Shocking service - I am still awaiting my order it has been 4 weeks now after I was promised next day.
I explained I needed the uniforms for new staff photos which I have had to delay now costing me money for the photographer..... And as I write this I STILL HAVE NO ORDER!!!!!

Possibly the worst customer service ever!

Possibly the worst customer service ever!
I was advised the product was in stock via the website and had been dispatched, it never arrived.
Then I was advised there was a problem processing the order as the warehouse was not showing stock when their was actual stock?!
This went back and forward via email until I called and eventually got my item sent out.
However sizing is very small so this was returned . Like ordering the process for a refund is ridiculous, I was sent an email advising they had received your return , then 6 days later I received another email to say my refund will take another 10 to 7 working days

Received a dirty tunic. Had been worn before, smelt of body odour and had a dirty tissue in the pocket. Returned it, and never received a replacement despite paying for it. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone to 4 different departments, no one could help, so I have given up!

If I could give no stars I would. They are an awful company with the absolute worst customer service. I have been chased by them and their debt collection company over payments for items I returned, and sent proof of return time and time again. When trying to deal with the issue I have been fobbed off by every member of staff. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The staff were very friendly over the phone when I ordered my Student Nurse dresses (UK) I couldn't fault their kindness!

However, my order was sent to me wrong 4 times. The first time, they gave me tunics instead of dresses. The other 3 times they kept forgetting the loop holes on the shoulders of my Student Nurse dress. (i am aware this is the warehouse problem, and not the staff who i spoke to over the phone)

To conclude, staff were nice, good quality, student nurse dress sizes are very large (i am a 10 and i could have got away with a size 6) The warehouse seem to be very unorganised, but luckily i didnt start placement anytime soon so this wasnt a huge inconvenience for me.

I am fed up of receiving emails from Simon Jersey saying that I need to pay a bill which I already paid.

I have paid with my Amazon account and I guess this might be the problem, but if you guys can't manage it, or are losing track of customers payment, then do not offer this payment option.
I have contacted you guys by email and by phone last year and as far as I know, it was sorted out. So why it still dragging on?

I bought some items from Simon Jersey in March and after I had paid I discovered that they could not supply these. Its over 3 months later and they still have not returned my money. I've informed trading standards and would urge others to do so as well so this company can get properly investigated.

I ordered my uniforms way back at the start of May. I never received the uniforms and it took email after email and phone call after phone call for someone to even acknowledge me. I was finally contacted about 2 weeks ago, 3 months later and I'm now sending numerous emails to even get my money back.
I will never deal with this company again.
I know these are hard times but there is no excuse for ignoring customers or withholding money.

What a fantastic company. I have found Simon Jersey to be absolutely outstanding. The customer service was kind, efficient, prompt and helpful. The quality of and range of the products is excellent, yet such a competitive price too. They have even donated some supplies to my son's disabled school. I would 110% recommend this company if you want good and honest service, and good quality long lasting clothing.

These have just been delivered long sleeve with writing on the back. NOT what I ordered.Still waiting for two more orders. I cannot contact them by phone and I want all my money back. WISH ME LUCK. What a nightmare this company is to deal with. I made a relatively small first order of 5 shirts paying by PayPal upfront. The items were in stock and I was expecting delivery within a few days. A week passed so I logged onto my account and it showed they were still awaiting dispatch. Curious as to what the issue may be, I rang the customer helpline. I was told by a young gentleman that credit control had put my order on hold, I asked why as I had paid upfront by PayPal, credit control should not even factor into my order (I also checked that the transaction went through....it did). The young man looked into it, then apologised and tried to put me through to credit control so they could release my order. After a wait on hold, he came back on the phone, apologised and stated they must be busy but that he would send them an email requesting they release my paid for order. A week later still no order! So I logged in, guess what?.....yes that is right, still "awaiting dispatch". I rang up again and this time a lady answered, I explained the problem previously, and she said yes it looks like credit control still have not released the order. I requested that my order be cancelled and due to the reviews on other review websites including google told her I would be requesting my money back directly through Paypal (customers have allegedly had issues with refunds not being made, or being invoiced twice). I told the lady life was too short to be chasing few shirts I could buy elsewhere, she did apologise and I realise it was not her personal fault but I did state I felt credit control/the company was incompetent. I will be especially annoyed if their credit control has conducted a search on my credit file (leaving a search footprint that affects my credit score) when I paid for the order upfront. I will be checking this out as I never signed a credit agreement with them. I would not bother with this crowd again, a bunch of time wasting messers is probably the kindest way I could put my experience with them. Thank goodness my 1st order was a small tester one and not full kit especially if they are going to potentially be a nightmare to obtain a refund from.

An awful experience in every way.

An awful experience in every way.
A small order took 6 weeks to complete.
Our order was lost/forgotten mid process.
The process in general was very outdated and labourious.
The customised stitching was very messy and noticeably lower quality than our other suppliers.
When you call Customer Services you wait a long, long time for an answer. I learnt to call Credit Control who answer straight away.
Emails are often not replied to. (holiday season?)
We have always used Workwear Express but wanted to try another supplier that offered a different style of garment. We thought we'd try SJ, this was a big mistake.

TEN days later they responded to tell me that although they have held my money for ten days they ve now decided the item is out of stock?
NO mention of refunding my money!

They lie about their stock so that you order and then only deliver a tiny fraction of the order when you have paid the full cost of the delivery and don't tell you anything until you get in touch with them. In short, you will inevitably waste your money in addition to your time with them so just one piece of advice, do not buy from them.

Absolute disgraced with there customer service and communications they are a shamble please do not order from this company!! I ordered before Christmas didn t receive my order until end of January, so I then cancelled my order and bought from elsewhere and they granted me a full refund and now 4 weeks later they send me another invoice asking me to pay for another item of clothing. I honestly think this is a scam !!

Been waiting for a delivery from an order, has not arrived. Was informed it had been dispatched by an automated email and still no delivery. Have attempted to call customer services number but it is not operational. I have emailed twice and had no response. Currently out of pocket as have paid for items that I do not have. Hugely disappointed with the service. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered and paid, when I noticed 4 out of 8 items missing on the delivery docket, I contact them to be told some items were expected in June 2019 (yes 4 months from now) and others had no ETA at all. Up to me to wait for delivery on the useless half a set they sent off, refuse it, then contact them to cancel the order and hope for a refund. Mind you all emails are ignored and online chat is unbelievably rude and combative. At Simon Jersey a 4 month delay is perfectly reasonable on half a set of uniforms for 8 staff and doesn't even warrant a notification email. 'Rebecca' couldn't have cared any less and told me " I would have been told the items were out of stock when i paid" despite emails proving the contrary and these being the only items I could order as they were in stock. Thank God I paid with paypal because the money would be lost otherwise. Buyers beware! This sort of thing is ILLEGAL in Australia!

All l received from the account department is payments invoices. I will never use this company again. I bought few tunics and trousers online with 25%off intro discount. The trousers didn t fit so I wanted to exchange for a different size. Unfortunately I was told that it won t be possible. I can only have a refund and the new pairs I have to buy for a full price. I ve never heard of a clothing company which doesn t offer an exchange! As a gesture of good will they offered a 10% off which I thought was a joke. When I requested to speak to the manager, conveniently she was at the meeting . Lady in customer service was very apologetic, but that doesn t change the subject that she wasn t helpful at all. I ve spend an hour on the phone and end up not achieving much, except a high blood pressure, and bad mood for the rest of the day... not to mention I still don t have any trousers to work!

Ordered work trousers on the 2nd april. Website stated check out within 2hrs 4 mins to qualify for next day delivery. Next day arrives no trousers. Recieves an email stating estimated delivery 1st may. A whole month? Phoned simon jersey after several emails unanswered... was told initially out of stock. The told me system error and would "try" to get my delivery to me by this week or next. A whole month nearly of waiting to start a job due to this company unable to do the basics of customer care. You could not pay me to use this company.

What a terrible company, placed an order which after numerous emails I am still waiting. Not only do your emails get ignored when they can be bothered to respond you get a very rude response telling you more or less not to contact them as they are dealing with your enquiry but obviously this is a lie. The money came out of my account straight away but still no order received and they never get back to you. I will have to chase it up again which shouldn't be down to me. How this company is still trading I will never know it is a disgrace, will never order if them again and hope no ones else does. Hardly surprising on all the poor reviews, sort yourself out simon Jersey you don't deserve our business.

This is the worst company I have ever used. I experienced a long list of problems, from orders taking months to arrive, incorrect embroidery and wrong products being sent. When I raised these issues with the company I was told different products had been sent to me as they were out of stock of what I ordered. This was not discussed with me prior and meant I had staff wearing 3 different styles of shirts. I was then promised a 25% discount and free embroidery in exchange for not returning the order. This credit was never applied and as result I am receiving letters from a debt collection agency. I have emailed and left messages with Simon Jersey numerous times but had no response. When I finally managed to speak with someone in credit control he was rude and was unwilling to even discuss the matter and told me I had to speak with the debt collection agency. I rang them and the service I experienced was far superior to Simon Jersey, they are looking into the case and are going to approach Simon Jersey on my behalf and present them with the email from them confirming the credit that had been promised. This all could of been avoided if Simon Jersey had a better attitude towards there customers.

THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
I placed an order nearly a month and a half ago and still hadn't received it, called MULTIPLE TIMES, still no closer to receiving the goods. Emailed, still no response.
"Cancelled" my order only to find out it had NOT BEEN CANCELLED and they are basically refusing to give me my money back until i GET the trousers then send them back.

I ordered from this company my lovely uniform for work... assuming that in this day and age with many online companies it would value its customers and be of similar service to its rivals..
Once I had received my order and paid, I needed to exchange a couple of items as they didn't fit properly (100% polyester doesn't give!)


Now I know there's some logic in this, however if it's going to value it's customers and repeat business it needs to change its terms and conditions inline with everyone else as the majority of online shops allow you to send your items back in exchange FOC.

Very poor communication, took over 2 weeks to send...

Very poor communication, took over 2 weeks to send out 2 plain trousers and a further 2 weeks for 2 tops for work. Need to return trousers and exchange for different size, Ive printed off returns label but it will not scan and saying invalid so unable to return. I've made this clear when emailing them but wasn't until the 5th email regarding returns that they addressed it to a degree by suggesting a collection rather than drop off point but lo and behold the label doesn't f###ing scan as I've repeatedly told them. This order was in place a month ago, I start my new job in 4 days with only half of my uniform. More worryingly this is the company the NHS use, avoid as there are many alternative companies that cannot be as useless as these clowns

I ordered from them in May 2020 it's now the 3rd of September 2020 as they kept selling out of the uniforms but they took the money from me straight away. 2 weeks ago I rang asking to cancel the order as you get no reply from any emails you send. They said it has been cancelled but I still hadn't received a refund. They sent me a dispatch email yesterday so I rang being cut off when reaching someone so I had to ring again and all they said was I'll have to send it back. The customer services is absolutely terrible, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrendous experience. I would give zero stars if possible. I actually thought this was a scam because there was such poor communication. No confirmation emails, no follow up emails. Had to call the UK from Australia several times to follow up on our order. Was promised a refund that to this day has not been refunded. When the items arrived (MONTHS late) they were such poor quality that they won t be used. The head of customer service, Louise, was condescending and rude over the phone and clearly has not followed through on the refund she promised verbally and in writing.

I made 2 small orders for our company 10 months ago. I paid at the time of purchase. I then had to chase them for over a month with 4 or 5 emails and also a phone call to get the legal invoice document for our company. Then 5 months later I received a remittance slip from them. I had to Google what it meant - basically they said that we owed all the money due for our orders. I then sent them screenshots of my bank statement proving my payment at the time, plus also the invoice including the words 'payment received with thanks'. I then heard nothing back, so (obviously) assumed they had sorted out whatever admin mishap that'd happened. Now another 5 months on, we received a red-topped letter from a debt collecting company demanding the money, and also adding a charge to it. We rang them back immediately and I told them the exact dates and times I had made my orders and gave them all the details. I am now awaiting to see what happens next. It is a real shame as the aprons I received from them are great, and if their customer service / admin had been in line with the items I purchased, I would have bought more from them in the future for sure. To be honest at this point even giving them 1 star seems like a compliment. They have taken hours of my time up faffing chasing up proof of this and that and caused me stress. Also I would add, they have a French version of their website (we are a French company), and yet despite giving them our French TVA number at the point of sale, they still charged me UK VAT, and still, despite being chased and chased have not been able to produce an invoice without UK VAT. Never buy from these guys.

This is the worst company I have been dealing with.
We have ordered a few times from them, either from them directly or through Amazon and every order was paid in full by card. Each order was either not delivered for weeks or when delivered items were missing and put on back order for further weeks.
And not, some 8 months later we have been sent a letter from debt collecting company!
We have never been contacted by Simon Jersey for any outstanding payment. Out bookkeeping is uptodate and we have nothing outstanding to them. Simply giving customer to debt collectors without even explanation and any effort for communication, I find it outrageous!
I tried to contact their customer services on a numerous occasions, but they dont even bother to reply.
A week later we received a second letter that if we dont pay we face court trial. But to pay for what?
All that company is a complete SCAM.

STAY AWAY! OMG, where do we begin!!! I highly advise no company to purchase any products from this disgraceful organisation. Their uniforms come in faulty sizes, their customer service is the weakest and most frustrating, when trying to obtain a refund. Highly advise you check your refund, when simon Jersey have processed it, as it may be far less that what you paid! Be prepared to spend hours on the phone trying to get your money back and discussing discrepancies, accused of keeping product just so that they can avoid giving you a full refund!

Do not use this incompetent, unprofessional company! I don't think I have ever had such terrible customer service! It is now February and I paid for uniforms back in November only to have to cancel them and ask for a refund which I never received! The company offered to give me 20% off different uniforms if I went back to them which I ordered last week. Ive been told today, after last week spending yet another hour on the phone, that none of the stuff I ordered is actually in stock and they have no idea when it will be but have again taken more money!!
A total joke and if you do get through to some one, nothing is ever followed up, their excuse being, they are having IT issues!!! Its a wonder they are still trading! Appalling service around! Steer very clear!!!

Wife's order was due to be delivered 30th June - 2th July. Was told in email to ring or email for updates... No answer.what a scam! Was finally told it would be sent out around the 27th.Courier company said they would be in touch when delivery is coming.they didn't.found out on courier tracking item has been returned to sender as they couldn't find the address!!!!. Still waiting for refund so I can buy elsewhere.If we don't get a refund soon my solicitor said take to small claims court and report to trading standards. Now been told that Hermes have delivered.....oh, no they haven't.....Watch this space for trading standards advice

After emailing them, because they NEVER answer their phone, their reply was that it was now cancelled due to no stock! What a terrible way to run a business. Ordered via Nisbets in the end and totally satisfied with the far more superior service.

Poor Experience that's still unresolved. I order a garment to be delivered, after having issues with their website i emailed them to change an incorrect address. The quickly confirmed the changes were fine and that they would deliver to the correct address. After dispatching they then sent a new email to inform me they actually hadn't changed the address and it was now my responsibility to fix the issue. My partner and I are working long hours so chasing down an item in another city at an address we don't have access to isn't really possible nor should it be our concern. Im disappointed they haven't given better service or helped to rectify this situation (or at least respond to my emails...). Its a shame because I didn't want to leave a poor review but after reading other it seems my experience was one of many...
