This hotel is amazing !!
So good swimming pools.
They have 2 pools.

Have casinos.
And shops across a mall which can be entered within hotel.

Luxurious rooms.

This hotel is made so beautifully , the staff is friendly , they have three different towers a few pools and a humungous casino on the ground floor opposite to the central lobby. It's amazing. The rooms are spacious well equipped and super clean I had this amazing view of the beautiful street and the Parisian hotel with this Eiffel tower replica that lits up at night it's a magical experience to sit by the window sip some good coffee and enjoy the lights and the beautiful night.

It's all good but it takes a long time to wait for check-in

The facilities are luxurious, but there are too few stops for the shuttle bus.

A five star hotel in Macau, brand of Sheraton Hotel, spacious but the maintenance have to be improved

This is a very good place to stay. The rooms are spacious and homey. The bathroom is also spacious. The staff members were also helpful and approachable. Definitely a value for money.

The Sheraton hotel is large and takes a long time to check-in and check-out. The first floor breakfast restaurant is SoSo. There is a lot of people in the swimming pool, and the price is cheaper than the surrounding hotels and the size is big, so there are many people who go everywhere.

Everything was perfect about this hotel - the location, the price, the customer service, and you name it!!
The only turn-off was awfully long wait for the check-in, but I would definitely stay here again, if I were ever to visit Macau again.

We were able to sleep deeply with cleanliness and the kindness of the staff, most of all maintaining clean indoor air and moderate humidity.

I am afraid the wait for check-in is long, but the staff is friendly and the accommodations are very good.

I am satisfied with the price. If you are going to shopping or Venetian hotel, sky tower hotel buffet is close to earth tower. Note please.

The bed at Sheraton Macao Hotel is quite sleepy, the room is quite satisfactory, there is not much surprise, the attitude of the service staff is also good, the restaurant on the first floor feast is very rich, exquisite and dazzling, but after two laps I found out: "There is no beef dish! Cospa is a good hotel.
If you want to stay overnight, we recommend a room with access to the Club Lounge. There is a special counter for check-in and check-out, so there is no need to wait.
I have stayed for several times, but I am always comfortable. I think many staff are kind.
As there is a connecting passage on the second floor, it is convenient to access Venetian and Parisians across the road.
Please note that there are several shuttle bus stops, which vary depending on the destination.

Excellent hotel facilities. But the boozing and entertainment in Macaus casinos was basically non-existent which was very disappointing.

Good in looks but communication problem and WiFi problem is what I had.otherwise it's good.

Convenient shopping and comfortable rooms, it is a restaurant and shopping center with high CP in the same area.

I think it's an escape place from Macao.

Extremely bad impression upon arrival. I was looking after the kids while my wife was checking in, and one the staff asked us to wait somewhere else so that he "won't get fxxk'ed" by his boss and got fired. Yes he literally used the F-word, in front of the kids.

We would have gladly moved elsewhere if he used more subtle language, and we were not even disturbing/blocking other customers.

And like what others have posed, the hotel is overbooked and after waiting for an hour (and counting) we are only getting 1 out of the 3 rooms. I love Sheraton but this is really hurting my trust in this brand.

The room was clean and simple. Can rest comfortably
The bed is moderately soft and well laid, but the pillow is ok.
Family travel booking two rooms can have connecting rooms, the space is quite spacious

This is an impressive operation! With 4000 rooms and almost always full, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and service-minded awareness of the staff at all levels.

One hour waiting for check in. That's a a bad joke for a five star hotel. Staff seems completely uncoordinated. To be added: as well 30min waiting for a place in the breakfast restaurant (at 0900 am)

If you choose the best hotel in Macau, I would like to go to Sheraton. The check-in time was long, but the staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The tower I stayed in was good, but the room on the sky tower felt better.

Room condition is good, and restaurant meal is fine. Check-in took a while and checked out quickly. The staff was friendly too. The shuttle to and from the airport or ferry terminal is convenient, but it is not too early or it does not operate at late hours. The hotel itself is completely recommendable compared to the rate.
