Sheraton Macao Hotel - Cotai Central Reviews

Check in the long queue, the room is general, originally only gave one star, but the attitude of all the service staff is kind, which makes me add two stars.

The old front desk and the concierge department are chaotic but courteous. It is better than a few hundred new hotels that are far from small, because the real department has D dirty, completely devalued, and the mall has a food court. It s really good to eat good food, and it s time to give up the hotel.

Amazing hotel with a Great location, but it was hardly to find someone who can communicate in English, met 3 staff but with different answer.

I visited Macau for the third time. I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel twice. The Sheraton Hotel has such a nice location and everything is neat. However, due to the large number of customers, check-in/check-out is basically 30 minutes to one hour, and front staff are unkind.
Nevertheless, I recommend Sheraton.
The reason is that the staff of the guest relations team is too kind.

Wow. This is a messed-up Sheraton. Somehow, it's cheap!

The service attitude of the bellman needs to be strengthened, and the counter reception response is generally good and a few lack of training. Overall, it is not the standard level of a five-star hotel

Room was clean and comfortable, staff service was good

This is the biggest a Sheraton Hotel globally and possibly one of the biggest in Macao. It is upmarket with Lotsa designer brands and also Lotsa food and restaurant. It's conveniently located and has great customer service. Rooms are a bit old but it's bearable. Only downside is that you will have to walk very far to reach your room

The hotel is divided into two buildings.
I have lived in an open area before. You can look out to the front of Wynn Palace Hotel. The crane and music fountain are also clearly visible. Very nice.

The improvement toward reducing the check-in time is 5 stars.
It was close to the Venetian and other hotels (within a maximum of 20 minutes on foot), so there was no inconvenience to see the hotel show and move around.
It's much cheaper to come to a Macau hotel at the price of one night at Jeju Lotte Hotel during peak season..

A very large and elegant hotel with 4000 more room for travelle

I stayed at this hotel a few times. This time I lived in four people. The front desk gave me a connecting room. The family is very convenient.

The swimming pool is great, the poolside barbecue package is super delicious, this is just for two people, very rich, like.

It is a total disgraced that Sheraton hotel in Macau could make they guests queue up for 30 minutes just for a normal check in ! The guests were told to separate, only one person can line up in queues for check in alone. I let the very pregnant woman in another line go check in first, after all we came here for holiday, and it saddens me to see the way any human being is treated. The staff at the counter are trying very hard and I feel sorry for them when guest take their angry out on them. But who is to blame? Again, we guest only come for hotel and no one interested I blaming anyone, we just want good time, and reasonable treatment. After all, Macau seems to be a safe place for a short vocation, and I wish the Sheraton management can play their part proper, at least don't "torture the guests". Actually it could be the next games for Google to work around, fun.

Very convenient hotel, living more comfortable than the Venetian

All employees of executive club lounge were great, especially Kate Teng, who really were very kind and sincere to my kids. My staying in Macau were perfect because of her. I really appreciate it. Thanks.

Upgraded to a small suite with a small living room and washroom, the advantages are that the bed and bedding are soft, the bathroom is spacious, the room is furnished with a home feel; the breakfast and dinner at the lounge is also good. The disadvantage is that the shower room is too slow to overflow.

Quiet, relaxing hotel with good view of Eiffel Tower for some rooms. Convenient location to the Taipa Pier and the Contai central (i.e. The Parisian and The Venetian).

Despite being an Marriott Bonvoy elite member, Sheraton Macau does not provide member benefit if the booking was not made directly with the hotel, while other major hotels don't have such exclusion. Made direct bookings four times, only received room-upgrade once, excuses such as weekend, holiday or simply busy. They advertise themselves of having the most rooms in Macau but still unwilling to honour room upgrades.

Good value for money hotel in Macau. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and well maintained. Comfortable bedding and amenities were ok.

Found out it's the world's largest Sheraton with 4001 rooms. Our company held an event here, all-round excellent staff and outstanding service.
