Worst office ever ladies at the front desk have no customer service skills what so ever signed a medical release form for my sons records to take to a new dentist still have yet to receive them it's been over a month I keep calling and leaving messages with whoever answers and still haven't heard anything back

Everyone seems nice so i want to like them but this office is really ridiculous. They won't see you if you are 2 minutes but have no problem making you wait for them for an hour or more. My husband's temporary crown fell out within a day and the 2nd temporary crown they gave him fell out within 45 minutes. My son's filling has fallen out 2x now. It isn't like we are gnawing rocks either! I waste so much time here.

My hygenist Dani was very kind and thorough during my cleaning today. I've had to reschedule in the past due to lots of things like work or simply forgetting that I had an appointment on a certain day. Even when I make things inconvenient for them, the team here is always nice and helpful to me.

If I could I d give negative stars. So unhelpful. Make an appointment for 11 and not seen until after 12 DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE.

Absolutely horrible place to get Dental work done. Worst customer service for any company I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phones or even return your calls if you leave a voicemail. When I schedule appointments with them, they ALWAYS reschedule. Not once have I had my original appointment honored. I have even got a text message from their scheduling system to confirm my appointment once and waited over an hour in the office before I was told that they "tried to contact me" to reschedule. I was never contacted, and was told they don't know how the messaging system works so it sends false information...

Please go somewhere else if you are looking for a reliable dentist/orthodontist. This is just my experience, I'm sure other people have just as bad experience, If not worse. They need new management big time.

This is the worst dentist ever went there for my son to have his filling done the scheduling department doesn't know what they are doing the staff doesn't know what they are doing I wasted a half day of pay from work for no reason...I would not refer anyone to this joke of a dental office ever

Jaime was my hygienist. She was very nice and thorough. The office is clean and everyone had the proper PPE.

horrible the office manager anna has yet to call me back she does not like to deal with problems at all i have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for her to call back im tired of waiting when i was there i asked to speak to her about the problem i was having with my insurance and to see what we can do about pricing i really was not making a big deal about it however the girl at the back desk told me how the office manager does not like to deal with any patients at all and how she will just brush patients off you must be kidding me who does that office manager is so HORRIBLE who ever hired her needs to fire her now the girls at the frontdesk were very nice and polite when i walked in doctors where awesome did not take me long to get my appointment scheduled for a new patient i would love to stay with this office but due to the office manager i will be taking my HMO insurance else where staff is good office manager on the other hand is horrible

Really bad They ask you to arrive 15 minutes before and wait an hour to be attended to by employees, it doesn't matter if you have to work

It's comforting knowing I'm not the only one who sees this office as a disgrace to dentistry. 95% of the comments are all bad experiences.
This office and it's staff are incompetent fools. I had a consultation for a terrible tooth ache, and I'm sure we all know how that feels. So, I had a consultation only to never get scheduled for oral surgery. Because of course the lazy receptionists lied about e-mailing oral surgery. Weeks pass I call them, my tooth is worse and I Should wait another month until I get it taken care of. They make patients pay for their mistakes and incompetence. Do not ever go to this dentist they are the worst in Allentown and deserve to be shut down for improper care of patients. If you have any Dental issues and need work please go elsewhere. Smilekrafters will only make you worse. I will also be reporting this practice to the ADA. I think it is time something should be done about the way this office handles patients. Especially, since the receptionist don't like giving the phone to the office manager.
Wanted to come back to add that the office staff (Oral surgeons and hygienist) are very discriminating against patients who need work done. This was my main concern for filling a complaint with the ADA. Also, beware that the Oral Surgeons work at multiple other locations. Like Whitehall and Bethlehem.

Dani the hygienist was so great! She talked me through everything and was just awesome!

I Didnt even want to give them one star. My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth that needed to be pulled and one the was deeply impacted. They rescheduled her 3 time over a year and a halfs time. She just went to another dentist got everything taken care of in 3 weeks and they had the nerve to call her today and say they needed to reschedule again. Get the hell out of here. She's already taken care of.. Horrible service I wouldnt recommend a corspe for a autopsy..

Dentist and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. And most important thing is that all specialties are under one roof.

Never had any issues while coming here ... maybe hard to get some one on the phone during peak hours but ... that's about it.

Joey was so personable and great. She made my son feel like they were just two old friends catching up.

Jaime Was very nice and kind and I usually don t like the dentist but she made me more calm and less nervous very good appointment.

Dr Dhyllon is excellent always friendly and is very efficient in his work! For me is the best!

Absolutely terrible. Dentist and ortho department aren t responsive and don t follow up. They re overbooked and understaffed.

1/11/21 - 6th month checkup; Jaime again always makes it much easier to come to the dentist!

Going to the dentist isnt always something people love to do, but Jaime made it fun to come and share funny stories!

I have had a number of procedures done at Smile Krafters and the staff is wonderful. Amanda is always so sweet and Carrie is great too. Dr. K is a wonderful doctor and always makes me feel so comfortable. I highly recommended this office.

Wonderful, amazing staff. Very thorough, very kind and took much of the fear I had away. I'm shocked at the amount of work I had done and how little pain I've felt. After so many bad dental experiences, my most important one turned out to be my easiest one. Thank you!

They drilled and filled wrong side of tooth female dentist always seemed out of it. Maybe that's why she missed the small cavity. They also like to give you a cost then over charge your insurance. Beware

Supposedly my daughter had cavities and had to get them fix. So they gave her N02. Now remind you my daughter is like 4 years old. The dentist started to work on her. My daughter was crying in pain and kept screaming for me. I heard her hand. All the dentist kept saying is stop moving I need to get this done. It took a lot for me not to put the dentist in the chair and do this to her. Now my daughter is afraid to go to the dentist and get anything done thanks to this people down there. Find somewhere else to go. They scared my daughter for life.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Worst dentistry I have EVER been to! DON'T GO!!!! The receptionists are young, inexperienced, unprofessional, and just rude hood girls.
They cancelled my last two appointments at last minute, and didn't even bother to call me. I sat in that waiting room for over a half hour before anyone would even tell me that doctor left for the day. The manager apparently left for the day? No email, no phone call nothing!
Horrible place. I will definitely be reporting them for sure!

Jaime was an absolute sweetheart! She made everything as painless and comfortable as possible for me. We chatted about The difference dentist hygienists and dentists. Dr.Patel came in and told me my teeth are not yellow but the traditional food might be the cause of it.

If you need HIGH QUALITY dental work done like Bridges, Crowns, Implants and restorations, I highly recommend Smile Krafters. Their surgeons are VERY experienced and VERY Professional. The quality is superb and I cannot be happier with them!!!.

My 2 boys were seen here and our experience was great! The dentist was so understanding with my oldest special needs child and even more so with my 4 year old. I am very pleased with this office!

Orthodontics Department is fine. I think those that rate it bad are looking for everyone to kiss their asses. It is a business. They get the job done. Quit complaining I have seen worse. Wish they were open on weekends.

My children have all had great experiences here. Which is the primary reason for coming here..
All the staff here are helpful and thorough. One of my younger children is a little hesitant when it comes to getting seen, but the staff are always patient and understanding.
We especially love Sheri the hygienist. She is very friendly and has a great rapport with children.
Wait times are sometimes long and sometimes it is difficult to get through to make an appt.

Worst possible place you could bring your self or your children. I feel like messing with this place will land you in jail.

Worst place EVER! My mother went there to get false teeth and they told her that she had to get a bone shaved down in her mouth or they wouldn't give her her teeth back. They ended up shaving down her bone ( which another dentist actually said should have never been done because she hardly had any bone to behind with) and they accidentally put a hole in her sinuses. Now her taste is way off and may have lost her sense of smell and taste permanently. She has a huge bubble in her mouth and her mouth is a mess. For her to even get this appointment took half a year because they NEVER answer the phone. Needless to say, she is looking for a lawyer and suing them for ever penny that they have. DO NOT GO THERE.

After setting the appointment 6 months prior for my toddler. i got throughout the week prior to my appointment 3 different confirmation of my appointment. Just to be told right when I showed up with a toddler early in the morning with raining that they have cancelled my appointment due to no- hygienist in the practice which it was probably a lie since the practice was full of patients. Not only didn t they called or try to communicate this, they waited till I went into the office. When ask to re-schedule the lady told me the next available appointments were in 6 months from now. Like i haven t just waited 6 months already for the appointment

My daughter ireis had a very good visit today the hygienist Jaime did a very good job and was very pleasant to work with, i hope all our visits are with her .She was also very knowledgeable on dental issues and information.

The scheduling staff here are the rudest I have ever encountered, not to mention the slowest. They have a huge hygienist turnover rate therefore you usually get a call 2 days before your appointment telling you that your hygienist no longer works there and they will have to schedule you 6 months out now you're waiting a year just to have your teeth cleaned. I imagine the hygienist quit because they are so unprofessional at the desk. When you ask to speak to a manager they tell you they will have one contact you however they never do. The hygienists there are amazing they are so polite and clean your teeth so well but the rest of the staff are horrible

Not sure about the negative experiences - Ever since my 8 year old has been here he's had a great experience. Staff is kind and courteous. Always helpful and informative. I've not had any issues!

Very very horrible dentist. They have a no late policy and send patients home after only being 3 minutes late, but at the same time they make patients wait for hours because they running late. When trying to reach them on the phone you be put on hold for hours! They also send my insurances bills that I paid already personally months before because they said my insurance would not cover. They do minimal work at each appointment and keep having you come back! The front desk girls are the most unfriendliest ever and none of these ladies should work in customer service! They re-did my filling it fell out twice after only 24 hours, when I called to complain they wanted to schedule me 2 months later to re-do it.. Would never recommend this dentist to anyone! They have way too many patients and no clue what they are doing at all!! Run as fast as you can, I think every dentist is better than these people! My insurance is checking on them after they were billed 6 months later for what was already paid!

They take extremely long, I had an appt at 11 and its 1pm and still here and manager said 1 hr behind, her insurance was not verify as well even do I provided the correct one, I had to call my self so they can confirm it, get your insurance verifiers to work!!place its nice and good, they book more then what they can handle and we parents tale day /time off work to run into this continuously issue. I will be looking for a new Dentist. PLEASE TAKE YOUR SCHEDULE SERIUSLY AND IF YOU CANT GET PATIENTS ON TIME DONT OVER BOOK!!!

Been going here for years. Friendly atmosphere, always pleasant, and most importantly patients come first. Jaime my hygienist today did a great job at making me comfortable while taking x-rays. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist. Seen Dr. Drei is the best! Joie was super helpful!
