Very easy drop-off by having a covered drop-off area in the downtown core. Very friendly service during our entire stay from arrival through to leaving the next day. Rates are very reasonable for the location (which is very good!) and the rooms were impeccably clean. Had a wonderful stay.
Room was cold at first, clean, water pressure could be better. Good overall.

The rooms look larger in pictures and was smaller when we came, we had a beautiful view from our room of the Toronto sign. Everything was close by and walkable 5-10 mins.
The rooms are a bit cramped, there are no slippers in the rooms.
Customer service is wonderful and it was fast to check in from their app.

Like most other Sheraton's the service here is great, comfortable beds and a wonderful location. If you are visiting Toronto, this is a solid choice.

The hotel is placed in the middle of the city and very accessible. Staff are kind and friendly. The room is spacious and clean enough and the view from there was beautiful. You could see even the TORONTO sign from your room if you're lucky! I loved the pool as well it's perfect to be chill and you can even forget you're in the city!

At the hotel for a two day training - professional program. York room was used. Pastries in the morning, fruits in the afternoon, coffee tea throughout the day. Clean. Hotel looks pretty nice on the inside. Waterfall in centre courtyard is pretty epic.
This place is good for the food and all eating stuff but we stayed here for a night and found that this place is not upto the mark, its name is very famous but its service was not at all good. And extra charge was become a headache for me, charge it we dont have any problem with that! but your charges were very high when I compared to some other hotels...

I taught how to read the Tarot for the Learning Annex at this hotel for a couple of years and the facility was perfect and staff always friendly. I also stayed here while doing the women's show in Toronto and loved it.

My favourite spot to stay when visiting Toronto. Location is great, walkable to everything. Pool is in door/outdoor and they have recently added an indoor pool bar that is a nice feature. Biggest downside is paying 55 dollars for parking a night but highly recommended.
Nice large luxury hotel with all the services and amenities you'd expect. Connection to the underground pathway is really nice.

Large room on the 17th floor overlooking the town hall. Rates with interesting conference. The reception staff, not very welcoming. We needed to insist heavily on booking details that were quite simple. Restaurant in front of the hotel overpriced and frankly not good.
This is the first time that the room wasn't in the most pristine shape when we checked in. The hotel, however, made sure to take care of our concerns. Exceptional staff and perfect location

Beautiful and very busy hotel with immensely helpful staff. Large banquet spaces. Board rooms with fabulous view of the Nathan Philip Square. Easily accessible by all public transportation. Very ideally located to high street shopping and tourist attractions.

Excellent location for meetings! The hotel Staff kept the areas clean and took care of the drinks quite efficiently . Super convenient to get to by public transit. Very easy to travel underground to other nearby locations.
Gorgeous hotel with lots of meeting rooms for business, but their WiFi was terrible for our 3 day event.
This place is amazingly staffed and is simply beautiful inside. The rooms were very up to date as well.

Good location downtown. Gym is pretty large for a hotel. Most of the equipment is cardio but there are some free weights and machines. Pool looked nice. It's an indoor-outdoor combo. The room I had was clean and had decent WiFi. Good views of downtown. About a 10 min walk from Union station.
The hotel phone doesn t work. The internet doesn t give you the option to use it for free. You have to join SPG again or pay for it. And there is no self parking, only valet parking for $50 per day. I will not stay here again.
Well decorated however, for the location : 1. No parking (absurd) 2. Renting out the hall means taking two elevators to access the outside but the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Reasonably good service in a property that is starting to get a little dated. Rooms were large, quiet and clean. Bathroom felt unusually small for the size of room. Water pressure in shower was terribly weak, and shower head was placed too low (I m not even that tall). Location was great.
Took a star off for bathroom/shower situation and another off for the the hotel starting to look abit dated

Grand ballroom is huge, and the tech setup was stellar.
it is clean, conformable, location is amazing. On the otherhand, rooms are small. outdated furniture, reception and stuff are friendly. Car parking is very expensive at the hotel, but you may park your car near by in the town public parking. Price is fare
