Sheraton Macao Hotel - Cotai Central Review

Stayed here for 3D2N during our short incentive trip.. i must say, i truly dissapointed with the key card systems..i arrived at my room n the key card malfunctioned..so i have to walk all the way back to the main lobby (i stayed in level 23, room 19, tower 2) to get my card exchanged..it worked in the elevator, so i safely assume the card is working..but i was deeply dissapointed..happened to me for both nights..talking bout bad luck right?
My only good review would be for their restaurant "Feast"..i have a really good time there..kudos to the friendly staff (two from malaysia and one from pakistan)..the food was great! Boston lobster was really fresh..the oyster too!!! (If it wasnt because of this restaurant, id definitely gv u 1 star rating)..
Price wise - cant comment much since it was an all-paid-trip..

The Vegas-like hotel, a lot of people with express check-out.

If staying in cotai strip, take the Venetian or parisan. Sheraton is dated and hotel room does not justify even the discounted price of $200 sgd per night. Just spend that 360 on Venetian. You will be here once only. Nothing much in Macau.

A very good hotel in Cotai strip. It has a mall complex with food, clothing and other luxury options one can buy. And ofcourse casino for those who wants it.

Good hotel with high Cp value, recommended business suite

Rooms and room service were great! The Jays pools were under construction and the adult-only pool is only open to more expensive rooms. We still loved the Sala pools but would have enjoyed more options.

The room was fine. However, because it is a huge hotel, the housekeeping did not come by any time, and at 18:00 we stopped the staff who tried to return and exchanged towels and watered them. Basically the staff is very kind.

Check-in is very crowded with people on the continent, so we strongly recommend that you become a Member as there is a Check-in Counter for Bonvoy Members only.

In the hotel in Jinsha City, it is very convenient, you can walk to the Venetian, the Four Seasons Hotel, the hotel can add breakfast lunch, the price of the guest is cheaper than the online purchase coupon. There are three swimming pools and gyms, inside the oven and steam room, the maximum swimming pool is open 10-18pm, very recommended.

The environment is clean, but there are not many choices to eat. It is necessary to go to the opposite Venetian to eat more choices; check in time is too long, and can not check early in the evacuation crowd, not very ideal

The room was very clean, there was an airport shuttle bus, and the service staff was very good.

High brand hotel in the world but here in Macao their strategy is middle class, so price is not so expensive in Macao market even HKD1500/night around. One negative point was long waiting time for checkin due to too many people even hotel membership area. So it is better to avoid checkin around 15:00 or do internet checkin in advance.

Okay, I like the facilities and the beds are very comfortable.

Hotel which all other thing was good though check-in waiting is too long. I was able to get a better service by receiving a letter of advice from a Korean employee.

The departure flight was delayed and I asked for a rate checkout, and I was delighted to see the Eiffel Tower at night after the schedule. Breakfast just did!

Room space equipment is slightly old, the price is not high

Exciting complex in the Zockerparadies. The check in at the club lounge was warm and professional. The waiting time could be bridged with drinks. The rooms were ready to move in at 11 o'clock. It was granted as a "gift" for the second room breakfast in the club lounge. The complex itself is huge. Our rooms on the 14th floor were very spacious. Bed very comfortable. Climate very good. Bathroom clean. Only the carpet could urgently need a basic cleaning ...
The service at the pool was also very warm. The pool itself was pretty big. The water was unfortunately too fresh. Maybe at the end of September ....
The seafood buffet at the Feast is a big highlight! Everything fresh (oysters, mussels, fish) and delicious (beef fillet, wok dishes, sushi). The price goes completely i.O.

The rooms are spacious, well equipped and tidy. Check in It takes too much to stand for more than an hour. The pool is also only suitable for children.

A beautiful hotel at the centre of the Sands Cotai group of hotels in Cotai, Macau. There is a shared big shopping complex with different casinos for one to try one's luck. The shops include all famous brands covering clothes, cosmetics, watches, gold ornaments and fast food shops. It is also linked to the shopping arcade of nearby hotels. There is a slightly upscale food mall located on the third level, with more varieties. An example is that there is one stall selling live fish and seafood cooked to your order. That said, price is very reasonable. The room is large, comfortable and well equipped, including a small safe. There are many swimming pools of different sizes and shapes, plus two hot jacuzzis. Shuttle buses to various ferry terminals, land border to China and airport are available throughout the day.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, come back next time!

Great hotel, huge. I liked everything, the room is excellent, everything you need, everything is there. The view was Venetian, beautiful at night. From the ferry terminal we took a green shuttle to the hotel, and back also on it. There is a girl at the reception who speaks Russian. In the next. choose it again

What a place. Immensely luxurious. Plenty of rooms so big so big..it has all the amenities one should look for when going out. The food is awesome and so much exhaustive..the room service to decor to facilities are all mind blowing..the location is also prominent. It also has casino with shopping inside it's premises. A must to stay when in Macau.

Poor service, check in the same day 2 room card, one has expired, the other one is also invalid. I wasted my time to go to the front desk to get a new card. The complaint did not help.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, even if the green plan is OK, it is convenient to have a direct bus to the airport. The service and standard of the Executive Lounge are above expectations.

It's not an amusement park, it only takes an hour and a half to stand and wait to check in. It seems like it takes a long time at any time. What is this 5 star staff doing? There are 10 times more people than other hotels.

Fabulous staff, clean, great facilities and received a room upgrade

The room is excellent they even provide you with a mobile phone to use the breakfast buffet at the Feast was second to none.

Macau is making progress, but Sheraton is not there, breakfast servants, and dinner is also a deep breath. Known as the five-star and 3.5-star service quality. I won't live here in the future.

Good hotel. Great location. You can walk (right across the road, there is a transition on the top) to the Venetian, Parisian. Spacious rooms. Great bathroom. 2 zones with a pool. There is a children's pool and children's play areas around it. In room french press and delicious coffee

Nice hotel, but it took an hour and a half to check in when I arrived, as well as long delays for lifts, overall probably wouldn't stay here again.

Nice and affordable hotel with a nice view. They have comfy beds and clean sheets. They have a new practice wherein the fridge inside the rooms can be filled up by calling room service and requesting whatever drinks, beverage you want to put in the fridge, all of which will be added to final bill upon check out. They also have vending machines along the hallway for the guests convenience.

A great, reasonably priced hotel. The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious. The bathroom is particularly nice with a shower and separate bath tub. Unfortunately, after asking for a double bed, we were provided with two singles (each single is almost the size of a double anyway). Apart from this, I had an excellent time at this hotel.
