Hotel has a good location however for the event, was conducted in areas were accessibility is limited for the size of the event, wouldn't recommend it for a next year

Great experience. Could not locate eco-friendly door hanger, but this was a small issue.

Please install a secondary parking payment system, or at the very least, post a clear conspicuous sign regarding any secondary or tertiary locations. Having to wait 25 minutes to pay for parking is unacceptable.

Just stayed for a night, clean room and bathroom. Nice staff.

Room must have been a xomplete remodel before I stayed. I didn't like the food in the club room, but I'm from the states so maybe they have a differing taste. Great service. Quiet, except for frequent planes, but the windows blocked out 90% of sound. Cool pool with glass ceiling and cool to watch planes come in and go out.

A few restaurants within walking distance including one inside the hotel itself. Friendly staff.

Visited the onsite restaurant Olio for breakfast. Wasn't very busy for a Sunday morning. The chef cooking omelettes was awesome. Best omelette I have ever had. Definitely going to visit again.

This hotel was the host for the CANMUG 2018 conference, the location was very accessible by car (unsure of public transportation). The parking can get quite pricey but the conference had a prenegotiated rate for all attendees. The rooms were large and seats were quite comfortable... the only issue was the super efficient air conditioning that made the room a little cool to all. The beverages are either from Pepsi or Starbucks. The food is quite good and snacks are acceptable. All in all, the venue is quite nice if you intend to host a meeting or party here. We did see the pool and it does have a nice outdoors feel even being enclosed.

Nicely renovated rooms, friendly staff. Airplane noise is a little obnoxious, but you get used to it quickly.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. The rooms were clean and quiet. The conference rooms were well laid out, the temperature was great, and the staff were amazing. The only drawback was some parts of the laid on meals were cold. I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Had dinner at chop with a group of 11 people. Food was wonderful but service come time to pay was terrible at getting everyone's checks sorted.

Location is good, convenient access to Highway 427 and 401, close but not too close to the airport. Food was good, with a variety of options. Conference rooms were well set up. Had to pay for parking both days which was expensive.

It's a nice enough hotel for a short stay. I like it.

This hotel is very conveniently located near the airport and Park N Fly. The staff were very helpful. There are a number of restaurants close by, including the Chop Steakhouse in the parking lot, which was also excellent. The room was large and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

My mother is handicapped. The beds are too high. I asked for a stepping stool, they do not have one. They do not have a solution. They left us without an answer for over 2 hours.

Nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Welcoming staff. Cleanliness of roomis top notch.
I enjoy that you can choose a "greener" option for house keeping.

One thing of note, the office chair has no arms, which is easy to forget, but can cause you to catch yourself from falling out of it.

We have stayed here for the same events several years now. The hotel has definitely improved the accommodations and the staff is always professional and friendly. The rooms are updated, but we had issues with our AC and the humidity levels in the room. It was a struggle to get the room temperature down. We would stay again, but try to get a room without those issues.

For a newer hotel, felt I was in a dive from 30 yrs ago. Paint pealing and bubbling!

Incredible hotel. Was here for an IoT conference. Very high end and good quality.

The location is quite noisey, because of the flight landing to the airport, but since you get inside you will here nothing.

Was there for a 3 day conference, food was great, parking is $20 per day. Nice clean hotel.

I was there breifly for a very crowded convention. Staff were friendly. Place was very organized.

One of the best places I stayed in very clean soundproof rooms , the beds are so comfortable, staff are very friendly and polite deserves 5 starts

Needed a room last minute due to flight delay, hotel shuttles on time, amazing service from the staff and our bed was comfortable as @#%$.

Nice place. Front seat helped me find the conference room I had to go to. That's it.

Bed was rock hard. No breakfast or any kind for non caa members. That was disappointing.

Good airport hotel. Pool and gym in high quality. Rooms are a bit old but fine.

Attending the largest anime convention in Canada. The hotel had accommodations to assist with part of the convention. The staff were friendly provided water and refreshments when needed and we're very helpful.

Room size was great, was comfortable. Clean and only complaint is the bathroom needs a fan

Was here a few years ago and I enjoyed it quite a bit :) I keep trying to get here for anime north but I keep putting it off hah. Hopefully next year!

Great location right next to the airport. The room was very nice, open lay out, with luxerious furniture and the functuay was very modern. Staff was friendly, they were kind to my visiting guests and had me checked in and out fairly quickly. Overall, very happy with my stay and my room!

I attended for a professional event. The facilities we're nice and clean. There were a couple little hiccups with food service between two separate groups that could have seemingly been prevented by some of the staff being more proactive. All in all a good experience.

Great facilities. Clean rooms and excellent staff. I have multiple food allergies and the staff handled then all well. I had no food issues and good choices.

I was there for a work function. The room, decor, food and staff were fantastic

Amazing hotel. Clean, modern. LOVED the room. Right by the golf course with nice view. very nice gym and cool pool with glass dome and can see planes flying over. Only negative I had was no lotion sample in washroom and skin got very dry after using the pool. Would highly recommend!!

Since it is near the airport expect plane noise every 5 minutes.

Came here for a second time and had another great stay !

I simply believe it's poor hospitality to charge guests for parking. My wife and I both drove so that's was an additional $48 for parking. Unbelievably poor taste in my little opinion.

Lobby and restaurant very nice but rooms could use updating. There was a smoky smell in our room. But very convenient and reasonable price with parking for the location.

We had our Church's Christmas Banquet there. It was awesome. Ample parking space, entrance is wheelchair accessible. I had the chicken and it was delicious

Shuttle service is horrible, took over an hour. Front desk is rude and incompetent when dealing with calls for service. Several people called and times were everywhere from 5 to 10 minutes but no shuttle would come. It s been over an hour in-30 weather. The Hilton shuttle has been here at the airport 10 times. Book wisely this hotel is off our list.

Always great Sheraton experience but this time day didnt offer the breakfast card
