Too big to explore but the service was not that great.
Convenient transportation with shuttle bus, duty-free shops are super good! But the price of the food area is slightly higher.
My mother had to wait in line for 30 minutes for a regular check in. This is simply unacceptable for such a highly renowned hotel chain. The guests were told to stay in one line, which wasn't very hospitable of the hotel. Overall we would not recommend this hotel to anybody unless this problem is fixed. We do feel bad for the staff as they were trying very hard but this simply was unacceptable.
In fact, considering the overall environment and price, you should give five stars. However, the experience of this stay is not good, so please explain it.
At one o'clock in the evening, a stranger outside the door ringed the doorbell and said that he might have gone wrong. Asked the customer service staff, replied that there is a different building, there is the same room number, and willing to check the stranger for me.
The last customer service staff replied that the stranger came up with other tenants and did not enter the hotel again. Although the chances of this kind of thing are small, I still met.
If the door number is the same, it causes such a problem, that is, there is a problem with the hotel planning. It s really strange to have a stranger pressing the bell at night.

I would like to especially thank the responsible receptionist for the details. I also feel the enthusiasm of his service. This time I can see the Eiffel Tower in the room, let us have a very beautiful night, hereby make up a star.
It s near to pier & airport & waking distance to all famous high risk casinos. All shopping brand available.
CP is high, but there is only a casino in the night. If you want to go shopping at night, it is not recommended to stay here.
The room was nice with great amenities. The pool area had a good view and many smaller pools. The problem with my stay was the service. I was only at the hotel for one night, so 20 hours from check in to check out, and we spent over an hour of that time waiting in lines to check in, check out, and to remove an illegitimate charge on the account. FYI, they add an $8 UNICEF donation which you have to ask to remove if you do not want it. They need more staff and better equipped staff.
Clean and hygienic, the waiter is kind and courteous
One of the best hotels in Macau. You have luxurious rooms with all facilities. They have a casino in the basement which is open 24by 7, best time is to go in the night. We stayed there for four days and hd good time. There are alot of places to visit near by. Macau tower is one of them, you can enjoy bunji jumping there. There are alot of carnival and light shows goes on every night. I am sure you will have good time there.
The location is moderate, there is a new movie, Parisian, four seasons, Venetian, next to the new world, followed by MGM, Wynn Palace. The part of the casino has both Kaifa and Xiya. The table is not as much as the Venetian, but it is also very convenient.
this is part of the cotai central complex (4 big hotels, casinos everywhere, spacious mall etc) but from your room to any restaurant is such an effort. they're all very far!
The hair dryer was really good because of the wind.
The facility is clean!
First of all, it is very nice because I did not get stuck because I could not get a free shuttle on the Kota connection line. (If I get seated, I have to wait till the next one.
Breakfast is recommended in the hotel.
For those who like cheese in Venetian, Italian restaurant in the hotel
And the shopping mall here was connected to the Sands Cotai Central (Holiday Inn Sheraton) - Venetian (Four Seasons) - Parisian so it could not go out to eat or shop and it was convenient to move coolly (Shopping malls ... Think about it!
It is very nice, but there are a lot of counters at the time when group tourists are crowded. ~ Take time to schedule. (Do not use a short spg counter!)
Great first experience at the Sheraton. Communicated with the concierge prior to my visit for some taxi assistance and travel help. They were great and provided as much feedback as they could with the strange situation I was in.
The room itself was good and the buffets were decent. Albeit the normal buffet was a long walk from tower I was in.
Great hotel and shopping center, there is also a food street, everything
Worst customer service ever experienced from a hotel. I arranged for an earlier checkout when I was checking in. I was told it will not be a problem and I will not be charged. I ended up being charged for the extra nights and the staff at checkout was so confused, they even said my Travel Agency will be paying for the booking, but they needed my Credit Card for the payment. Best to avoid this hotel and look at the other hotels in the area.
Great service beautiful hotel. Beautiful location and venue for all occasions. High service quality assured.
The environment is nice and we could check in via the express line because of having a child
Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Macau, the shopping street is wide and beautiful, but the price is not low.
Obviously there is no one, waiting for check in but waiting for a long time, remember that I have not waited so long before the Chinese New Year.
The room is quite comfortable, the hotel also has shuttle buses to and from the airport, port, and other casinos. It is very convenient to take a boat by plane.
Very nice hotel. There's a hint of cigarette smoke in the hallways leading to the rooms.
The magnetic effect of the room card has always been weird
The slippers in the room will disappear.
Returned to China and also deducted money
Want to live in Sheraton
Please think twice
I'm going to be honest. For me it's the best place to stay.
Do not stay in a smoking room. The smoking floor is so cloudy that you can barely see or breathe. Carpets full of burn marks. Massive traffic in the hotel, so don't except amazing service. Not the friendliest staff
My daughter and I had 2 double beds and there was still plenty of space. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was of high quality. There were 4 soft comfortable pillows on each bed. There was a full bathroom which had plenty of bath towels, hand towels and face cloths. We had a view of the pool area, which has life guards on duty, and the Eiffel Tower.
There is a walkway, that takes you over the road to other hotels and high end shopping. It was pleasing to see so many families, with children of all ages.
This is a very family friendly hotel.
There is a casino on the ground floor.
There was plenty of security staff, so I felt quite safe. There is a free shuttle bus, which takes you to many places.
I ve saved the best till last. The best asset in this hotel is their staff. I found all of them to be friendly, courteous, very professional and helpful. The only thing I would comment on is the language barrier. Not many staff could speak or understand English. Maybe management could organise English classes for the staff. Overall, a fantastic hotel
There was no information on the lobby phone number in the hotel room. I went to the lobby to ask if there was any cable for the mobile phone. The staff said that there was no, and the other staff asked another person. The level of the staff was very different. The equipment in the room is good.
Very spacious rooms and great view. Many restaurants and a lot of shops. There are two towers of 40 floors each one. We enjoyed the stay and the breakfast was good. Rooms have panoramic views of this amazing area.
Excellent, huge hotel.
The rooms are spacious with extremely comfortable beds (perhaps the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever seen). The bathroom is just OK, with a combination of shower and bath.
The service is excellent and the staff are very kind and attentive.
I'm Bonvoy Titanium and I had access to the executive lounge. This is one of the best executive lounge I've ever seen. It was never overcrowded, there were always places.
In the morning, there is a superb breakfast buffet, and in the evenings the appetizers are so much that you can safely miss the dinner. I especially like to thank for the excellent bar service and the superb bartender in executive lounge.
Stayed here for a night in a cotai view room.
I was disappointed that the view is not directly out the window. In other words, I had to stand next to the window and look out at an angle for a view. With the placement of the bed being along the opposite wall, I ended up not seeing the view the full night, but seeing the second Sheraton building across from me.
The breakfast was alright. The selection was nice, with Haagen Daaz ice cream.
The hotel is located at the heart of the "strip". The lobby is as beautiful as it can be and so are the rooms.
The staff at the Sheraton Lounge is very courteous and helped me with the early check in. They even helped me with a map to mark down all the interesting places to visit nearby. Hoping to visit this place again!
It is our 2nd stays in Sheraton. We got an adorable price by reserving a room with breakfast on 11/11/2016. The staff upgraded our room. Room is nice and view is good. We could see the Eiffel Tower in Parisian from our window. There are many shuttle buses to go other places. It is convenient to go to nearby hotel by walk. There is a Kung Fu Panda Academy for kids to play. It's so much fun.
Staff were excellent. Facilities were great .Bedroom features were good .Breakfast was excellent.....
I am a SPG member. When I arrived, there was a long line at the check in. The SPG line was slow. So I tried the kiosk. Not the fastest kiosk, but it managed to find my reservation. At 18:30, the machine would not process my booking (check in time was 15:00). The staff then pointed us to another line. The group check in counter is not occupied, but the staff did not offer help. Mind you, this is 40 minutes after arrival (still in line for our third time). At the hour mark, we finally managed to get our keys. By the way, the staff was friendly and efficient, it just took awhile to get to the counter. The keys and the elevator were not exactly friends either. We ended up sending the elevator to another floor so that we can call another elevator car.
My experience with SPG had been great, now scared.
By the way, I am very sensitive to scent and the lobby was overload with fragrance. Perhaps Sheraton can dial it down a little?
rooms are very small when you compare with Hyatt, however as Frenton said the marker location is wrong, it's just next to Hyatt hotel, opposite to city of dreams
It doesn't get better than this. It's so huge that I got lost couple of times.
The largest Sheraton in the world! Spacious room, great location.
Was told that this is the biggest Sheraton in the world. I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It s always busy having a huge casino at the ground floor but away from the madness, you find quiet and peace at their rooms. Rooms are clean, shower is excellent and good value for money.
Cleanliness 9/10, bed 9/10, shower 9/10, value for money 9/10.
The bed is super comfortable and the night view is very good~
In general the hotel is good. Room is spacious, 2 double beds (not twin bed as described in website). The hotel is connected to other hotels through the mall, bridges etc. Casino is on the 1st floor. There is a food court (pricy) in the shopping area under the hotel on the 3rd floor. McDonald's and other restaurants are on the 1st floor.
Check-in process was horrible. It took more than half an hour for lining up. There is a priority check in counter for guests with kids, but only 3 counters serving and the line up was long too. When checking in, I asked for a room closer to the elevator as I have a family member with health issue. The reception staff told me there was no room available at the moment. I asked her how far end the room was in. She lied that it was the 3rd room from the end of the hall. But it was actually the last room (no. 66). We didn't want to change as it wasn't convenient for us to walk back and forth with luggage.
Also. There is NO seats available in the lobby check in area. Guests have to stand or sit on the edges of the fence. It is very different than the hotels in N. America.
Shuttle service from the ferry terminal or the border to the hotel is available but the bus stop is located at Sands (about few mins walk). This should be a consideration for guests with disabilities.
The area is quite large, the staff service is friendly, but the room facilities are a bit old.
1. Room was clean, neat and comfortable.
2. There was free airport shuttle bus to the airport right at the lobby.
