I do not usually write reviews, but felt this needed one. I went there a month ago for my initial consult, Xrays, etc. The woman who answered the phone was rude and sounded annoyed that I even called that should've been my first clue! The dental assistant was super nice and if everyone would take notes from her they'd be much better off! The dentist didn't explain anything at all to me but said "couple cavities and a tooth needs a root canal." I was having issues with 1 of my teeth due to not having dental coverage for a few years, but explained repeatedly I wanted the tooth pulled and not a root canal. They said I had to make an appointment with their oral surgeon regardless, which I didn't understand. I scheduled the appointment and became very sick a few days before the appointment with bronchitis and pneumonia. I called with plenty of notice to cancel the appointment and because I couldn't immediately reschedule the woman on the phone had a major attitude...but I'm not a doctor and had no idea how long my body would take to recover from the illnesses. I was trying to be considerate and not infect their staff and fellow patients. So I finally recover a few weeks later and call to reschedule this oral surgeon consult. I had to give a detailed explanation (for some reason) and she the first available appointment was a month later in December. My tooth was very painful and had been for some time but I couldn't help getting ill. I asked if they had a cancellation could they call me only to be told they do not have time to do that. So the next day I called my dental insurance provider and found another office. I called the new office on Monday and they got me in on Tuesday only to tell me my tooth was infected and looks like it had been for months - I needed medication for the infection but they would pull it once the infection cleared. I cannot imagine a skilled dentist could not see my tooth was infected previously. I DO NOT need to see an oral surgeon at this new office as they said it's an easy tooth to pull and other dental office just do the oral surgeon consult to bill your insurance company extra money. I am on my medication and having the tooth pulled next week. If I just wouldn't have wasted my time here this tooth would have been taken care of. Now I'm trying to get this location to send my dental X-rays...this should be fun!

I will never return to this office again! My husband was over billed by $200. We emailed and called several times and no one will respond! I went to the office in person and spoke to the office manager - Anna. She said owe us $212 and they would refund us by check within 2 weeks. It's been 6 weeks and still nothing!!! Called again today and the service tried to contact the office but no one will pick up. Try haven't even released his records, which were requested 6 weeks ago as well. I may have to take legal action just to get our money back. Unprofessional, uncaring, money hungry business!!!

I'm a 45 year old male who finally decided to do something about my crooked, crowded teeth. Roughly 16 months in and I can honestly say that EVERY time I came for my Orthodontic visit, I left pleased.
Tina Dans, the head ortho assistant, is incredibly friendly, personable and professional and has always managed to put me at ease. She has also been very accommodating for the rare emergency visit if a bracket broke or a conflict in schedule. She is a true asset to this busy office.
Dr. Dhyllon is also an amazingly talented and professional Orthodontist, gave me a clear timeline in the beginning and always answered any questions ive had.
The ladies at the front desk, Milagros and another woman ,(whose name escapes me as I write this), have always been professional, courteous and VERY efficient and capable when handling my information, especially since some days are VERY busy here.
Always a great experience!

One of the worst dentist I ve been too. They canceled my appointment in July of 2020 and rescheduled it for today. Today the call me and tell me I have to reschedule due to bad weather which I understand, but they once again tried schedule me for JULY. I haven t had a check up or anything for that matter for a year and a half because they always reschedule it. On top of that whenever I go they always take like an hour to attend me and then an hour to help me schedule another appointment.

Getting a tooth pulled today. I was 10 minutes early like I was told to be. 40 minutes passed my appointment time and I was told it'd be at least 20 more minutes. I'm very pregnant and very hungry and VERY PISSED because I had to wait just as long for a consultation at a previous appointment. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. No one should have to wait like this. It may look nice in here, but I've been in less swanky dental offices with much kinder and quicker staff. The least you can do is inform your patients that you're running behind. Absolutely pathetic. Oh, and if you're late even a minute or two, they won't see you.

This place is ridiculous!! I had an appointment at 7:15 am, and they told me to wait until 8 am because they needed to confirm the insurance and the insurance company does not open until 8 am!. According to them "Their policy is to check the insurance the same day of the appointment", they should check it the day before before they confirm the appointments!!!

Let me start off by saying the Dr and all the staff in the office so far after a year of going every 6 weeks has been great. until recently we have not had any issues calling and speaking to someone in the office for an appt.HOWEVER over the past 2 weeks we have called mutiple times upward of 30 times to reschedule an appt.bc we knew they are normally booked up a few weeks and rescheduling would push her appt back. So every time getting a VM stating they would call us back we even went as far as emailing them still will no reply. The day before my daughter appt they called to confirm the appt we have been trying to reschedule. After explaining my extreme frustration with calling and NEVER getting a call back she tells me she can't change the appt but will have the office call me back. So sad that after over 2 weeks of calling I still had wait for a call back. Luckly someone did return my call but like we knew would happen, rescheduling would push my daughters appt. out almost 4 weeks which is why we were trying so hard to contact the office. When she is to be seen every 6 weeks and has a wire poking causing pain waiting 4 more weeks is not ok. I would never had picked this type of orthodontist office if it wasn't only 1 of few orthodontist my not so cheap dental insurance covered. The extreme frustration of their phone system is enough for me to think about just paying for the rest of her treatment somewhere else.

I've been coming here for yrs now my children come here, I trust them and am always pleased with my experience. Today I got my teeth cleaned for the second time by Dani a very gentle hygienist who really cares about me being comfortable which is a biggie for me. I recommend this place many times and will recommend Dani specially to anyone who is a little nervous or sensitive. Awesome girls in the back, they genuinely care. Yes really!

The staff seems friendly here and the dentist's know how to get stuff done. I tend to spend more time in the waiting room than I do with the actual dentist. The parking here sucks, so schedule for an early appointment to get a spot. The interior of this area is nice and clean. Pleanty of seating, so no need to worry about standing while waiting for your appointment. I am more than grateful to this place because at one time I needed to have an emergency root canal performed immediately and they did it for me!

However they absolutely have no idea how to answer their phone. Whenever I try to make a call I'm typically waiting for someone to answer for about 20+ minutes. As of recently though sometimes I get through in a more timely manner. So I do hope they're working on that issue.

I wouldn't recommend this office at all. I was paying out of pocket every time I went and later found out by my insurance company that I was paying them too much. After calling them they told me I had a credit on my account that I can use or get refunded. I tried calling them to get it refunded and they tell me there is no credit. This place is a rip off!!!!!

Often gives understanding of dental hygiene in a laments term basis which makes the information comprehensible to non professionals. If personal preference were allowed, she'd be my top choice every single visit, hands down.

This is the second time being at this dentist office.. First time my son went for x rays and a cleaning the lady's were ok with him didn't really have patience and the doctor kept saying nothing but if you don't be have I'm gonna send you some where else. Well today on the second visit my child had a cavity filled. Mind you this is the first time in about 3 4 years that he's had any work done to his teeth and the doctor had no patience and the whole time during the procedure she kept saying I'll send you some where else.

Very rude id say have some patience this is a PEDEATRIC DENTIST with children.

Needless to say we are going else where for my son.

Didn't even make it into the waiting room. I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist, and they happened to be on my dental plan. I called them up and they said the EARLIEST they could fit me in was a date that was six months away. I thought that was a bit long but assumed that's just how things are moving to a smaller town and figured I'd wait it out. Six months later my appointment was coming up and I hadn't received any sort of reminder calls or texts and I started to get worried. I called them (and they didn't pick up) and eventually left a message asking them to call me if there was an issue with my appointment. The DAY OF my appointment I still haven't heard anything from them and called again, and was told that my appointment, which was May 2nd, was rescheduled to November. They did not contact me, and when I asked, they said they were never going to contact me. So I don't know WHAT the plan was for when I showed up. I asked them, since they were the ones that rescheduled, if there was anything earlier they could do, and they said November WAS the earliest. I called a difference dentist's office and they got me an appointment two business days away. So know that there are better options out there. I think I definitely dodged a bullet not coming here, you should not either.

Have tried to get my wisdom teeth out for 7 years now and finally I did. I m so happy I got it done with SmileKrafters. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I m having barely any pain and discomfort. They set me up with everything to healing correctly. Dr. Nguyen is fantastic. If I ever need anything else done, I am definitely coming back.

Firstly I had to give a star to give a review otherwise I would not have given any. Had to consult pediatric density for a procedure Went to first appointment Ridley greeted by front desk staff with an attitude. Waited 1hour and 45 min for a 5 min consult. They tell me they will submit the authorization and it may take a few weeks till they hear something. So 3 weeks later I still hear nothing. Calling calling calling calling and never get anyone on the phone. Leave several messages on a recording stating someone will call me back. Still nothing so I take a 30 minute drive to the office. The office manager which I believe her name was teach says OH THE PROCEDURE WAS DENIED so I said ok no one never called me to say that. It was denied supposedly 8 days later after submitting the authorization. Her response was you SHOULD have received a letter from insurance I said no nothing. She said well I don t know what to tel you but call the insurance. Moving forward called insurance and they said it was not denied it was approved on 4/12 and only good till June 5. If this was not the only place that could do the surgery I would go some where else. It s unfortunate we have incompetent people working there and does not even follow up regarding the issue. So now we will wait for yet another phone call to see if we can get it done in the meantime.

Would not recommend this place at all.

Absolute terrible customer service. I was on the phone for 15-20 minutes just to get my daughter scheduled in for an appointment. The representative sounded new and seemed to require assistance from another colleague as they were trying to verify my daughter's insurance. I was then given a date and time for an appt and once I arrive I was immediately told my daughters insurance was inactive. I then gave them her card and asked they verify again as we have a family plan. The receptionist seemed confused and another staff member assisted and told me she was inactive and there was nothing they could do. I was instructed to verify with my insurance and reschedule. I explained they could have informed me prior to coming to this appointment and that my husband called as I was there and verified my daughter is active. No resolution. I called the general office and was told I would receive a call back and no response since yesterday. Tried calling today and was on hold for 10 mins only to be asked to leave a voicemail (I also had the insurance representative on the phone to clarify). Highly disappointed and will not continue trying to receive services from a poorly managed clinic.

I don't know where to start .. first make sure your schedule is free cause you will be sitting in waiting room for a hr+. Poor communication with patients and very quick to get you out after waiting for so long. You call and leave a message and no one returns your call I have to leave at least 3 and maybe just maybe they'll call back half the time I have to just keep calling till I get someone to pick up. Front receptionist are unprofessional in some ways. I could go on for days but I don't want to waste no time in saying DO NOT COME HERE!

Worse experience my child ever had. Since she was there the dentist who work on her hurt her. My daughter had a cavity, instead of numbing they put NO2 on her. The kid was balling her eyes out in pain the dentist who wasn t even from this country said she can t feel it. The kid was crying. She literally jumped into my arms. The owners of the business was told about this and nothing was done. All they care is money. Screw the patients. Now she is terrified to go to the dentist. So I suggest go somewhere else and not there. And sad this the owners of the place wouldn t physically talk to me and this was years ago.

I called 2 weeks ago to schedule an appt, had to leave a message, a week later no one called me back, so I called the following week to schedule an appointment for my child and finally got through to a person. I pressed option 3 for periodontist ( I found the info in our insurance website) .I had a referral from her dentist. I was asked by reception what was the referral for. I read it and even said the dentist is concerned about gum graphing .Ok appt scheduled. Went to our appointment yesterday to be told that I need to see a periodontist for this. Well yea I know that's why I called. So basically I drove one hour one way bc that's the closest periodontist that takes my kids insurance, for nothing. Not happy at all! Before I left I asked the receptionist about a peridontist on site. She said uh yeah over there( pointing at the wall) then she continued on the computer, didn't offer any info and called the next name . I blame receptionist for this. Learn your job. The dentist and dental assistant we're super nice and I have no complaints about them. I did recheck and called again the same number to see a periodontist. I'm waiting for a call back .

Absolutely AWFUL!! Their call center is outsourced and to try and get anyone to get you in contact with the office is impossible. Everytime I need something I need to personally go into the office to talk to a manager.

It seems this place is going downhill in a hurry. For months they have NOT been able to handle their phones. An 3rd party answering service is being used and they aren't doing a good job. I have been trying for weeks to make an appointment for my daughter to get in for her braces, but I've called, left messages, and asked for a call back to no advil. No one seems to care. Time to find an office that answers their phones and cares about setting up appointments

Today was the first time coming here, the appointment went very well and I'm very happy with the hygienist Sally Ann, she was very friendly and professional same as Dr. Patel. I give only three stars because of the trouble to just get an appointment, the personal there never answer your call you either leave a voice message or a message with someone at a call center. I had to call around 10 times before I was able to make the appointment, they don't call you back and if they do and you can't answer the call you have to start all over again. When I complained that they called me when I wasn't available the call center agent answer was, be ready to answer the phone next time. Seriously? And I don't know why it's so hard to get in contact with someone in the office, today I saw 5 associates at the front desk just talking and laughing while I was waiting to be taking care of

Well I am writing this review before the beginning of my procedure but Gaby is a excellent assistant and the doctor, katina, has an angel touch applying the num injection. I recommend smile krafters after I had my extraction I can confirm before: the doctor has an angel hands I didn t even feel any pain or notice until I was told that she finished.

My son is on the Autistic Spectrum and Sally Ann his dental hygienist is so patient, caring, and thorough that I feel her work alone is the reason I keep going back to SmileKrafters. She deserves 10 stars and more. She took the time to make sure he understood what she was doing step by step. This helped him feel comfortable and safe. Transitions are a challenge for him and she alleviated his anxiety by explaining every step of her work with him. Sally Ann's passion for her work inspired me to become more thoughtful and thorough in my career. So grateful for her work. Very polite and loving.

I switched dentists a little while ago because of the same reasons others are stating. Although I found the staff I encountered at the receptionist areas to be friendly, when I needed them on the phone they couldn't be reached... Leave a message about records needed asap... I'd be lucky to get a call back. They had crazy waiting room time of over an hour about 60-70% of the time I had an appointment. One time I just ended up walking out because I had to pick up my kid from school... I was too frustrated and behind schedule to even wait in line to tell them I had to go. The waiting room was usually packed to full capacity; At times, there was literally no place to sit. I had a different Dentist just about every time I was there, which seemed to only complicate my situation and made me feel like I had to keep explaining myself; Although they were all nice and competent as far as I could tell in my limited time with them, encountering a different dentist almost every time didn't feel like steady care.

The only reason I gave an extra star is because of Dr. Sorin. He is a truly kind man, and was very professional. He even went as far as giving his off-hours phone number to make sure I didn't have any complications. To me, that is above and beyond and a great way to gain a patient's confidence. The only thing that bothered me is that he was called away about 3 times, about 10 min at a time, in one hour long procedure. He's obviously one of the more valuable doctors there... but when I'm contorted in a chair getting a root canal, with a sore neck, sore jaw, mouth forced agape, and a crater drilled in my tooth.... I gotta admit I was getting super frustrated. Not that it was his fault that he was repeatedly called away, but i think as a courtesy to his patients, he should demand minimal interruption from his co-workers. When I'm plopping down something like $900 of my own hard-earned cash on an attention-sensitive procedure, I'm gonna want the guy's full attention for the hour I'm there.

Overall this place seems really nice when you walk in- you kind of feel lucky that you found such a nice office... but then you start having regular work done and then the looks start to lose their polish, you see a new dentist every time you get a cleaning, checkup, ect. and you feel like you're just another piece of meat in an overstuffed waiting room. Based on my experience throughout the years I went here- I would recommend to look elsewhere for dental care. Dr. Sorin Is very worth your time and money, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him- but as I said earlier- just hope he doesn't get called away while your in the beginning, middle, and end of your procedure by a nurse or dentist with less knowledge.

While I'm writing this review, I think it's worth noting that the responses I've been reading from the owner seem to be mostly polite while also being dismissive- Very unusual to call people out for having a different name online than what you have on record. You are a business owner- if you are getting bad reviews, maybe look at the level of service you offer as the reason for the negativity of others, and make changes where needed and apologize in a heartfelt manner. Most people don't want their name publicly associated with their personal health issues, or for you to make public details of their visit or individual situation.... just ...duh. You provide a service and should take the criticism for your shortcomings and fix where needed. Your patients are looking for personalized care while they are in your office- not to be personally called out publicly online because you gave bad service. You earned a 2.5 star review out of 187 reviews... obviously you're not doing something right in many situations, not just one.

Any business is worthy of turning things around with time and dedicated leadership. With that said... I won't be coming back, I stuck around for 2+ years waiting for things to get better and only became more and more frustrated to the point that I had to go elsewhere- there was just no other option.

This is the worst dentist i have ever been too! The dentist and i made a whole treatment plan then the next week i come in to get my teeth made for when i get my teeth pulled and they have no clue what the dentist wrote in her notes for my teeth. Then they pull the dentist back and she could not even read her own notes! They made sure i paid them $500 before even taking me back that day and then wasted my whole appt because they had no clue what they were doing even though we had already made my whole treatment plan!! So i had to reschedule for another day after getting a babysitter for my two small kids that day, to leave and have no teeth made and completely wasted my time. Now they send me a letter saying they will no longer treat me because i was rude to their dentist!!!!!!! Their dentist should have known what we spoke about and should have put the notes in right for my file.

Dr. Dyllon is excellent as well as all of his staff. Especially Mrs. Wisser. Very professional and office is always pristine. They always accommodate to your schedule. Would recommend to everyone.

The dental assistants are the only decent staff here! Good luck trying to keep a generalized appointment scheduled 6 months in advance or trying to schedule a filling. You'll be waiting 3 months plus for anything! I received a letter in mail stating the office would be closed January 19th and that they need to reschedule the appointment I made back in July! Working in the health care field myself I find this complete Ludacris. Get more staff and Dentists that actually want to work!

This office never runs on time and customer service is terrible. Appointments for my two children in the past year have been cancelled a day or two before the appointment and another appointment was not available until 6 months later. When rescheduling, they always say: " we always have cancellations, just call in and you can get an earlier time!" I have tried twice a week for months to get a cancellation and the receptionist practically laughs at me when I ask and tells me there is nothing available. They ask us to arrive 15 minutes early but we are rarely ever called back on time for the appointment. The dentists are fair to ok, but we never see the same dentist twice and I feel they have missed some critical things over the years. I am desperately searching for a new dental office for my family.

My daughter has been going to Dr. Dhyllon's Orthodontics office for almost 2 years. The staff is wonderful from the front desk Ladies to the Technicians as well as Dr Dhyllon. Kate is her usual Tech and she is amazing at her job and so kind. My daughter enjoys going which says alot. We would reccomend them to everyone looking for an Orthodontist.

We take all 3 of our children here. They are by far the best dentists we have ever been to. Our kids are actually excited now when we tell them we have a dentist appointment. The staff is beyond friendly and it is a very comfortable atmosphere. We are now moving on to Orthodontics and are finding the same great experience there. We moved out of the area about 5 years ago and still drive over 45 minutes just to take the kids their! I highly recommend SmileKrafters!

I went to SmileKrafters multiple times the last two weeks and each time was great. Jamie had done my cleaning and not only was she really nice she really knew what she was doing. She explained everything to me and was very helpful. I later that week had fillings done by Joie who was really awesome and so quick. I didn t even feel the needle for the novocaine. I ended up then also having a wisdom tooth pulled within a week and was so shocked how quickly I was able to have all of this work done under one roof. By the end of the week I was feeling at home. Dr. Jackson was so quick and even though I ve had teeth extracted before it has never done so smoothly. Definitely recommend SmileKrafters for all your needs. So easy and quick.
