I am fed up of receiving emails from Simon Jersey ...

I am fed up of receiving emails from Simon Jersey saying that I need to pay a bill which I already paid.

I have paid with my Amazon account and I guess this might be the problem, but if you guys can't manage it, or are losing track of customers payment, then do not offer this payment option.
I have contacted you guys by email and by phone last year and as far as I know, it was sorted out. So why it still dragging on?
