Sheraton Macao Hotel - Cotai Central Review

In addition to the buses between the airports, there are also buses between restaurants.
But there seems to be no direct bus to the attraction.
It is often inconvenient to go to the bus stop of Niigata or Venetian.

The hotel is in a general environment and the rooms are a bit thin.

This is the most disappointed I have ever been with a hotel. From the sheets that feel dirty to the tiny water bottles to the lack of towels, no detail was overlooked in making this an unpleasant stay. I've had nicer stays on sofas. Well done Sheraton!

Room was spacious, big big shopping mall just right inside the hotel building. You can walk to Venetian and Parisian hotel from the sky bridge. They also provide free shuttle bus from Taipa to hotel, and vice versa. No need to take bus to buy the Pastelaria Koi Kei and Yung Kee, just go down to 1st floor, you can find them there just near to the McD.

Check in too slow more than one hour waiting, too bad waste time

The Sheraton Grand Hotel is easily accessible from the airport and well served by "public transport". It is quite large--- and has 4 restaurants and 3 swimming pools-- PLUS a great Spa!! One can also get an "Executive Room?suite" for a small additional cost--- but the benefits are "more than interesting"!! One can get free breakfast and lunch... and the free evening "cocktails" also include a buffet supper!! The concierge service is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes other services are a bit "spotty" due to the hotels size and myriad serves offered. It is also good value since one can often get attractive " internet deals"...

The executive suite is large and comfortable.

However, the color scheme and equipment of the room design are a bit old. Meet the guests or spit... the level is not high.

Great 5 star hotels. Casino, shopping, foods, gym etc. They have a food court at 3rd floor.

Huge hotel casino. They have a cigar shop but no places to sit and smoke a cigar. Food is average and expensive. Breakfast has a large choice of good quality products but it s very crowded and noisy.

Check in can take a long time. Despite having a huge check in lobby with many attendants, the sheer size of this complex means that there can be a lot of people waiting to check in. It took me more than 30 mins to get everything done (and that's at the dedicated family check in desk).

Being a massive hotel complex meant it felt very impersonal. You feel like one of the many thousands of people that pass through.

The rooms are large and the bathrooms are massive. There's great water pressure in the showers. There are two sets of pools (one for adults only). The family pools felt very busy and crowded.

The complex has a lot of shops and has an enclosed walkway across the street to join up with the Venetian and Parisian. It's a good location if you want to stay out of the heat.

Very beautiful hotel with great service in Macau, belonging to the international chain Marriott, with Sheraton brand. Big and with comfortable rooms. Had a good staying here.

The queue is too long, and it will take 20 minutes to check in.

The Cotai area is an old-fashioned five-star hotel, full of tourists, and it may take more than an hour to check in during the peak season, but the rooms and services still have a five-star standard. Located in Sands City Shopping Center, convenient for dining and shopping.

I stayed there 4 nights. As most Macau hotels. Very efficient. Check in and out very smoothly. Quick service. Very clean. What ever I asked for was promptly answerd.

Super slow in response of anything. Staff wasn t attentive and helpful. They seem careless. Waited almost an hour to get back when asked about the lost item in the room. And spent another 40 min waiting at concierge to retrieve the item back. The whole process of retrieving lost item in the room was just a big hassle. Make sure you don t forget or leave anything in the room cuz you don t want to go thru the big hassle. Worst experience with Sheraton so far.

Avoid hotel with consistent good service quality and standard. Reasonable prices in comparing to other hotels in the vicinity!

Being part of Sands Resort, it's good to stay, very nice place.

Stayed here in the month of December 2018. Hotel property is vast and looks amazing. Rooms are bigger than usual and look very nice. But as soon as I checked-in, the toilet seat was dirty. After complaining, obviously the management made sure it's clean and tidy. After they left, the toilet roll holder broke and the whole stand fell upon which the plumber came and sorted the issue. When I used the shower room, all the water was leaking out from the shower room to the bathroom and I was shocked to see everything was flooding when I came out. The whole stay was a mess. Surely they cleaned everything but the problem lies on how they manage the facilities provided to the guest. I have stayed in Sheraton in other places, even 3 star properties do not have such basic issues. I stayed in Sky Tower - I on the 21st Floor. More than touring, I was busy complaining to housekeeping about room issues. Also the hotel staff was polite and friendly, except a guy at the shuttle point. I'm not sure he understands English or not but he was shouting at us when we were boarding wrong shuttle by mistake.

Hotel always crowded. Buffet lunch is must for international traveller! Get discount price for buffet breakfast or lunch if purchase during check in.

The rooms are large, but the lobby service is average and there is no such thing as a 5 star hotel. In the room booked in March, I checked-in at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The people in the lobby told me that there is no room now. Some people waited for 3 hours before. It took half an hour to get the room key.

Great location, easy to transport. I disappointed with breakfast buffet. I bought breakfast buffet. First day was amazing nice, variety food good service. And 2nd day was terrible I just got menu set from Palm cafe not much variety and food was terrible. Not nice at all

Booking through Eztravel, the original BONVoy Platinum membership benefits can not be used... A little disappointed. Otherwise, the hotel's facilities are satisfactory, and there are many choices for the hot food center in Jinsha City.

The room is comfortable, the casino is good, the breakfast is average, the service and the shuttle bus are very poor, this part of the new world is better.

Great place stay in the middle of the strip. The Filipino staff were very helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

This is the largest Sheraton hotel in the world ! Two skyscraper building provide almost four thousands guest room. Service is very good. But something had to mention are their check in time at three but you shouldn't go at that time, cause almost hundred people on the line. Maybe try before dinner. Also some guess room allow smoking, never ask for these room.

There are too many people in the market but they can not handle it.

What if you like the service and the pool is good? Check-in time is only 2 hours. It's time to get out of my mind.

I mailed it in advance and prepared a high-rise, Eiffel tower view, and birthday mini cake in the non-smoking room.
It's nice to play in a pretty hotel, but it's also nice to enjoy a pretty view in the room a little cheaper. The pool was full of water.

Great place for everything but I agree with frenton. Location of this and a lot of the hotels in Macao is out whack

I can not really express much opinion because I never stayed there. But since Gugle asks me I answer him. I put just one just for them to lower the average.

It is close to the 20th shuttle bus from Macau Airport, but it seemed to take a couple of hours to check in. It was really hard to sit down, and check out was easy. It's lower class than Venetian, but it's fine. But the washbasin in the bathroom broke and the water didn't drain well. Room cleaning is not good. I didn't want to sleep here for a lot of money. When I went to the casino and exchanged cash, it cost about 169 won per 1 mop. The fee was expensive. It's 100,000 won, but it seems like it's going to shake off.

Try to phone their number to get to the reservation. You have to wait forever and they disconnect you in the end. I tried it 3 times and it is international phone calls. How can this be a 5-star hotel when you can't even contact the reservation? Terrible service.

Come to Macau for sightseeing, accommodation choices Jinsha Group's hotel is the most worthwhile and most vacation experience!
Sheraton is a very good choice, clean, tidy and spacey

It was very good to have a luckily and cheap reservation at 35,000 won per person per night.
However, there are so many colorful hotels around, so the relatively monotonous appearance was slightly compared.
The flight was delayed, so I arrived late in the morning.
The check-in, which I was worried about, was done only for those who were on the same plane, so it didn t take long
I thought that the time that took about 30 minutes was a bit slow, like a fast-paced people
Among them, because of the latest check-in, you upgraded to a suite for one night due to overbooking.
Moving down from suites to standard deluxes, I realized the greatness of capital even further.

The overall hotel facilities are OK, this time it is rented on Saturday, it is really not very pleasant. The following is a hands-on experience. When you take the room, you can stand up to the queue for half an hour. When the procedure is completed, tell you that the room is still not available. Although it takes more than half an hour to complete, although they change your check-out time limit to one o'clock in the afternoon, More than 2 o'clock in the afternoon to line up to take the house, to get the room number until 4:30. It feels really bad. The frontline efforts are limited. The logistical support is not allowed to leave the problem worse. The responsibility of management is really to be reviewed.

The swimming pool is suitable for a family of children, the pool is too antique
