Standard Sheraton room. Clean, spacious enough and good service. At terminal 3, about 5 minutes away from terminal 1 through shuttle.

Great hotel, soooo convenient if you have to overnight between flights in and out of Toronto. Love that you can roll your luggage cart up to your room. Rooms are big and clean. Nice if you can get a room that overlooks the airfield. Plenty of computers in the business center. Great hotel staff - they went above and beyond when they certainly did not have to, to help me out when I was having trouble getting connected to the hotel wifi. Both the restaurant and the bar are great. The restaurant has great food - full course meals, while the bar food is more casual, but still really good. Some very good cocktails, too!
The indoor pool and hot tub were lovely and clean. Convenient ATM. If you are staying overnight and heading down south, you can leave your winter coats and boots at the hotel, then collect them when you return.
Worth every penny!

I have stayed here multiple times. Prices fluctuates wildly. Last time I was here is paid $275/night where the web price was $500....
I also had a neighbor that parties until 3am. I call the front desk but there was no action taken. So, no sleep until 3 am until they departed.
You're in the airport so the restaurant food cost are hugely inflated also.
Nothing about the hotel feel like you are getting any value for your money..at all.

Excellent staff, from hospitality to front desk.
Long walks to certain rooms.
Elevators are quick.
Food options are very good.
Amenities in our standard room are very well thought out and efficient.

Hated it here. We landed late and the restaurant was closed. No one wanted to deliver here so I had to eat the small snacks which I brought. They charge for everything too. No free wifi. No free bottle of water. They even charge $2 to make a local call. Next time I'm in town and need a hotel, I'll try the ALT hotel next door for a lot less $.

mainly cuz of the UP express to the airport .

We got to the hotel at 1am and had to wait for over 45 minutes to get checked in, they only had 1 staff member checking customers in. When I booked my stay over the phone the agent over the phone said to speak to the manager on duty, in regards to getting a day room rate, because we only needed the room for about 2 and a half hours. There were 4 of us travelling, my husband myself and my two children.
Our flight arrived to Toronto at around 12:00 midnight, we got to the hotel about 1am, & we needed to be back at the airport @ 4am to catch our flight to Detroit at 6 am. The girl at front desk was really nice and understood our situation but could not do anything without manager approval.
Then the manager came out, was very rude and arrogant, even though he was already informed about our ask and our situation, he came out and asked again about what's going on, I asked him if we can get a better rate since we were only there for a few hours due to the fact that we had children travelling with us, he said nope the rate is what it is and that I already had a good rate and how his rooms are really expensive and going for $400/night, he said that and left. The room was ok, however I was very disappointed with the managers customer service skills, he was not understanding at all, I found him very rude and arrogant.

Stayed here on a Air Canada voucher after missing a connecting flight. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. However, the hotel is well used and badly in need of renos, although ok for an overnight stay - no more. The same can be said for the restaurant. A burger we ordered had a good char-broiled taste but was overdone. A nicoise salad was somewhat interesting, but the vinaigrette had a sweetness about it, the tuna was sort of suchi'ed (raw inside, an attempt at being avant-garde) and the black olives were of the canned, bland variety. Didn't work. The restaurant service was brusque, but it seemed like the place was understaffed. Extremely, extremely overpriced for the food and drink you get.

It was noisier than in the past outside until after midnight. Usually soundproofing is good but not that night.

Room was clean and organized. The mattress sucked. Seeing how you stay there to sleep we found the mattress awful and we slept terribly.

Attached to airport. Convenient and clean. Parking is inconvenient.

Good hotel. Great rooms. Kind of pricey meals and cocktails. Not bad selection of vegetarian food. Club level longe was excellent

Great place to stay at! Very comfortable and the people are all so warm. Special kudos to Ms Rosario at the front desk, fantastic welcome she gave me! Made me feel right at home! See you soon again!

Stayed at this hotel a number of times this year travelling with my family. They've always been good with meeting special requests (cribs, room location and floor, etc). Kinda pricey but sure beats waiting for a cab or a shuttle to arrive.

Very nice hotel. Extremely convenient having it in the airport. Be prepared to pay for that convenience$$$. This is the most expensive Hotel I have ever stayed in.

Location great and clean and polite but dated and relatively pricey and nothing to do nearby.
Restaurant closes too early at 10 pm for a realairport hotel. From and gloom upstairs decor.
No much healthy food on menu.

Rooms are old and dark. Needs a facelift. Lounge and bar area are comfortable and nice.

Great place to stay on Pearson airport, walking distance from terminal 3. Rates are bit higher and finding a parking slot in airport terminal parking is bit tricky. If you park your car it cost about 30 dollars. You can ask the hotel reception to validate your parking to give you in and out faculty for 24 hours. If you are planning to visit downtown Toronto then take UP express train which is the fastest way to reach at Union station from where lot of subway connections are available to commute
