My experience in purchasing a certified pre-owned 535 xi was exceptional. From the moment you walk in the door and are personally greeted the entire experience is professional and friendly. The car I purchased needed a bit of paint touch up and they gave me a new loaner to drive and am sure that by the time they are done it will look brand new! Shannon Bonomo, my sales rep was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and worked so hard to make sure I was happy. She really went the extra mile!!
