An awful experience in every way.
A small order took 6 weeks to complete.
Our order was lost/forgotten mid process.
The process in general was very outdated and labourious.
The customised stitching was very messy and noticeably lower quality than our other suppliers.
When you call Customer Services you wait a long, long time for an answer. I learnt to call Credit Control who answer straight away.
Emails are often not replied to. (holiday season?)
We have always used Workwear Express but wanted to try another supplier that offered a different style of garment. We thought we'd try SJ, this was a big mistake.
