Convenient location to airport. Great level of amenities.

I stayed here on a through trip from Florida to Timmins Ontario. The rates were out of this world. despite that, the rooms were very very nice and I appreciated the opportunity to stay close to the airport. When I went down for breakfast in the morning, the service was so slow I just left the restaurant and and went over to the airport. Not really my best experience.

Terrible! will never be parking my car here again while on vacation.

Best location for Airport hotel, Located across from Terminal 3 and 1 train ride to Terminal 1. Very easy to get around. Rooms a very dated but comfortable and clean. The noise level was good. There is a lobby bar/restaurant in the lobby as well. The staff were very nice as well.

Nice pool & gym. Friday night DJ in the lobby Bar/restaurant is a nice touch. Try the Lamb you wont regret it. #delicious

Nice hotel, but no free WiFi! Would also be better if they allowed UberX pickup

Rooms were fine, if a bit dated. Really great location for flying (in the airport).

Overpriced and a bit musty. Handy for terminal 3 and hire cars.

The staff were very friendly and made check-in/check-out very easy. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfy.

Great access location Room is also clean. If you give us slippers on board, you should bring them with you. There are no slippers indoors. The bathrooms are very average but clean.

Awesome Hotel. The room views towards the runway was great, especially when you get up early in the morning, to sit in front of the huge floor to ceiling windows and sip a coffee overlooking the takeoff and landings, the kids were mesmerized.

I stayed in room 563. It was a nice solid room with a comfortable bed and pillows. The tub was a bit dingy but I would stay there again.

Been coming here since I was a kid and always a good experience. Latest visit they gave us an airport view with no additional charge and when the view was blocked by a wall, gave us a different room with a fantastic view.

When you first walk in, it is rather impressive with nice decor and an elegant feel. Then you get to your room and realize you can hear your neighbours clearly, the decor is about 20 years out of date, the bathroom doesn't even make subpar grade and the furnishing are cheap. Definitely does not live up to the expectation of the Sheraton brand. Hint hint Marriott.

Rooms were clean, Hotel was nice, park and fly parking doesn't guarantee you a parking spot though, so if you're flying on a busy day don't rely on it

They were doing maintenance for 2 days with water but said only affected hours 1 pm to 4 pm. There was no hot water at night but was working in the morning.

clean, comfortable hotel - but really long (more than 1/2 wait) to check
in at midnight - they need more staff on desk - if you are trying
to get a few hours of sleep before a flight, check in lines at the hotel
are pretty annoying

Really nice hotel just a short train ride from Toronto Airport. Very nice bar food and an excellent range of craft ales

Room was clean. But the bathroom was not. Tips are added to your bill without asking. The restaurant has trouble frying an egg. And a glass of orange juice is $5.oo.... Really? $5.00 ?
Next time I will stay in the airport, waiting at the gate... It will be more comfortable.

For one night complettly ok. The rooms are a little bit old and need renovation. specially the bathroom. but everything is clean, service is very good. also the price is ok.

Good hotel and the view from the roof top lounge is spectacle, but the hotel needs some renovation.

Only issue was that it took almost 45 minutes to check in due to a large line and only two employees processing people.

Only the bell desk were allowed to use the carts for getting bags to you room....that was annoying and slow. Beds seemed small. Internet worked great!

Very friendly service and the room was comfortable and clean.

Food is too expensive and room is not quiet. Monorail and plane noise is heard all night!

This place was a haven for us when West Jet screwed up our flights from Toronto to Edmonton. They let us nap in their Hotel lobby and kept their bar kitchen open a little later so we could order food. However this is probably normal for Pearson International Airport.

Great location - but check-in was slow. Room was fine, but nothing special for cost. Grabbed a drink, again slow service, but it was fairly busy.

The venue was very clean and well taken care of. The Canadian burger was delicious. And all the staff that I encountered we're very helpful and nice.

Location was difficult to find , rooms were nice , everything was clean , and service was really good they were really courteous at the job interview .

Property is easy access the the Airport and the city. Great lounge.

Good hotel but no food delivery service delivers here for some reason.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Good working WiFi. Good fitness center.

Excellent hotel. Club rooms very nice. Enjoyed the mahogany grill. Wished they had a slightly larger craft beer selection.

Pretty good Sheraton in the middle of the airport. I'm not sure why, but it just has a dingy feeling to me though. It is a Tram ride from the main terminal. The rooms have a great view our over the city or the runways. The Internet was excellent.

This hotel deliberately over-books their rooms then pretends to do you a favor by shoving you into a dirty cab at 2 am to drive you 15 minutes away to a low rate hotel where you will stand in line for 15 minutes to be checked in.

Had a business lunch at the hotel restaurant. Server (Faye) was courteous and prompt. Food was good and we were served quickly, which we requested.

Rooms are nice, but from the time we got there we've been having troubles with their payment systems not accepting the payments, as well as taking a long time to get our rooms available. Location isn't the most central either, though it would be good for anyone taking a flight. Haven't found a way to walk from the airport and hotel, so transportation is necessary

Hotel located inside Toronto airport. It is a modern construction. The rooms are very clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts. There is a wellness center, a gym, a swimming pool, a market. The staff is also very kind and courteous.

Do not book at the 1-800 number as you are charged in American dollars, but not told that. If you call the hotel directly and want to make a reservation you are connected with someone in Mexico. The prices listed are not the real prices, beware. The prices are upped by "Tax recovery charges and service fees." That is what we get for globalization and sending jobs out of our country. How about if someone calls the hotel, they speak to the hotel. What a novel idea.

A delightful stay, in every way.
I stayed for an early morning flight, (arriving late) the front desk agent who's name I believe was Rosanid (Sp?), greeted me warmly, thank me for staying and gave me an efficient check-in.
Room was really clean, comfortable, and quiet.
The Sheraton lounge was slightly busy, and still spotless.
Really enjoyed my stay.

My wife and I met another couple at the lobby bar. Service was pleasant and prompt but we had some difficulty with understanding the waiter. English was not his first language. He also seemed to have too many tables. The food was excellent. Atmosphere was very nice. It was quiet so conversation was easy. I would definitely go again.
