Justeat Denmark, the most thief and Stealing company in a legal way in Denmark for restaurants owner and customers!
They promise you something and they never deliver what they promised you!

They take 22% commissions of the restaurant sales plus fees for delivery.

They owe us a lot of money and they never paid after we closed with them.
The reason why we closed their service with our restaurant because we found out that they are cheating us to get more money from us.
The marketing guy Oskar promised us to increase our revenue by putting us on top placement and we will get good ROI and if it didn't work out we can sign out any time we want and we have ended up that what we are making in Justeat revenue we pay it to them for top placement.

The funny thing is that they took back their printer immediately after we informed them that they are cheating to get more money but they still sending us bills to be paid for top placement in their website.

They still owe us the last periods money and they need to pay.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY RESTAURANT OWNERS TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
The worse service and money cheater I have ever seen in legal way.

Can't pay with 2 different cards on 2 different phones calling in and to know that my card is crazy it must be all Danish Bank's customers !?

Your 15% lunch offer does not work properly. The notification on the phone does not mention anything about any discount code and so you are not redirected to the discount code page. As a consumer, I expect it to come on automatically - It just doesn't. Either it is deliberate deception / evasion or it is a failure of the system. But at least you do not bother to compensate, which is the most naughty in this whole circus ..

Poor service, poor excuses, strange explanations and staff who can do nothing when robbed of a restaurant. Think you can do business that way

Hi, I have been asked to eat a lot by Just Eat in many countries of the world but I found them in Denmark better and deserve appreciation

God it is sad that there is now a charge from just eat, and it is annoying that it only appears after you have paid. I'll just call from now on

Despite all the retarded people who gave Just Eat a bad review because they had problems with a particular restaurant, and thus made it go beyond Just Eat, even if it doesn't have anything to do with Just Eat, so I give them five stars, never had any problems. It is under all criticism that over an hour and a half ago we ordered our food and wrong delivery and have since called and waited and told it will come in 10 min and it is over half an hour ago and now we are set again on hold, waiting for new promise

A pity people are abusing the opportunity to report spreading false information about justeat, of course you can order on Android (I do myself) and they certainly do not take 20% from the restaurants, otherwise they would not be used by them.

Why isn't it possible and give the 0 star to the mafia organization on google?

Ordered food 19.33. The confirmation email stated that the food will arrive no later than 20.50. The time now is 21:25. No food yet. Have called the supplier twice. They say "it's on the way" whoooooo bad service. It was the first-last and only time we use just eat ....... at 21.38. Now the food comes jubiiii nice really nice now we have to see about the cold. Thanks for this time just eat. NEVER AGAIN (unfortunately you have to give at least one star but zero would fit better)

They have so many fake reviews on their eateries. Especially pizzerias, when you contact them about it, they maintain that people order several times a day and several days in a row and review it every time, as a normal. There are also a lot of foreign names who review and go again, obviously bought, it destroys the credibility that you can see it just stars and if you choose those who comment, then the right reviews will come. That they at just eat sweep it off is unbelievable, that sin really.

Frivolous customer service when you as a customer have to "eat" the whole bill, when you get cold burgers and pom-fries for over 150, - per. meny.

I understand logistics can be tricky, but if you get your food 2 hours after you order it, then it doesn't matter, right?

I have been using just eat for years, accepting constant cancellations of orders, delays, badges and again badges in customer service.

Now I'm done with just-eat, what a shame that a good concept can't be executed properly and what harm you get from being hungry and with a long nose - and the improbably poor customer service on telephony doesn't make things better.

The company is thinking about themselves. They are not thinking about customer point of or driver point of view.
I am writing this review being a customer and driver.
as customer--Food is not on time and if it is ontime cold food is delivered, I complained to customer service but there is no use. As a customer I will not recommend this company as your delivery service.
As a driver huge loss, because we have to wait for the order for long time if can talk with customer service they immediately say that log off and go to home. They are not treating very well to the drivers, I am one of the victim.
I am not satisfied customer or driver, if they can fire me instead of making correct their mistakes, I will not even give one star.:(:(:(

Think we're done with just-eat permanently now, it's almost certain every time the food is delayed, cold and boring.

bought pizza in hammer room and they were under all criticism, the bottom was dry and the crust was hard as concrete, the pizza broke on the table it was going in the oven and a new bottom was rolled, tomato cheese filling was scraped by the one who walked in pieces and spread on the new bottom, could taste nothing but tomato sauce as everything was mixed well, I would not recommend hammering pizza to anyone.

Hopeless user interface, and impossible to navigate around !!! A simple search feature is to prefer, instead of having to enter your zip code, then browse through a myriad of restaurants you don't need for anything!?!?!
Login information is going to get hotter if you use a browser page on your phone because you do not bother their silly app !!!

Got the wrong order, they would not return the money until they had gotten the rstaurent where the wrong order came from ...

Always mess and bad excuses. Can't order now from phone with Android. Nothing is being done about the problem. When you call, you almost can't hear what is being said due to noise in the background, it sounds like they are having a party in there. They can't be very busy. Indifference and always the fault of the restaurants when something goes wrong. It was significantly better service and easier to do just Eat took over. Only had bad experiences with the place.

Can not you just shut your system down ... It funker's not !!!!! Don't even bother writing what I'm unhappy with because it's clear that JUST EAT ignores everyone's reviews they get from unhappy customers. Recommend to all of you who collaborate with JUST EAT - DROP THEM and you new who are considering collaborating - YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE SCRAPED AND IT WILL MOST EXPECT YOU.

Had ordered from Halifax Lyngby and got cold food.
Nobody will take responsibility for the error, either the restaurant or Just Eat.
Have been trading a number of times ..... but not more

Incompetent and small children who are in customer service and handling calls. I have now been calling for 6 days and looking for an answer to a problem with my menu, but am being referred from one manager to another. Disrespectful and dirty to take 22% of revenue but not be ready to help the restaurants.

The original delivery time was 1 hour and 30 minutes after we ordered, but the food did not arrive until after 2 hours and 15 minutes. When the food arrived it was cold, dull and completely pressed together. It was possible to see the driver's GPS at least 3 other places before us which is probably why the food was cold. This is unacceptable and has resulted in us not going to use just eats service again, but choose to use Wolt or Hungry in the future. If I would complain about the food, just eat recommends that I contact the store (burger king) but do not think it is with them the responsibility lies when it is presumably during delivery that the food has been treated poorly and has become cold.

It took the driver 20 MINUTES from the time he called and said he was at the address he was at the door. It's just to take the elevator to the 13th floor. 20 MINUTES!! 5 calls and 7 SMS messages with a guide on what to do. The man understood about 5 words of English. Fanme too bad.
