Pleasantly surprised first time in the Hilton worth the trip back

Nice property, quality workout facility (for on the road). Enjoyed the property and will stay there again in future Toronto area visits.

Fast check in, rooms were nice and big. Very clean. We also had dinner and drinks in the restaurant. It was very good.

Food was just ok. Still hungry. Noise travels between rooms. Good water pressure.

Stayed before with no issues, however this time I had to change my first room as there was an incredibly bad industrial cleaner smell throughout my room

Attended a sales conference for Stampede had their Big Book of Av conference. The Stampede show was excellent with only a minor glitch in the parking validation system by the Hilton property. Lunch was excellent

My dad was here for a conference, I had accompanied him but waited in the dining area, all of the staff were very friendly and were very attentive, I felt very welcome

I was surprised by the size of the rooms I loved the negatives are s not planned for our European chargers and he does not speak french

Good place for a single night before trip. Nothing spectacular but clean.

The room was nice and well-arranged, it had lots of space and good furniture. The 7am shuttle to the airport was full so I had to wait 20 minutes for the next one. The staff was friendly and helpful. You have to be a Hilton Honors person for free wifi.

Someone came into my room as I was trying to sleep then My key was deactivated. I told the front desk staff as I'm getting my key activated they did not care did not apologize I felt like I was annoying her for asking for a new key and when I asked will anybody else try to get into my room as I try to sleep she did not even respond. I sure hope I'm able to sleep tonight there is lots of partying on my floor I don't want to call front desk because it looks like they don't care.

Room spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts have good prices and the food is quality. The staff is friendly. It has shuttle to take you to the airport. The only downside that I put is that you have to pay from 6 to 10 Canadian dollars per day for WiFi.

Was der to pickup some stuff left at reception . They were really helpful

Breakfast is overpriced and underwhelming, faucet in the bathroom came out of the wall.

Daily charge for wifi and parking!? Cheapest hotels in Toronto have free wifi and parking ... but..Service was good and room is nice with good beds but bathroom has greasy prints all over mirror, needs a little work. Obvious convenience for airport location though and 24hr room service.

The staff is professional and a pleasure to deal with. Only hotel to stay at if you'll be using the airport.

The booking said free wifi, when I got there they said it was only available in the lobby. The guy working at the front was very standoffish when I showed him the booking and took my phone from my hand to take it to the back and show the manager which I thought was unprofessional. Parking was an awful mess, had to park far away from the hotel and carry all my luggage to the door. The room I got was facing the parking lot and at 3 am someone's car alarm went off and it was impossible to sleep even though I had an important day in the morning. Other than that location is great and close to everything, room service was excellent. Probably would not stay here again.

Got a room with a noisy air condition unit. Couldn't get a good night sleep.

Amazingly clean! Staff was extremely helpful!! We've had some bad hotel experiences in Canada in the past...this hotel has redeemed Canada!! The pool was really fun too!!

Parking to attend dance competition was crazy expensive not coming back or will car pool

Very clean and modern. Really close to the airport. Free 24 hr shuttle. Folks at check-in were great!

3am fire alarm with no explanation of the actual issue. Long check in lines and location is being remodeled it appears. Would not return under current management.

Long line up at check in but nothing you can do really do about that. My Bluetooth on phone wasn t working for some reason so couldn t bypass counter. Friendly and helpful at front desk rooms clean great stay pillows really comfy.

It's a decent hotel, have stayed here before and it was comfortable.

Check in was quick and efficient...Carl was fantastic! Large, clean and quiet. They arranged for our shuttle to the airport in the morning and gave us bottled water. Thanks for the great service Carl.

Super convenient for an overnight stay prior to an early morning flight. Modern rooms... Mine could have used a bit of TLC even though it was an executive suite. I'd stay here again but its close proximity to the airport might be a distraction for those with young children who are light sleepers.

Very unorganized, washrooms in the lobby was not clean!

Most of lobby seem to be under construction. Clean, beautiful room. Reception area desk with man and woman of colour very welcoming,. but other desk with young Asian woman not so much as I saw her mouthing to our girl that we were being too loud. Yes..I saw you and I don't appreciate it one bit. Next time make sure the guests can't see your lips.

It was great. Loved the stay. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable and room was very clean! My only complaint would be that the shuttle driver from the airport was super rude and angry that I had a lot of bags! I mean, REALLY awful! Otherwise, it was amazing!

Convenient location for a work event with many colleagues having to fly in. Staff was great. Food was pretty solid. Many rooms updated and renovated with lots of restaurants near by as well. Will stay here again. Only complaints:almost no water pressure in the showers and if you're particular with pillows bring your own. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

Came for a hockey tournament where we were required to stay here. The staff is not very friendly, and for the price, the quality of the rooms is poor. I will never stay here, unless absolutely necessary.

Room was ok but noisy on the ground floor. Don t understand why they want to charge extra for their internet.

An old hotel now under cosmetic renovations. 1 stayed for 1 night and it was ok.

While costly for a single night, it was also the nicest hotel I've stayed at. Clean, everything was modern and functioned well. Everything felt safe and professional. Not one complaint aside from the fact that parking is quite pricey.

Apparently the hotel was nice, but paying for my employee to attend a conference was a painful experience. It took 4 phone calls, a fax, and a lot of hold music. However they're handling their phones is difficult for guests.

Not a 4 star old and old hotel. Parking is $ 25 per day and breakfast is $ 29.95. It's a two-day stay at a four-star hotel at 280,000 won, and I booked it for two days.

Clean, beautiful, friendly staff, my room was freezing and had a horrid window draft, hence the 4 stars and not 5

On our December 2nd stay, we appreciated the good bed and the courteous shuttle service. On the other hand, breakfast was very expensive for the poor quality and variety; Service was poor as well. Our poached eggs so strongly smelled of Vinegar and by the time they arrived, our toasts were cold. Hilton should improve their breakfast buffet and include it with the room.

I stay at this hotel for three days and i had the worst experience. Hotel was too noisy, Internet too slow and too expensive($19 per night) and Parking fee was too expensive ($18 per night). I would avoid staying at this Hotel-you would be better of with small motel.
