wait til the place it closes down, even the manager doesn't want to come back, they should have quit too like everyone else and the doctors etc.It took them a few minutes to even acknowledge I was there to check in. To my surprise I meet a new doctor. I cant recall how log its been since I had the same dentist. I meet a new dentist every time I'm here. I then realized something is wrong. Why are these girls saying this. DON'T GO HERE!!!! Its not worth the hassle. Plenty of other dentist with great service and staff. The bad reviews are REAL!!! I've seen a huge difference from when my family and I first started coming to this office til now. Seems they care about money and not caring for their patients. this place needs undercover boss or something.

I continually have issues with the "clerical" end of your office. I call multiple times, and it's always a 50/50 chance someone might answer the phone. Usually not. Is anyone even sitting at the desk to take call? But this issue albeit crucial to a business is minor compared to the incompetency of secretaries who cannot verify or even properly enter insurance information. Since my family started coming to this office years ago, we have our appointments have been canceled more times than we have been seen due to "insurance issues". This is not a problem on the part of my insurance, because although it had changed once, the problem persisted. We make appointments then get a call before them saying they don't have our insurance, or it doesn't verify, or some other "technical" difficulty. The last time they canceled both my daughters' visit because of this. I didn't bother to go in person because they left a voicemail a day or two before. I have attempted to give them my insurance cards literally EVERYTIME I have gone, only to be reassured that it's on file. Nothing has changed in the last 1.5yrs, my coverage remains the same. Yet my children's routine checkups are behind, and I have my own dental hygiene to continue as well. The dental staff themselves do great work, but what's it worth if we never go because the front desk employees cannot answer a phone and don't understand how an insurance card works? The scenery is nice, but it'd be money better spent on training. Thank you.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I took my 8 year old to get a cavity taken care of and they were amazing! The friendliest staff I ve ever dealt with! Dr. Shah, Mel and Evian were awesome!!!!!

My Family has been with Smilekrafters for a number of years both for Dental and Orthodontist services. The place and atmosphere is nice and the staff is great. They have always treated us well and done a great job.

Worst place called on the phone made a aptment and went well guess what she never made my aptment and I had to go the next day. Then for sergery day she asked if I ate or drank I said no I gargaled water and brushed my teeth that's it well guess what she tried saying I drank water so they wouldn't do sergery so they want to come the next day I'm over then worst place ever never again even after I paid my co pay. Doctor Nguyen Jackson did good with removing my teeth just watch out for the bad works.

I had a wonderful experience today with the attending staff. Loved the doctors numbing technique. Ladies were very friendly.

They do a crap job. They don't do a professional job and while it looks nice they just pump out patients. I'm going back to NJ to get a real cleaning, not where they are impressed I still have all my teeth intact. Ugh

Great doctor love the experience real cool and relax with his job. KIKI was also a great assistant she was attentive and explained everything step by step. Recommend 100%
