Elizabeth Pediatrics Review

One of the receptionist is rude! I call to see if I could take my daughter for a check up because she has been sick, but her medical records haven't come through the fax. So I just wanted to know if they could check her with out her records. So I explain to the receptionist that I had already call her other clinic so they can fax them, and very rudely she say "ma'am I'm letting you know her records haven't been send!" She cut me off from what I was about to say and she basically yelled at me through the phone. So I was like "ok all I want it to know was if I could still bring my daughter in or not." And she was like "No ma'am!" I understand there is policy that they have to follow but she didn't have to yell at me. I was already going through enough with my little girl crying all night because she wasn't feeling well.

Our daughter has been seeing Dr. Milbourn since the 2nd day of her life when she was born at Presbyterian hospital. He has been so informative and encouraging, and just a wonderful doctor all around. Kudos also to the office manager who resolved an insurance issue we had earlier this year that was our insurance companie's fault.

Dr. Ball is a great Pediatrician to both my boys (Ages 4 & 1). We have also had great service by Dr. Pridemore, Dr. Holladay, Dr. Ankrah, and Dr. Eichenbrenner. They are all phenomenal at Elizabeth Pediatrics. The front staff is extremely helpful and professional.

I love my children's pediatrician Dr. Ankrah and the staff who works the nurse line. I couldn't ask for any one better, and that is the ONLY reason Im giving 5 stars. Dr. Ankrah knows her patients and she takes the extra step to make sure they are well taken care of.... Even when my daughter was hospitalized, Dr. Ankrah was there. Unfortunately, the receptionist in the front is very rude and very disrespectful. I've dealt with this behavior for years and I'm beyond sick of it. My husband even refuses to take the children to appointments because he hates dealing with her. If it wasn't for Dr. Ankrah I'd choose a new facility. I wish I knew who to talk to to report her. I've referred many people to Elizabeth Pediatrics, and I'm always asked why is the receptionist so rude. Novant Health please find receptionists that care about their job and the people they encounter.

Dr. Holladay helped me to raise two healthy children. I feel like he knows and cares about our family. He was there for the kids in sickness and in health!!

Dr. Ankrah has always been so patient, understanding and just an overall amazing doctor. I will always refer anyone I know looking for an excellent pediatrician to her. My children are 10 (almost 11) and 8 and she's been there since the day after I delivered. She has always gone above and beyond, and I'm blessed to have such great care for my children.

Dr. Mills & Dr. Pridemore and Andrea (front desk) are awesome.
specially Andrea, she is polite, helpful and always goes above and beyond. My sisters, and my sister in law, all take our kids and had great experiences with them.

The absolute best! My children have seen each one of the doctors in this office several times as they both have multiple health issues. Every interaction has been wonderful. Our main doctor is Dr. Ball, we love her! She is knowledgeable, sincere, and caring; Dr. Pridemore and Dr. Ankrah are equally wonderful as well! I can't count how many times the entire staff has been a blessing to our family!

One of the nurse is rude and not professional at all. She doesn't know how to treat patients .

Elizabeth Peds is amazing! My son sees Dr. Mills, who I previously saw as a teenager. I have attended this practice from my childhood and have only ever had good experiences with them. It's close to home, and the staff is so caring.

I have gone to EP for over 12 years with my two children. They are always polite, quick to respond with any questions or concerns I have, and always make me feel at ease. Dr. P and every doctor I have seen always make us feel like we are the only ones in the office at the time. They are never rushing our visits, and are always very thorough. Everyone always goes above and beyond and I would never take my children anywhere else.

I ve been going to Elizabeth Pediatrics since I were a child, and now my children comes here Dr.E is the best and now we have Dr.Milbourne and he s wonderful as well

DR ANKRAH IS AMAZING!!! My daughter has special needs, and Dr. Ankrah has been the most amazing, caring, understanding and patient Pediatrician. I am also in the medical profession and understand the challenges of running an office. The front desk and her support staff have also gone out of their way to accommodate and help when ever possible. The entire team truley has a concern about their patients, and do not consider this just a nine to five job. Highly recommend.

I love Dr. pridmore she treats my daughter with the best care and answers all of the questions I have with no judgement. she gives me her honest educated opinion and allows me to make the proper decision for my daughter. The office is very efficient never have to wait to long to be seen when we go in for scheduled appointments.

I m told two minutes before my appointment that they only see their patients. However, when I made the call to schedule an urgent appointment they were able to do that just fine. The stated they don t know how my son was able to be scheduled anyway. The doctor did not want to see my son. They said well if your doctor s office is closed, go to Urgent Care or the emergency room. That would have been fine, if when I called to schedule the appointment, they would have just said that instead of waiting until I drove all the way there. The reason I called first was to see if I needed to go to Urgent Care, but they scheduled the appointment with the doctor.

This pediatric office is wonderful! Dr. Ankrah is my daughters' main doctor, but we have also seen other doctors in this office. They are all fantastic. The support staff is also great! I really value the nurse line so that I can ask questions when needed.

Best pediatricians for my triplets dr mills is awesome

Everyone here is amazing! Dr. Holladay is the best doctor I have ever met. He truly has a passion for what he does. Not only is he brilliant and extremely knowledgeable but he really cares for his patients. He makes doctor visits enjoyable! Also the nurses are great and super fast at returning calls for any questions about your child's health.

Dr Holladay and all the staff are wonderful. They are always very caring towards my children and value patents' input. My children love going to see Dr Holladay even if they know shots might be included in the visit. The office has great hours including weekends and appointments open same-day for sick visits, even with their primary pediatrician.
