God forbid you want to get a payoff more than once. I got a payoff on August 7th and never sold the vehicle so I called on September 12th to get another payoff and was practically yelled at because Anne wanted me to multiply the per diem she gave me the first time and figure out the new number to payoff on my own. The way I see it, if you don t like your job, quit. Hope I never have to do business with them again.
hopefully this was because I called at 4:30 on a Friday .... but still, the person that I spoke to could have been a lot nicer and that is I called to find out more info on a home loan. The lady I talked to sounded bothered just about the whole time I was talking to her. She kept trying to brush me off, saying that 'each loan is based on each individual...." which I completely understand. But, as I politely mentioned to her twice, there is general information that can be given about each loan regardless of the individual. The second time I tried telling her this and asking her another question, she raised her voice in disgust and interrupted me, trying to cut in and take over the conversation. I just hung up, why would I want to do business with someone like that???

I truly enjoyed my experience with this credit union.The staff makes you feel as though your part of a family.I will continue to finance thru them if I choose to purchase another vehicle.The rates are more than fair.
