My experience in purchasing a certified pre-owned 535 xi was exceptional. From the moment you walk in the door and are personally greeted the entire experience is professional and friendly. The car I purchased needed a bit of paint touch up and they gave me a new loaner to drive and am sure that by the time they are done it will look brand new! Shannon Bonomo, my sales rep was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and worked so hard to make sure I was happy. She really went the extra mile!! Can't say enough good things about both the Schomp dealership and Shannon!!!

Jeff Hansen was amazing! I did my due diligence when buying something this expensive and went to another dealership and it was a night and day experience. Jeff truly had my best intrest at heart rather than just seeing me as another sale to be made. I understand the need to look else where to see what deals you can get, but you can honestly save your time and just shop here. Jeff H. will walk you through the whole process as if you where his own family rather than as if you were just some customer. Can't recommend this dealership or Jeff H enough!

This team is awful. They have had my car for almost 8 weeks with no communication whatsoever about the progress on the vehicle. My vehicle was at schomp for almost 6 weeks before they even started doing maintenance on it due to their lack of communication. We have emailed and called many, many times with absolutely no response or update and my vehicle remains there. They are highly unprofessional and lack communication which is unacceptable.

I really appreciate the great customer service and helpful service team at Schomp. Everyone I've dealt with in the 2 1/2 years I've been a customer has been wonderfully accommodating, timely and professional. I don't feel like I'm being ripped off or sold services I don't need, and my car always comes back clean! I didn't purchase my car from them, but wouldn't take it anywhere else in town for service!

I traded a 2019 Land Cruiser for a smaller BMW on May 21, 2019. I am owed money from Schomp and was told that I could expect a check within two weeks. It has now been exactly one month and I have yet to receive the roughly $12,000 that I am owed. Do not do business here. Do not trade in your vehicle here. They will outright lie to your face. I am now left to figure out how I can collect my money from this dealership. Exactly how I want to spend my time.

As always my wife and I use Schomp to service our BMWs, one of the main reasons we always head to Schomp is the great experience we receive from Lorenzo our service advisor. We can always count on him to have a great experience and get us in an out or if we need a loaner last minute to keep our busy life humming along.

I'd recommend Schomp just based on those facts alone.

My 2004 330ci started running very rough and quit ...

My 2004 330ci started running very rough and quit a few times so I had to get it towed into Schomp. I told them that it didn't seem to be getting any fuel and that the battery was cranking just fine...just no fuel getting to the motor. They checked it out and said it needed a new alternator. Seemed like an odd conclusion given the symptoms I described to them, but I figured they knew something that I didn't. So they changed the alternator for $1250 (and it took 5 days) and they said it was ready to pick up. Picked it up and drove off. 5 min later I'm having the same problem that I brought it in for, so I turned around and brought it back. This time they said it was a bad fuel pump. Well that makes sense, because it wasn't getting fuel, like I initially told them. They were happy to charge me another $900 for this fix. So basically I paid for an alternator that I didn't need. Also, they said they changed the spark plugs for free because it had the wrong plugs in it. Guess who changed the plugs last? Gold Star if you guessed Schomp BMW.

And just to update here...they replied to my review stating how concerning this was and to contact them or they would be in touch. This is for "show" on review sites only and appears to be their standard response to any negative review they receive. I contacted them and got no response nor did they try to contact me. The Garage in Parker is way better priced and they seem to have an idea of what they are doing.

Customer service is horrible at Schomp BMW! No urgency at all to help their customers when you as a customer need them the most. Don't even try to ask for a Manager to help you as one will never show up. Very sad for a high end dealership!! Do yourself a favor and buy a Lexus.

The Schomp purchase process was the quickest and smoothest we've ever experienced. I just feel that they should have loaners available for unscheduled emergencies. At the very least, have shuttles available. Got a shuttle ride home but they couldn't come get me. Had to Uber. Not good.

These guys aren't perfect (no dealership is) but they step up, take responsibility and provide excellent customer service when they fall short to more than makeup for any mistakes. We have bought two vehicles here-one new and one pre-owned. The employees are very nice and professional. The "BMW Geniuses" don't seem to have as much product knowledge as they should, and take a long time to get back to you answering questions they couldn't answer about a car. Beautiful dealership to hang out in, just wish they did not make people hang out for as long as we had to do so sometimes.

I have bought 6 cars in my life and working with Bob S. at schomp BMW was by far the best experience. The dealership is organized, clean, and all of the personnel are friendly. I appreciated that Bob was honest and clearly communicated the price, value of our trade in, and financing process the entire time. Also schomp lists their prices (which are fair) and do not pressure or negotiate. The price quoted is the out the door price! I would absolutely recommend buying a car from schomp and would definitely recommend working with Bob S.!

What happened to the exceptional Customer Service ...

What happened to the exceptional Customer Service that was at the Littleton Schomp? We took both Civics in for service the same day 30 minutes apart. We also had a scheduled drop-off appointment. It took 2 hours to service the 2013 (Oil, Filter, service check), but they couldn't find the 2015 Civic. Now it's almost 9:00 pm and we are still waiting for the second car. I don't mind waiting, if I know ahead of time and oh my, loosing my car, that is unacceptable! Turns out, it wasn't even logged in for service, now we have no digital tracking of when we brought it in or if service was actually completed. Ugh!

I was able to schedule an appointment on short notice, to troubleshoot an annoying brake warning light that had been addressed by three other BMW service departments over the last year. The Schomp BMW service department was able to isolate the problem in only an hour, and replaced a faulty sensor at a very reasonable cost.

These folks provide excellent service and know BMW's inside and out. There are other BMW dealerships closer to where I live, but I make the extra 20 mile drive south of where I live in central Denver to this shop way down in the boonies when my car needs service. Great friendly, down to earth people, and top notch service that I trust.

Troy, Ben and team were fantastic to work with and honestly my best car buying experience EVER! They not only provided a fair trade in offer but my vehicle purchase was $6,000 less than the local market price. No dealer handling fees etc! Thanks guys and I love my new suv!

The best part about my experience was my sales person Alex Duquette. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and came across as a genuinely nice guy... not a typical sales person. He gets 5 stars! The dealership gets only 4... it was super busy on the weekend and so we had to wait a bit but Alex was awesome and turned it into a great experience. Ended up with a different car but that had nothing to do with Schompp... just wanted a different car.

Called 5 times to get an appointment scheduled for a recall. Transferred multiple times and disconnected 3 times then the phone just rang and rang after two more attempts to schedule the work. Funny thing is I was getting an airbag recall fixed on my X5 so I could sell it and buy a new one. I won't be buying it at Schomp.

Always TOP NOTCH customer service at Schomp's vehicle service. We've bought from Schomp twice and, the 2nd time around, service was the #1 reason we did so. They're always efficient, extremely professional (I love how your name shows up on the big TVs overhead as soon as you drive into the service bay!) with constant communication regarding what's going on, provide you with loaners every time, and never try to "upsell" anything that's not needed.

For all the great things I heard about Schomp, I was eager to use them. Here's what happened to me after I signed on the dotted line.

I bought my car and they unveiled it. I walked into the car, and unfortunately, my service agent, Ian M., spelled my name incorrectly; whenever I logged into my car, it said "Welcome Sohpie". I informed Schomp and had hoped they would quickly resolve this issue. Ian called me to resolve it and said I will call you right back. I called the next day and Ian informed me that he had been too busy and forgot (not the service you expect after buying a $60,000 car and keep in mind, he called me to help; so hearing I was too busy, made me think - Why did you even call me if you don't want to fix this. Bad customer service). I called and requested to speak with the manager, Ben W., informing him of what had occurred. He promised a swift resolution, and yet again Ian still did not fix my problem. After over 2 hours of dealing with a mistake my agent made (not me) and over the course of two weeks, I finally found a resolution.

I also left my garage door opener in the car we sold to Schomp. Ian told me, "We throw those away." If you have a garage door opener, you know how much of a pain these are to replace. When I spoke to the manager, he said, "We don't throw those away, and I'll have Ian call you to send you your garage door opener back." 5 days later and radio silence. I gave them 3 times to fix these issues before writing a review - After over two weeks, I still don't have my garage door opener and I had to fix my name after speaking to 5 different service reps. To top it all off, once BMW did resolve my issue, we found out Ian had also mistyped my address.

I wouldn't recommend them and will think twice before buying a vehicle from them. I expect high quality service, and spending over 2 hours over the course of 2+ weeks for a mistake the agent made is NOT what I call good service.

Josh is the main reason I stay with Schomp BMW! No gimmicks, no hassle, no wasting my time. He found me the perfect car and made the whole process so easy! His communication during the whole process was excellent. The first time we met he said he'd find me the car I wanted and get me the best deal. He delivered! Every single person I encountered also asked if I was comfortable, wanted something to drink, or if I needed anything. Is this how royalty is treated? LOL! Nice looking establishment but really medioker service. Unfortunately BMW dealers in Colorado r no longer as good as Murray used to be. Sales people change frequently. Really hard to get good service n stick w/the same sales person. The reason im saying this is because our household have been leasing 2 expensive BMW's for the last 25 years. The lease comes up every 3 years n since Murray closed we have been switching back n fort between the 2 medioker dealers, Schomp n BMW downtown which is Sonic. Customers like us, meaning we know what we want n we know our budget, it is important that the sales person understands n treats accordingly but when u hv people come n go all the time, it is hard to establish that kind of high end service.

UPDATE: I would like to thank David Willoughby for reaching out to me. It is encouraging to know that Schomp BMW TRULY DOES CARE about its customers and is currently addressing our repair concerns.

Worse repair service I have ever experienced from what I thought was one of the most reputable dealerships in Colorado. Brought my 80 year old father's BMW in on 11/10/20 for some recall work. It had a MINOR oil leak which they claimed they fixed, but actually made worse. Picked up the BMW on 11/11/20. Noticed large drips of oil on 11/13/20 only 2 days after bringing it home. Texted my SA, Jake, to let him know it was leaking and I would keep an eye on it. Was contacted by Stephen, a different SA. The leak continued to get worse, brought the vehicle back on 11/27/20. Had not even driven it 10 miles when the low oil warning light went off, schomp is 22 miles away. Stopped and put a quart of oil in, drove the BMW the 12 miles with the low oil warning light still going off. When I picked up the BMW, about a week later. I was assured it was fixed and there were no more leaks. Took the BMW to park it for the winter, happened to stop by storage on 12/24/20 and notice a large pool of oil. Reparked it to see if it was leaking. It was leaking so bad I was able to capture video footage of the leak. Contacted Stephen, who was transferred to Mini and no longer at Schomp BMW. When I called Schomp, was given yet another SA. I left a voice message with David Willoughby, my understanding is he the service manager, how ever have never received a return phone call from him. I rescheduled to bring the BMW back on 1/7/2021, however decided that my confidence in their repairs is non existent and did end up canceling. I do NOT recommend having any repairs completed here. I remember when Schomp was a smaller dealership on Broadway and the service was Amazing, maybe they have grown so much that they are not able to provide quality repair service now. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the repair service they claimed they completed. Hope this review helps others who maybe considering any repair service at Schomp. They did do some things that I would consider to be exceptional customer service, however the horrible repair job that they claimed they completed on my 80 year old father's BMW, over shadows any of the good. Wish I had read the service reviews prior to taking my vehicle there. SO DISAPPOINTED.

I purchased a certified pre-owned car from Schomp in March, 2019. I purchased the car (i3) sight unseen and worked with Patrick Quinlan. Patrick was very professional and knowledgable. He was able to answer all of my questions and and was very responsive to my repeated queries. Additionally, I feel their prices are competitive and fair. I was at first turned off by the fact that they don't bargain, but in the end I appreciated it. I always feel a bit sleazy after negotiating a sale. Also, they don't charge any dealer fees, which is huge. There are no surprises when you agree on the price. Just add the taxes and title/registration. Other dealerships I worked with during this process operated much differently and I found it frustrating.

My salesman Ian McCullough was very professional and courteous. He responded very quickly to my correspondence and was very knowledgeable. Although he is fairly new to Schomp, he was thoroughly versed in the cars I was looking at and could answer each of my questions. He has obviously studied the cars.

I like Schomp s One price approach. I have always felt inexperienced going into a car dealership, but Schomp s approach leaves little to be uneasy about. I m very pleased with my experience and would purchase another car from Schomp.

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 BM...

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 BMW 320i xDrive from Zak Sheldon at Schomp BMW and could not be more happy with the experience.

Not only was Zak professional and courteous, he was also quite knowledgeable regarding BMW vehicles, as well as other German vehicles. No question was left unanswered.

I was warmly greeted upon entering the dealership and had several client representatives and sales managers introduce themselves to me and let me know they were there to help if I needed anything.

The test drive was thorough, and I was taken to a location where I could test out the chassis in full. I was pleased with this, since I'd previously mentioned wanting to feel the differences between the F30 and E90 chassis.

The sale process was unlike any other dealership I'd been to: No pressure, and that's the truth. They are legally required to go over certain things (like Gap Insurance), but I never felt any pressure to purchase any specific product.

For the first time when leaving a dealership, I didn't have that nagging thought in the back of my head saying, "Did I get screwed?" I knew the price going in, I got great customer service, a good financing rate, and I left with a deal I am happy with.

I'll definitely be back to Schomp BMW to buy another car from Zak in the future.

He was through, very well informed and walked us through the entire process with such ease. James made sure our visit was quick and easy. I live an hour and a half away, with a BMW dealership in my town and I still choose this place every time my car needs something! Their ability to get you in quickly is amazing and they always provide me with a loaner, knowing that I drive so far. My car needed a part replaced and ended up needing to keep my car over the weekend. Dylan kept me in the loop the entire time and sent me a text as soon as my car was ready! The prices are reasonable and they make sure you re super satisfied with everything before you leave! Highly highly recommend anything Schomp, they re the best!

The Schomp no-haggle experience was positive, no stress and gave us a very fair price for our trade-ins. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with my experience at Ralph Schomp BMW. I walked in wanting to see two cars. They pulled them right up and I was test driving within about 10 minutes. The sales rep took his time with me and showed me everything about the car and answered all of my questions. I had the price of the car right when we got back and there was no hassle or wait time trying to get to the best price. This is the place to go if you are looking for a BMW. Quick, easy, and a great price!

The service dept is staffed by Mellinials who have no concept of hard work, good customer service or what it means to own and drive a BMW. Everytime I have been in there, these kids are rushy and really don't seem to want to help. You have to explain things over and over until they understand, largely because they are not paying attention to you when you speak to them. Forget talking to a "guru". Most of them have no idea what they are talking about. I found the internet more useful for many of my questions. My experience at Schomp BMW leaves me questioning if I will buy another when I'm ready to trade this one in. Super disappointing.

I'm really big on customer service (as many are) and this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I test drove a bunch of different cars over the course of two days and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. The person I worked with also never got frustrated when I kept wanting to try different cars. He even came in on his day off because I had a limited amount of time. Got an awesome trade in value for my current car as well. The sales manager also came up to me after to ask about my experience which was appreciated. Maybe this is typical for some but not the experience I've had elsewhere. Thanks again for an easy car buying experience. 5 stars from me.

Terrible, absolutely terrible service department. We have been trying to replace a windshield starting in June. Four scheduled appointments and they still haven t fixed our vehicle and the communication from them is none! We purchased the windshield replacement package when we bought the vehicle. High pressure sales . DO NOT buy this as they will give you the total run around trying to schedule an appointment and actually fix your vehicle. I would give zero stars for their service, but have to give at least one to post this. The sad thing is I am looking for a new vehicle, but I will never buy anything from Schomp BMW. Do a good job, ill tell 10 people, do a poor job, ill tell everyone I can!!!!!

So glad service department is open until 10pm. My V-belt broke at 7pm requiring me to get towed into Schomp. I arrived just before 9pm and Grant took care of me immediately noting all the issues and assuring me he would get me in first thing the next morning. Grant called around 10am the next day, gave me a rundown on the required repairs and had me out the door by 6pm that day. It is great that the Schomp service team is so responsive. Thanks for the timely assist!

I just recently bought a CPO BMW car from Schomp yesterday and I have to say that this experience was better than the last time we were here. If you ever need a new car please go see Patrick Stenson. He was great to work with. I love my new car thanks Patrick for everything you did for me.

We were looking to buy a new Compact Luxury SUV. We narrowed our search down to the BMW X3 , Audi Q5 and Volvo XC60. The Sales Associate at Schomp BMW receives a 5 star rating. She answered all of our questions and helped set up the test drive. After listening to what we were looking for she found a new X3 from another dealer. It was the right exterior and interior color and the MSRP was about $900 over the X3 we built online. We were looking for a fair price on our Trade In. This is where we give Schomp BMW a 1 star rating. They didn't even walk out to look or inspect the trade. The offer was a low ball offer of $23,400. This was the end of any deal with Schomp. We actually received $27,200 for our trade. Again the Sales Associate was outstanding but the rest of our experience was below average.

I purchased a 2013 Lexus RX 350 in December of 201...

I purchased a 2013 Lexus RX 350 in December of 2018. When I asked for a test drive the salesman told me that the battery in the key fob was dead. He told me he knew this bc he could not unlock the doors and had to manually open the door using the metal key. I waited a few minutes and then a few more and finally after about 30 min they pulled the car around to the front. I know for a fact that even with the battery in the key fob dead, if you hold the key fob up to the push start button you can still start the car bc the chip in the key is passive. I took the car to my mechanic for pre purchase inspection and he told me the battery was bad. I told Schomp I would still buy the car if they purchased a new battery and I could bring the car back at a later date for them to replace. Well a few days later no follow up. So I called in and told them the situation. I also had to call the Kuni Lexus myself to check if they a battery in stock. So I told Schomp if they paid for the battery which I knew was in stock at Kuni, I would pick it up and install it myself. Which is what I did. I also had to call again when my temp plates expired and I had not received my DMV paperwork yet. The nice lady told me she could process my paperwork right away and it would be ready the next day. I picked it up the next day without any more problems. Too bad I had already paid for a 30 day extension on my temp plates bc they were about to expire. Then the salesman called me back about a month later and asked if I had found my new vehicle yet. Overall I would say a SMH emoji would sum up my experience at Schomp.

I asked Tina, one of the car salesman to only have 1 or 2 banks pull my credit. And I end up finding out, she had 5 different banks pulling my credit resulting in my credit score dropping 25 points. Very dissatisfied, hope this doesn t happen to nobody else.

Schomp BMW is second to none. I've purchased countless high end vehicles from many dealerships across the front range and Schomp is the only one I continuously return to and they still never cease to amaze me with their customer service. Super props to Rich Battista and Jason Ford for all of their hard work and simply being awesome. Thanks guys, you'll have my business and friendship for life.

Please consider going anywhere if you need service...

Please consider going anywhere if you need service work for your BMW because in five engagements, I have not been satisfied with their team. At this point my husband is completely furious with me because I trust too freely, and I am bummed out and disappointed. This isn't fair.

When we had our first service work done our Schomp service pro forgot to add my veterans' discount to the bill and instead of re-running my credit card a second time told me to hit up the them up when we come back the next time for a fifteen percent discount.

We need a trailer hitch for our X3, and it needs to be installed by BMW because of programming issues. When spoke to the person at the service counter they said it may take four hours or it may take 6 hours depending on how busy the shop, for a $360-dollar difference. I said, hey wait, I need to speak to someone else please that can get me a quote. The price shouldn't vary dependent on their business levels. I forgot about it and received a quote two weeks later in an email from Olivia Shea and scheduled an appointment in two weeks.

I decided to go ahead with the installation and scheduled an appointment in two weeks. When I dropped the car off, I received a different price then what was quoted which was addressed. I signed up for a loaner and received a rental car that was unsafe and tiny. I dropped the car off last Friday and received a call from Justin the service rep that there were parts missing even though they had two weeks to get the parts, and that the parts office was closed until Tuesday and that he wouldn't be there on Saturday to deal with it. On Monday afternoon my husband called me when I was slammed at work that the tire had shredded on the loaner and was afraid to drive the vehicle because it might be unsafe. He also did the right thing and was afraid to ruin the rental car by driving it to Schomp. He was stranded on the side of I70 in the mountains and tried calling Schomp, but it was after business hours. He left a message. I had to sign up for AAA while trying to do my job, and we finally got the car towed four hours later for a cost of $69 and $130 for mileage. We had to buy food and drinks for our friend to rescue my husband.

On Tuesday nobody returned our calls with ZERO communication and I had to start texting Justin who finally got back to us. When the car was delivered to my place of work, I did not review the bill carefully, so I did not notice that the towing fees and the rescue fee for my husband were not deducted from the bill, only $81 for my Lyft rides. I asked Justin if there was a veteran's discount and he replied no but we will give you a great discount on parts when they find them and finally install them on our car.

At this point I am out the towing fees because we will never go back to Schomp because I don't trust their service team. Their communication is terrible, and this just echoes the other Yelp reviews I read.

I came in looking for a Jeep... unfortunately the ...

I came in looking for a Jeep... unfortunately the Jeep had more problems than I thought...I was ready to cut my losses and move on down the road. The staff was so willing to work with me that I found another car on the lot that would accommodate my needs. Once again thank you and Josh my sales person for making this happen
