First experience with oral surgery. Took us back early and Tori was so patient and took time to give full explanations while waiting for the surgeon to come in

Not worthy.

Pros:
The office is clean and nice.

Cons:
1. They told me I need surgery... And even make an appointment for discuss it. When I came they left me waiting forever and when finally someone came was for ask me if I have questions. The first was, who is going to perform the surgery. Answer: whoever happens to be on the floor by then. I left knowing nothing about the surgery because they assume that if I don't ask something is because I already knows it.
2. Regular cleaning appointment at 4: 00. Arrived at 4: 05 and they couldn't see me. After rushing like crazy getting things done with 3 children.
3. The new patients have their appointments sooner than regular patients. Once you are a patient there you might have to wait an average of 2-3 months for solve any problem. 4. If something happens to you or if you forget an appointment made 3 months in advance you will have to pay fees.

When you call they don't answer the phone and tell you to leave a message for them to call back which never happened for me. So after numerous times calling them I finally got a human being. They scheduled my appointment and when I showed up for my appointment they scheduled incorrectly and told me I would have to reschedule. So after dealing with tooth pain for a week and finally getting to the dentist they told me I would have to come back in another week. Needless to say, I went somewhere else. I will never set for in that place again.

Showed up with my brother for an appointment and waited 45 minutes to be seen. Still wasn t seen. Yet, three employees could walk out from the back and have a conversation with someone s family. Don t have all day to sit around for someone to be seen. If an appointment is for a certain time don t you think you should see them at that time or at least let them know when they check in that you are running a little behind.

I am someone with extreme dental phobia, I had a tooth removed by the oral surgeon. I was not able to be put to sleep due to some other health issues so I was terrifed to have a local extraction. It was the best experience I could have had. I would not go anywhere else after this.

Jamie our hygienist was outstanding!!! She took care of my son and was very pleasant during our entire experience. Thank you!!!!

I love the staff here everyone there so nice and caring and Jaime is incredible and really good and thourough and funny I love her I consider a friend thankyou
