I will never use this company again. I bought few tunics and trousers online with 25%off intro discount. The trousers didn t fit so I wanted to exchange for a different size. Unfortunately I was told that it won t be possible. I can only have a refund and the new pairs I have to buy for a full price. I ve never heard of a clothing company which doesn t offer an exchange! As a gesture of good will they offered a 10% off which I thought was a joke. When I requested to speak to the manager, conveniently she was at the meeting . Lady in customer service was very apologetic, but that doesn t change the subject that she wasn t helpful at all. I ve spend an hour on the phone and end up not achieving much, except a high blood pressure, and bad mood for the rest of the day... not to mention I still don t have any trousers to work!
