Room was OK. Restaurant was terrible. Food was cold. Service was terrible. I honestly would never eat there again.
Called to ask for accommodating a person with special needs got into a very rood customer representative who hang up on me at the end, and that is a five star , $250 a night hotel
Jeremy at the front desk was great. Room was a little out dated.
The hotel entrance is located at the 5th level of the parking building. The restaurant near the lobby has wide variety of food and the veggie burger I had was really good.
The club floor was delightful. The lounge had great food.
A serviceable experience for an airport hotel. Someone had neglected to clean the toilet prior to our brief stay but besides that unpleasant.. Smear.. Everything else was fine.
On the expensive side, but I suppose you pay for the parking and ease of access to the airport and the lounge
I stay in the hotel because of its location - my wife and I live on the West Coast and are obliged to overnight in Toronto on our trips to the Caribbean.
The location is excellent.
However, it drives me nuts to be asked to pay $20 a day for access to the internet when I am already paying almost $300 for a room (and after paying $25 in the bar for 2 Canadian beer).
Arrived late in the evening for an early morning flight the next day. Enjoyed great service at the lobby bar and then a good night's sleep.
Service, food, bed and gym all great...
Functional & clean for a short stay over between flights, however I did find it inconvenient that no room service is available after 1am and no Minibar in the room. When you only have a few hours then you often want the convenience of food and refreshments in the room, not having to go to the terminal again. WiFi was ridiculously expensive at $25 !!
Great hotel located at terminal 3 at Pearson International Airport. Great restaurant with a wide selection of prepared food. The steaks are amazing as is the salmon.
Food is a bit pricey but if you are a airport worker you get a great discount (40%)
I highly recommend it. The hotel has meeting rooms as well as a gym.
It s a free trading ride to Terminal 1 where you can catch the UP Express to Union Station downtown Toronto for about $12-15 per person. (One way)
Very easy access from the DEPARTURE level, (upper level), of terminal 3. Google maps is wrong in saying the entrance is on the arrival level, (lower level), of the terminal.
Can I say anymore how great Hotel is and its location
Rooms are clean, friendly staff, and very easy to access if you're looking for a hotel right at the airport. This hotel is literally connected to terminal 3. Easy access to the UP express by taking the terminal link train to terminal one and a quick 2 minute walk to the UP platform. 25 minutes and a comfortable to downtown on the UP.
The room was great, staff were great and very accommodating (one aspect of the room wasn't what we expected...it was our fault, but the hotel staff remedied it quickly anyway). My one qualm was that I altered our reservation at one point...30 mins later, I changed my mind and tried to change it back to the original reservation...but no dice. It was very, very disappointing
Great experience being guest there, food is great, very comfortable place to stay waiting for flight
Only stayed for around 5 hours. This hotel is in the airport at Pearson in Toronto. Very convenient and the service was very good.
Planning to sleep on the floor of the Toronto airport, due to the difficulty with not being able to phone the hotel without numerous attempts, lengthy holds and routing through the US "help lines"... to simply inquire about achieving a 5 hour nap on a bed - on a long layover - for less than $350, in case there is no other reservation on a room in this hotel, and in hopes of avoiding losing 30-60 minutes' sleep, to pay a lower rate, by travelling to a different hotel.
Even if I had not worked in the hospitality industry, where you can create a possibility by thinking outside the box, and creating a solution-oriented outcome (like, "can I take your name and number, even if I'm not able to make a reservation outside the full dollar value at this time, in case we do book that full priced room, and leave that information with the front desk, where they'll be able to assist you into a walk-in rate if the room is available"), the nonchalant/disinterested attitude of hotel staff, faced with this dilemma, was lamentable. No. Effort. Given. (NEG)
Watch for the outcome, Friday, February 1st, 2019 (my mother's 71st birthday), where I'm looking to meet her in her home country. If there is no room, same outcome, or - if there is a sleep-over room, that is going to achieve NO revenue otherwise - what a 5 hour nap actually costs, other than a free back-ache or 4 hours sleep with travel and costs.
I often use this hotel to book rooms for customers (approx $400 per night -- and I usually need to book 5 + rooms) -- as it is very convenient for my guests to lodge here before catching their flights (obviously)... However, the last few times I have spoken with the reception they have been EXTREMELY rude and quick to dismiss me. I mean... is it so terrible of me to call and check to confirm the rooms I have booked and prepaid for? Is that such a inconvenience for the hotel to check and verify for me?
I will NEVER be booking here again.
Convenient but the noise of the airport is noticable in the rooms.
Convenient for connections, and to spend 1 or 2 days in Toronto, beautiful luxurious and clean
Really in need of renovation, I'm more used to this kind of old school hotel, so there are smells in public places in the 3rd, otherwise it's perfect for a short stay
Service was good and food was served promptly and was good. A little expensive but that's be expected at an airport.
Sheraton directly connected to the airport. It was about 2 hours before the check-in time, but I was allowed to check in quickly. I was saved because I was thinking that I would leave the city of Toronto without checking out my luggage. The bus terminal for the city was close to the hotel. If you go to Terminal 1 by the airport shuttle and change trains and take a train there is no substitute for time, and the cost is overwhelmingly cheap so I think the bus is better. The room is very clean and large enough. The difficulty lies in being at Terminal 3.
The only place to be...Always a pleasure returning here......So spoiled...
Overall convenient for the airport but overpriced for the quality and dating of the room.
Bartender was good. Watching the Leafs a d good service. Prices on par for an airport hotel.
Great atmosphere, great food and drink at the bar, fantastic batender(Monika)
Very conveniently located hotel. Rooms are great, bed comfortable - all you need to wait over night for a next flight.
Overall, decent experience, but the hotel charges a 4-star premium for a 3-star boarding. The doors aren't tap to unlock, but rather sliding. The decor (especially the doors) are worn and outdated. I found a broken light bulb in my lamp. Parking is a PITA. Every time you leave, you need to get a new validated pass. Why not just issue one for the entire stay? Staff is friendly enough - they didn't go out of their way to help, however.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location of the room was right next to the elevator but I still slept like the dead. The drapes we're very good at keeping the light out as well! The restaurant was alright. There was not a huge selection of food and the service was a bit on the slow side
Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly, check in easy, nice clean rooms, relatively quiet. Convenient location. Recommend.
Great hotel directly in the airport. We walk directly to the check-in desks. It was just perfect for our 10h stop. No need to get out of the airport so no hassle for taxis or suttles.
Front desk staff was extremely friendly, professional and accommodating.
Very good place to rest between flights. Be aware that no mini bars are available in the rooms.
Good stay. For $250+/night the washroom facilities in the room could have been upgraded or better maintained. Restaurant very expensive. $40+ for club sandwich and a coke.
If you have a airport facing room the cable driven shuttle train is annoyingly noisy
Excellent gateway to Toronto. Reasonably priced decent property. Highly recommended.
Attended for a professional conference. Very clean, nice staff, helpful individuals. As expected of the Sheraton
I got stuck at the airport and was very glad to find this place. It's not cheap by any stretch, but it is a very nice and very convenient hotel.
I decided to stay at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel because I came in late last night... this hotel is old, dark yellow and brown hallways, dark brown and yellow rooms. This place is in need of some major renovation... for the price of one night is not worth it. The only positive points are as follow... large 55 tv, great shower with strong pressure for water, keurig in the room... I will think twice before staying hear again... there are many other places to stay and competition is fearsome! Think about it. At the end of the day it does not meet the Marriott standard!
This hotel has an awful customer service where no one has autonomy to do anything. I simply wanted to book a daily rate, after all this hotel is inside an airport. A daily rate and availability for booking it should be a main service!!! After nothing more than 5 calls I was able to make a reservation when they charged me a full rate plus extra $50 for a late checkout!! I am only staying a total of 10 hours. I only booked it because it's for my senior parents that need to rest after a long flight! I will make sure to AVOID ALL Sheraton hotels from now on!
I was only in the lobby but I was treated as welcomed as a guest.
Nice and convenient but NOISY and it is starting to look dated. Will need a facelift in a few years. Dirty towels and attention to details like coffee supplies don't help them hotel either ... ie. Two cups, one lid, three coffee pods and enough cream for one coffee.
The location is very convenient, the rooms are clean and tidy and we'll maintained and the staff and services is great. I also had food at the bar, the good was good although the waitress was not the Best
Nice hotel, very comfortable kingsize beds. And really needed to relax and not be waiting in the airport for 8hrs between flights on our way back from Jamaica. But u definitely pay the price! Upon check-in, I was told $350.....
Upon checkout, + renting one movie ($25), and adding in the tax...... You are now at $450!
Thankfully Air Canada payed for the room cuz our plane had to circle the airport for 3hrs, unable to touch down because of high winds. This caused us to miss our connecting flight back to B.C.
Don t even bother with booking this hotel for double the price of the ones which are just close by.
Once checked in, I noticed the linens are not clean. Found a few pieces of hair on the duvet. I called the service desk ( after calling about 5 times someone picked up the phone) and asked them to send someone to change the bedding. No one showed up. I called again asking how long they think it would take as I wanted to shower, etc. She said she doesn t know and she d inquire( which she did and they said 10 minutes). This is a 4-star hotel and pieces of hair should not be on the linens to begin with. Secondly, one shouldn t call 5 times (with no call back)to ask for a service.
I have stayed in other Sheratons and none were like this ! Will never book this one again
It was incredibly convenient to have it one stop away from the international gates, super spacious room and comfortable bed. Worst part would be no free wifi.
In the airport itself, ideal to spend a night by airport link
Bedside lamp does not work, neighbors bathroom fan is noisy. No plugs on right side of bed
Decent rooms and food as well as a convienent location.
I asked for a 6 AM wake up call this morning which I did not get. Very unfortunate for me. If you were going to put a coffee machine in the room why not put some sugar and stir sticks along with it otherwise the gesture is really pointless.
I believe NCM associates do a lot of business with your hotel you may have to improve.

No laundry services on the weekend this is ridiculous for an international
Fantastic hotel. Easy access. Best club lounge of any Sheraton.
Great food, great rooms. My absolute favourite is the products they offer in the bathrooms, which are not tested on animals. Absolutely amazing in my books for that, 6/5.
Great hotel, obviously very convenient as it is part of the airport at Terminal 3! We were flying out before 7 am so best bet to stay there the night before!
My flight was canceled. It was difficult to find hotel in the last minute. The staff was helpful, my room was clean.
Thank you
Hotel at the Toronto airport. Ideal for an overnight stay as a stopover.
Got stuck in Toronto and my family went to this hotel. Very nice and welcoming. Large rooms.
I called this hotel twice, once to make a reservation and the second time, to follow up the email confirmation on said reservation. I spoke to 2 different people and both were ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I was talked down to in the most condescending way for asking questions and making my request. I didn't get the name of the first person, but the second person's name was Vivian.
To the hotel management, you have to get more polite employees. To think you are in the hospitality industry. So disappointing and I will never book there again!
Great service. Good staff. Nice rooms. Just watch your penny's. It's expensive.
