Beautiful hotel with great restaurant, gift shop. Connected to the airport which makes it convenient for everyone staying. Nice clean environment, great customer service. Concierge team did a wonderful job by picking me up at the door and dropped off my bags to the room while I headed to the restaurant. Front seat agent wasn t putting efforts to please, but they were busy helping others. Wheelchair accessible.

Lovely restaurant to eat and relax in terminal 3 after checking in but prior to going through security. I cant believe I traveled for so many years without knowing this place existed.
My wife and 10 month old daughter were flying to China without me, and we wanted to spend some time together over a meal before they went through security.
My wife ate the lamb burger and I enjoyed the Italian panini. Both were delicious. Our server was wonderful and very accommodating regarding our baby needs also.
Washrooms were spotless and smelled great. Only suggestion I have would be to raise the diaper change table in the men's washroom, and fix the lap belt on it also. It was installed way to low haha...but it is warm due to the baseboard heater beneath it haha.
I will stay in this hotel any time I have a super early flight now that I see how conveniently located it is.
First time I stayed here and will be staying again for sure. Walk out of your room and you are in the terminal...no worries about dressing for the weather...
Horrible. Too crowded. Too long of lines through security and customs. Customs was way way way under staffed for the amount of people. So many people missed flights because of poor management.
Better than expected. Stayed here once before and it was pretty worn. Hotel still shows sign of hard use in some areas, but is still quite nice and very convenient
The room wasnt very clean. There was an open water bottle from a previous guest on the table and the bathroom sink and counter didnt look like they had been wiped or cleaned. Since my flight had been cancelled, it was convenient to stay there. The front desk staff both in the evening and the morning was very nice and helpful, just wasnt impressed with the room itself.
It is a Sheraton. So it's extraordinary if you have to spend the night here, extraordinary pillows and beds. The restaurant is not the best in price / quality comparison, but we are still at the airport, so ... it's okay. On average 150 usd per night.
When I can't stay at the Sheraton Toronto Centre, I stay here. Being connected to the airport makes for quick transitions to the UP Express and a fast rude downtown. Decent place, with Chromecast in the Club rooms. Club lounge staff are great, very friendly and helpful.
Great place great staff i always stay there when im in Toronto i stay there and its a short walk to airport great food excellent rooms wheelchair accessable
This hotel needs a lot of work. Our room smelled and the walls were scratched/scarred. Certainly not worth what we paid and below Sheraton s usual high standards.
It's all good! Agility and convenience is the highlight. Luxury without frills and super comfortable accommodation. International quality service with well trained and attentive staff. Restaurant with quality and superior creativity. Look for promotions on the website and on the Internet.
A nice hotel and friendly staff. Very convenient if you're staying in Toronto between flights and such since you're connected to Terminal 3. You do pay a premium for the hotel and food and such for the location/convenience. A bit of room age showing, and halls are dark, but the rooms are big compared to other hotels at airports. Rooms had safes, but no fridges.
Worst beds ever. I stayed for two nights and my back was shot. I never have a problem sleeping anywhere but the beds were horrible. I also had my card reactive 4 times and the guy at the service desk had no idea what he was doing. Parking was also 30 bucks a day which I have no idea why that's not included with the stay of your room. One good thing is the food isn't bad.
Very nice staff, appreciated to be so close to the airport, good soundproofing for me, cleanliness to review for some things (hair in the bathtub ect) room still old and deco to review. Le.Grill's restaurant has some very expensive dishes and very ordinary I had to return one. They still have some specialties that they perform very well. Like scallop pasta with goat cheese. However the bill can go up quite quickly.
Staff was very friendly. Clean and beautiful rooms. Great resturaunt. Being right at the airport is a mist for early morning flights. We were at a conference here, and the staff were great.
Great location for meetings prior to catching a flight. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. A little on the pricey side however, that is expected considering the location.
I didn't use a lot of the facilities since I was there for a conference but my room was very clean. The food for the three days I was there was amazing! All the staff were friendly and professional. I thought the bed was kind of hard and the pillows didn't have too much substance to them but I'm used to a thick pillow top mattress at home so maybe it's just my comparison. Other people at my conference thought the beds were amazing.
The only reason to stay here is convenience, but it's like buying a $18 beer from the minibar, only to find the beer is past it's sell by date. The hotel looks nice from the outside but it's old and worn. The front desk offered me a "super quiet" room, but I could hear my neighbors on all sides. The AC fan can't be set to remain on to minimize the noise, not does it control the temp. The bathroom is cramped and dated, and the door is literally paper thin like a mobile home. The bed is not horrible but not great. And the room clean.and front desk pleasant. This is basically a Motel 6 but walking distance from Pearson. Stay at the Hilton nearby and save hundreds, and get a good night sleep in a plush.
Excellent service, clean rooms, across from an airport, which is a plus! Here I attended a family reunion, so the Conference rooms were perfectly situated! The front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were super polite and great people persons.
Got to hotel and checked in. Very friendly lady at front desk, by the name Rosita, greeted us and was very friendly to us. I m 12 as of 2019, and was travelling with my parents and my younger sister. During our one night stay, I had one request: to get a room facing the runway so I can watch planes take off and land cause I planes and think they are very interesting. Rosita fulfilled my request and got us a room that looked directly to the runway. I can t thank her enough. Room was very big and spacious. Overall, I had a very nice stay here. ~ Emily
Great rooms and the location can't get any more convenient. It's a little pricey, but a five minute walk to the terminal makes it worth it. I'll be staying there again next time.
My wife's flight was just cancelled and so while she was dealing with a screaming 18month old and the very unhelpful airport reps, I agreed to help by booking her a room in which to stay until her flight the next day. Assuming it would be the fastest, I phoned the hotel which rang for five or six time until someone picked up and asked to put me on hold. I was on hold for over 15 minutes until someone from customer satisfaction picked up and had no idea about where I was calling, where I wanted to book. During this time, the price went up from $350/night to $412/ night but because the airline had already sent on the child's carseat, we needed to stay at a hotel that didn't require us to use a taxi. It took at least another 10 min on the phone with him when until he said, "okay I'm booking the room now.... uh oh... it appears we are sold out". To be placed on hold for such a long time, only to be transferred, only to have the person so confused that it took over 10 min to book a room, only to loose any chance at a room because the whole process took too long was overall completely unacceptable. I could have just booked it online and been more successful. Now my wife is trapped in the Toronto Airport with no hotel to stay in due to the poor/incompetent service. I expected more, Sheraton- very disappointing.
Great hotel and for catching an early flight it can't be beat. Connected to the terminal and also to the UP Express which will take you directly downtown.
Extremely convenient when travelling through Pearson international airport. Quality amenities and excellent service. Recommend staying before a vacation, especially with early flights.
Great hotel if you have an early flight. Had dinner there as well...tasty but predictably expensive. Despite being located at the airport, the room was surprisingly quiet.
We had an early morning flight. Gateway can not be beat for convenience to Pearson! Our room had a few issues: fridge was impossible to open (previous guests had clearly pried at it in frustration), the lights were not plugged in and the USB plugs were also not plugged in. Not guest ready? It is a little tired but it is comfortable. 4 stars for the convenience alone.
We went to the restaurant for a business lunch meeting. Their menu was close to nothing. Only 2 types of burgers were available under the main meal section. The service was mediocre at best. The super expensive burger that I got looked great but very salty. Fries that was provided on the side was very good though.
No complaints about the room. Now the restaurant was complete trash. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours so Sunwing accomodated our group at the Sheraton gateway. We all received dinner vouchers so basically free meals... But we waited 2 hours for our meals. Food was great but the wait time was beyond ridiculous. We had seniors and children, to wait 2 hours with not even an apology for the delay is disgusting. Would not recommend eating at the restaurant.
I had a really negative experience booking and staying at the Sheraton. I made a reservation online and the online form repeatedly confused my attempt to book 2 doubles as 1 king. We tried multiple times and accidentally booked 1 King bed, but we were not aware of it. I called in to extend my reservation for an additional night and discovered it was for 1 King, when I tried to address the matter I was hung up on. It was frustrating that the phone number leads to a call centre instead of the actual hotel because the worker clearly didn't care about the quality of his customer service. After connecting to another call centre agent, he told me I would have to pay for one night's stay because it was the following day. I said never mind, in that case I won't cancel. I showed up to the hotel and my reservation was cancelled. Again, incredibly frustrating. They ended up reinstating my reservation and giving us a room with 2 doubles but the whole process was very time consuming and frustrating. Parking is also cumbersome.
Surprisingly quiet even though it is at the airport. Top of the line bedding, very comfy. Friendly staff. Great dining. Would definitely stay again when traveling.
