Schomp's A-Z one client advisor model is brilliant...

Schomp's A-Z one client advisor model is brilliant when you have reps like Ian McCullough! From my first interaction on the phone, to meeting him at the dealership and exploring four different models, to going through leasing versus financing options, Ian was thorough, knowledgeable and I had a blast working with him!

For my particular scenario, leasing will be my best option. I've never been told the perks or anything about leasing. Now, I feel everyone should be educated on it as it's an amazing option to keep in mind. Ian was patient in explaining everything and took so much time running through so many numbers for me. It's one thing to show a car, and it's a whole different thing to listen to your customers needs and wants. I'll be saving so much money thanks to Ian!

I will never choose any other rep to work with. Ian has my business, and will be having my friends. Thanks Ian for making a lasting impression on me, and my time shopping with you a blast!

We recently took our i3 in for servicing. The technician that worked on the vehicle damaged the car. Unbeknownst to us at the time. The vehicle then stranded my husband on the way home from working a 24hr shift.
At first BMW did a great job with customer service. Once we began working with Schomp BMW directly that all changed. We called repeatedly to check on the status of the car, they would state we d get a call back that day. We did not receive a call, that happened at least half a dozen times. They continued to claim they d have the car fixed and back to us by the end of the week. Again no car no call when the end of the week came. Most recently they ve told us the car needs a new engine which has to be shipped from Germany. Another month delay. In one week they will have had the vehicle for two months. It is a lease, they have been continuing to collect our payment monthly. Each time we call no one seems to know who we are or what is going on with the car. Finally we ve sadly had to call for legal assistance. Once this is settled, neither one of us will own a BMW, deal with Schomp BMW or refer them to any of our friends or family members in the future. I d call this abhorrent customer service and that is being nice.

Our Client Rep. was amazing. Shannon Bonomo was stellar. She is the epitome of who you hope to have represent your interests. Informative, prepared and has excellent listening skills! For anyone who has had the misfortune of being aligned with someone in sales who refuses to listen---you understand the importance of this often over-looked skill! Ask for Shannon. She knows what she is doing!

The only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars--horrible website! Vehicles listed were not always technically available for sale. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Otherwise a great experience.

Schomp is a dealership very focused on service and acutely aware of their primary clientele. It shows in the way they offer little extras, treat their customers, explain issues, respect their time, and provide a quality experience. Their restrooms are nicer than most hotels! Yet, patrons should be aware that these services come with a cost. Bimmers and stellar service are not cheap. If you appreciate repairs/service done well and are willing to pay the premium, this dealer is a good choice.

I recently purchased a 2016 BMW X5M from Schomp BMW. My follow up appointment was with Jerry Chavez. Jerry is AWESOME! Kathy Powell has a great team!!! I have been a bimmer driver since 1999 and pride myself on knowing the capabilities and functionality of my vehicles. However, Jerry showed me things that I did not think of asking with regards to the technical features. He answered all of my questions and gave me information that I think makes owning a BMW much more rich. Jerry is very personable and professional. What I like most about Jerry is that he is passionate about the brand. I could talk BMW talk all day with him. Jerry not only knows the product, but also drives what he is passionate about. If other dealerships had a "Jerry", the client would enjoy the experience from start to finish. If you do purchase a BMW from Schomp, I highly recommend requesting Jerry to be your BMW Genius and request Berle to be your Service Advisor. Berle is one great person. He treats my wife with the utmost respect and friendliness. It is after the purchase that matters even more to me because you are going to have to trust your Service Advisor. If Berle says I need this or that, I trust him unconditionally. We hope Schomp keeps this team around for us and others to enjoy the Ultimate Driving Experience.

I had a great experience working with Alice Hausig! I was impressed when she sent a video of a car I was interested in buying for my son.

The process of buying the car was the easiest I've ever had. I appreciated working with one person from the beginning to end.

I also appreciated the detailing of the used car I bought. The car was extremely clean and looked brand new when it was delivered.

I highly recommend Schomp BMW for your next car purchase!

What a disaster! They have no idea on how to finan...

What a disaster! They have no idea on how to finance a vehicle, they said my SSN was flagged, made me jump though hoops with my trade in (wanted me to do all the title work) this went on for three weeks. I finally just went to Auto Nation and was in and out in 3 hours with a better used car than what I was looking at. Add insult to injury I was sent a letter they couldn't finance me due to negative credit....I was preapproved by my credit union, they just wanted to cook their books. Don't go!

Original Review: Bottom line, we were fleeced in the sales process and paid $2,400 for $650 worth of services, and now, my 5 phone calls and 3 emails are going totally ignored and unanswered by the staff. We've loved our car - just not our dealership, and now find their advertisements about the "straightfoward process" and "1 rep, 1 hour, 1 price" ideas very disingenuous. Here's the background, if you'd like the full history to understand why this review likely isn't an isolated, one-off experience.

My wife and I purchased a certified, 2014 X1 from Schomp in July 2017. At the time of purchase, our sales rep offered a prepaid service package, which would cover routine maintenance and services through January, 2020.

We asked which routine services would need to performed during the coverage period, based upon an average driver's miles (~10K/year). Our rep was new so she called in a sales manager to help. The manager went down to the service department and had them print out a list of services - multiple oil and filter changes, brake rotor and pad replacements, spark plug replacement, cabin filter, etc. - along with the price for each service, which totaled more than the $2,400 cost of the prepaid service package. We were told we'd not only save money by prepaying for these services, we'd guarantee our rate, as services rates can increase over time.

This seemed like a no-brainer, so we purchased the package. Fast-forward to November 2019. We've received two oil changes (roughly $125 each) and spark plug replacements (roughly $400), for a total of $650 in services. They tell us, "Sorry, the CBS (condition-based servicing) monitor in your vehicle says you don't need services," and refuse to perform the "prepaid services." Another service rep told us, "If you drive your car like hell and really beat it down, maybe we'll be able to do some brake work before your package expires in January."

Again, the bottom line: we were fleeced in the sales process and paid $2,400 for $650 worth of services. Be smarter, learn from our experience, and either avoid Schomp, or don't let them take you to the cleaners.

I want to start off by saying my husband and I have had to endure numerous horrible experiences (prob more than I can even recall or want to remember) with/at dealerships and their staff.. .

To give a brief couple of examples: There have been a number of times where we have been treated so disrespectfully for the sole fact they had a problem with my sexual orientation and/or the fact that I had a husband;

Another time, I was told that I should maybe try Honda because their were doubts we could afford the vehicle we were looking at.

Suffice to say, our expectations have never been very high due to previous experiences.

Fortunately, I am very happy to be able to state with confidence that my/our entire experience at Schomp BMW from start to finish was simple IN-credible!!

In my opinion, most every other dealership would be well served if they would model their operations from the fine example and high bar of customer reservoir standards set by Schomp BMW.

Importantly, I want to make sure that I also highlight the efforts and give high praise to the individual salesman who assisted in my experience, a gentleman named - KJ.

Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman furthermore but, also presented himself as a true professional the entire time.

His approach was very relaxed, and yet still managed to maintain being attentive to my needs. There was no pressure tactics and or sale methods utilized on me at all which I simply cannot state just how refreshing and appreciative of a trait that really is in this type of environment.

At the end of the day/process, not only was I able to leave with a brand new 2020 BMW 7 Series but, I also was able to leave with my dignity still intact!

Thank you everyone at Schomp BMW for all of their time, efforts, attention and patience for making this experience possible! They have more than certainly earned my continued business in the future, where I will only be going to Schomp BMW - as well as be sending everyone else that I know to them to assist in their needs.

From the minute we stepped into the dealership we were well taken care of. We were greeted right away and offered refreshments and a comfortable place to relax while we waited for the sales associate we had been in contact with to come to the sales floor.

Connor was great. He was both professional and personable, which seems to be a rare combination in today's world. Even though we were looking for a used car far below the price point of a new BMW, he gave us the same service and attention as a customer looking for a new car. The dealership has a very large inventory of cars and Connor very willingly drove us around to look at everything that met our specifications. Their prices were competitive and shopping was as pleasant as looking for a car could possibly be.

If you are in the market for a car I highly recommend Schomp BMW and encourage you to ask for Connor.

Bought a car from here and sales guy told me they got a small amount of oil in my carpet and they weren't willing to fix. Just got my car back from BMW of Denver after a service and they not only washed and cleaned my car but went above and beyond what schomp was willing to do and got the stain out. Highly recommend going to BMW downtown Denver instead.

Scheduled a service stop to deal with some warranty items. dropped my vehicle off and told them to add an oil change to this list. They wanted to replace the tires I said no at this time. 2 weeks go by and due to ordering parts with very little communication during this time. Finally after 2 week I get a voice mail asking if I wanted an oil change and to replace the tires. I called back left a voice mail to say just the oil change and to call me back ASAP to talk about picking up my vehicle. I received no call back for 5 hours. finally after pestering them for a few hours I get a hold of someone and told them I could pick it up the next day now because it was to late. I said I would be there in the early AM. They never cleaned the car nor were they ready for me the next day. I can say I will never use Schomp again and that the treatment I received was horrid. worst service experience ever.

There was so much to like about our experience with Schomp. We were originally trying to purchase a BMW from another dealership outside the area. When we went to Schomp all we wanted to do was test drive. The non-pressure sales people was our first impression: friendly and respectful, but left us alone to browse as we desired. The low stated prices without bargaining were another immediate drive. The sales person took the time to describe the car features in a way that was neither belittling nor overkill. When we recieved a thank you email that night for visting, we decided to try to move forward with Schomp. The finance process was simple, quick, and done primarily with about 10 emails back and forth in our timing. The next day we picked up the car with a complete orientation to the new vehicle and in less than an hour we were diving out in our new BMW X5. Great Experience.

He jumped into our deal midway as our original client advisor was out of town and was quick to get us any and all information requested, recommendations of other vehicles and photos of them as well. We ended up being interested in a vehicle at a sister store and he made sure to put us in touch with the appropriate people to make it happen!

Mike Gibson was rude to my wife, ridiculed her behind her back to other employees. He thought he was out of sight, but she saw and heard him. I purchased the car at Schomp and will never buy another vehicle at a Schomp dealership, even tho we are in the market for another car. On a separate occasion, I brought my M6 for service, which I had already done a few times. Mike Gibson, once again, was rude to me and unapologetic for being too busy. He acted as if he was doing me a favor, by seeing me. I've since been servicing my vehicle at Autoworks in Ken Caryl. They've done a great job and are very nice people. I would recommend Autoworks to anyone with a german vehicle.

I recommend you shop elsewhere.

My experience at Schomp BMW was nothing short of complete professionalism. The dealership itself was very clean and comfortable. Any and all employees I interacted with were gracious hosts. My advisor, Jordan Cochran, was kind and patient with me as we went through the process. She made sure I was comfortable and was straightforward in explaining Schomp s One Price. One Person. One Hour process. The process was easy and stress free. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed into a decision I did not want to make. I would not buy a car from them unfortunately I am stuck with it and aftermarket stuff and you can never get anyone on the phone to talk to anyone so forget it if you need any help. Services were not done that were stated as done on the service invoice. My vehicle was not washed or vacuum as stated. Not a big deal, but don't say it was. Also, a plastic tire cap was broken by the tech. Instead of putting a broken cap back on the stem, why not replace it?

Buying a car from Schomp BMW was a great experience for me. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted walking in to the dealership and Kevin helped guide me through the whole process. He answered all my questions in a thoughtful, professional manner. I never felt pressured or rushed with Kevin.

This was my first luxury car purchase, and I would be happy to go back to Schomp for my next one. I got a fantastic car at a good price.

What happened to this place? They USED to be so organized, great service, and professional.... this latest experience was entirely so bad and just bizarre. One exception from the wonderful lady who helped me get my loaner set up. My SA gave an entirely different experience. Communication was almost non-existent, no response via text, call, or email and I ve tried them all. During the three weeks my car was there, I had not even seen or heard my service advisor s voice- not even once. He always happened to be away . Tried emailing both managers and nothing until the very long end, and the manager who called back had no idea of anything going on. Pointless. I finally ended up picking up my car and found that the part which was supposed to be worked on during those three weeks is not even fixed! It s the exact same warped panel as when I took my car in. A simple door panel trim issue on a new car which was clearly a defect from manufacturer and fixable under warranty... nothing has changed. They show it was fixed on paper, but there is no improvement at all. As stated before, this whole experience was so bizarre! Will not be returning here for any service needs....

Dylan Tucker was phenomenal. We had the whole family at the dealership. They got the kids set up with snacks and entertainment. I think the kids had nearly as good a time as the wife and I did. We had to take turns with test driving. We bought a car. He didn t try to up sale us. He genuinely listened to our needs and wants for what we wanted with our next vehicle. This will be my go to spot when comes time to buy another vehicle.

I bought a car here in early January and I was thoroughly impressed with everyone here. The staff was friendly, accommodating, efficient, and very professional. Although I had a late, last minute appointment request, Robb got me set up with Anastasiia right when I hoped to be there. She met me at the door in the lobby and walked me right out to the car which she had ready. Anastasiia was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I found her to be very personable, transparent, and not a pushy sales person.

I traded in my old car towards this one. Robb had a fair price within minutes. Once the paperwork was done, Jeff (BMW Genius) and Anastasiia even stayed a bit past their closing time to make sure I was all set to go. Nice to work with folks that will go the extra mile.

I have had my vehicle serviced at Schomp twice in the past month (two unrelated matters). My service experience each time was exceptional. The team at Schomp is friendly, timely, and thoughtful. They anticipate needs and help get through the process quickly. Each time, I was offered a courtesy vehicle for the day (which helped me and my family tremendously since we were not without a vehicle for that day). I was also extremely pleased with the price of the services that were performed. I expected a bit of sticker shock when the bill was presented, but each time I was pleasantly surprised. With the level of service Schomp has provided, they are earning a long term customer. I didn't expect that to be the case, but they are going above and beyond when it comes to customer service, and they are earning my continued business. If you've stayed away because of the fear of dealer pricing for service, then don't. Their pricing for normal, every day services is competitive.

Schomp BMW delivers friendly and efficient service with the ability to pivot and troubleshoot any potential roadblocks. My Client Advisor Alexandria was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and professional. They are all extremely respectful of client decisions and strive to provide the best service possible. I particularly liked the session provided with a BMW Genius to go over the details of your vehicle before leaving the showroom. My BMW Genius, Garrett, was patient and knowledgeable. He provided very pertinent details and tips about my vehicle that I would have otherwise overlooked. Overall I would recommend this dealership and would gladly buy there again.

Great sales staff, happy with my 5th purchase there. Service department is awful. Appointments for warranty repairs are 2-3 weeks in advance because of the lack of loaner vehicles, lack of communication with service advisors, they take care of SOME issues reported and not all the issues are taken care of, so when you pick up the car you know you have to come back, service management doesn t call back after complaints. Electric cars are never charged, cars rarely even washed before pick up. 3 stars just because the sales team is that great. Otherwise would be 1 star.

went in for a winter check up, was quoted some warrenty work and 3 tires (1 had been replaced earlier in year) - quote was actually for 2 tires. when mistake was found i was given the higher price and asked to pay. i asked for the earlier quote to be honored- they did and only charged for two tires no questions asked. Fantastic - no hassel - i will continue to bring my business there - thanks Schomp!

About one month ago, we traded in my daughters 2009 BMW 335 XI for a 2016 BMW X1 xDrive28i. My daughter and I were very pleased with the car and the deal we received in leasing the new 28i. But, the best part of the process was the exquisite manner in which Edward Cheatham treated us and the extra steps he took ensuring we were satisfied with our new BMW.

Edward has a quiet and confident approach to selling cars. No pressure, no high pitched-fast selling sales talk. He took his time with my daughter ensuring she was satisfied with the car. We might have driven every car in the lot, a process that usually drives sales staff goofy. Edward remained respectful and courteous through-out the process.

Edward is a gem of a sales person and a wonderful, bright, and confident young man. He's a keeper.

My experience at Schomp BMW was nothing short of exceptional. A huge shout out to Mr. Tim Green for methodically explaining every part of the purchasing process and being open to any and all questions. Tim wanted nothing but the best for me and ensured to deliver such by successfully evaluating and respecting my wants and needs. Tim continues to leave an open door to reach back out for any future questions and/or concerns.

Likewise, I would like to applaud the BMW Genius team for their service. Nikolas (Niko), Garrett, and Ryan shared just as much excitement and enthusiasm as I had about my new car. I enjoyed learning much of my BMW's quirky and engaging technology!

To emphasize further, my new car experience was seamless and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Schomp's client-centric approach is unparalleled to all competition and I would highly recommend those in the market to firsthand experience all that Schomp BMW has to offer!

This is the only dealership that has taken the tim...

This is the only dealership that has taken the time and effort to try to resolve issues that I've been having with my brakes. After going to 4 other dealerships and battling with BMW of North America for weeks, this dealership actually listened to and understood my frustration, then went above and beyond to do what they could to mitigate the problem. I can honestly say, my experience with this dealership kept me from trading my BMW for an Audi.

Also, a huge thank you to service advisor Trent! He was the first BMW employee to really make me feel like he understood my frustration, make an effort towards a resolution. Thanks to his efforts (and the service tech), my loyalty to the BMW brand lives on. Now I'm looking forward to my 4th BMW purchase, whenever the new M3 comes out (which I'll now be sure to order from Schomp)!

Tech forgot to close the engine coolant cap!!!

Took my car in for routine maintenance, and by the time I got home, my engine coolant light was on.

Opened the hood and not only was there no engine coolant left, but he cap was loose.

Had to schedule yet another appointment to have service done.

Would've given no stars, but their service is usually better than this. Maybe an off day perhaps.

Service was excellent. I went in for just a detail and window washer fluid and they check my records and saw it was time for service. They service my car as well. Kept my inside and out of rain. Thank you Justin for managing all of it.

The price on my trade was under what other dealers where willing to pay, ended up buying somewhere else. No haggle prices? I would recommend pricing around, you can get a better deal else where.

Just purchased my first BMW X5 with Ed Cheatham at Schomp. Lets be real, buying a car can be a PITA! But Ed went out of his way to make the experience as painless as possible. If you are in the market I can recommend a BMW, Schomp and Ed without reservation. I only wish he would have given me that coffee mug for free. BTW Ed, my hubs came back and purchased it for me!

I called them twice regarding a car that I saw a their website. Called them because they claim that one of their bmw has al three trims (sport,comfort and luxury) which can t be all three in one car so they said that they would send me a video of the car because also on their website doesn t have any pictures. After the second call I waited until the next day and reach out thru online chat and they said again that they would send the video. Waited again and nothing. The complaint is because I didn t even asked for the video they offered it... I m trying to buy a car and obviously I want all my options to take the best decision but with people that don t wanna sell it s pretry hard.

However, after my experience I am now a loyal customer. Simply put, Joshua at Schomp was one of the mostly helpful individuals I have ever met. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Anyone who wants to take their car in for service should definitely ask for Joshua. Well worth the time and money.

I leased a new M240i from this dealership. When divining the agreement I was informed by my sales associate that I would receive two days at the BMW s performance driving school in California as part of a promotion they were running ( I didn t even know there was a performance driving school before hearing about it at the dealership). After signing the lease agreement, I was assured by my sales associate that I would receive an invitation in the mail from BMW.

Approx. two months have gone by and I have yet to receive an invitation to BMW s driving school (This two-day course is valued at nearly 3k). Upon taking my car back in for service today, I decided to call BMW s driving school, they referred me to BMW of North America, who then. referred me back to the dealership. I was then informed by the dealership that since I did not lease or purchase a true M car that I was never entitled to anything at all. The sales manager appologized for the mis-understanding and said I would get nothing. I, however, would characterize this situation much more of a mis-leading than a misunderstanding, as I was told by the sales manager that my sales associate has been with the company for over five years and sells lots of this particular model.

I believe that the dealership should have offered more than a Hey, sorry about that in this case. This dealership was very eager to get me into a new- not so eager to follow through on their promises.

In response to the dealer, Inspoke with my sales associate on two separate occasions about this promotion . As I said earlier, I wasn t even aware that there was a performance driving school before the sales associate said I would be able to attend as part of the promo offer for buying/leasing a new car.

2016-05-13 Update - My 2012 X5 warranty expired in February. I have 37K miles. When I got underneath to look at the chassis I saw that every grease boot was dry as a bone, and I'm certain that's why it's been popping when I turn. Schomp has prevented me from maintaining the vehicle while under warranty, and also not performed this absolutely critical service likely for the life of the car. It should be done every 10-15K miles. The result will be new suspension, thousands of dollars that should certainly not be necessary. Shady, shady business practice, screwing the customer like a used Pontiac dealer - only exponentially more expensive. If you're an idiot and have more money than sense, trust these guys; otherwise, get a second opinion on your maintenance requirements. I understand now why the first option when you call is for Service Dept. Incredible.

Older Post - Easy to purchase; however, details are verbally committed and later retracted - that 'ol friendly, I'm not like other car dealers, approach. So little things like the absent SiriusXM radio and decent floor mats cost an additional $600 apiece. Upon emailing my sales guy to follow through on his verbal commitment... well, guess what - I haven't heard from anyone there since and that was late March.

Bottom line - zero difference from any other dealer, of BMWs or used Pontiacs - haggle until you can't stay awake and get every detail in bold print. Do not take your educated, well mannered, honest and sincere persona.

Communications was not ideal. Only 1 person receiving calls and a repair happened because lack of communication on their end. Also received car back with 3 problems that did not exist when I left off my car. I had an inspection prior and these issues were definitely not there, such as my temperature sensor breaking. I feel like their staff was careless with my vehicle. I left a voicemail about the issues and have not heard back from them at all, speaking more to their poor communication and lack of concern since they already received payment from me.

Having service done, always impressed with them. I'm a long time hater of dealership service, and usually did my own work in the past. But Schomp has really changed my feelings with great service. Highly recommend them.

The technician didn't follow BMW procedure in a sa...

The technician didn't follow BMW procedure in a safety area, and the Service Advisor (SA) didn't pass on critical requests. They gave me $260 back after some argument with the SA and manager there. They also let me drive off with a very noisy piece of plastic dragging the ground under the car, and I had to come back to put it back on the lift to correct it. Now I need to take the car somewhere else to do the work over again. Bascially, the technician mechanic disagreed with BMW's own protocol, also disagreed with the Bentley Service Manual, and he disagreed with my own same requests to put in simple new nuts and bolts on the front suspension when replacing the Tension Strut control arms on the front suspension. These are safety items. Tension Strut bushings fail on the majority of E60 BMW 5-series and other BMW models after about 60,000 miles, a very common failure on these cars. ... I called BMW and some other dealerships and got them to read to me what procedure appears in front of any technician mechanic that cares to read it, and BMW's own procedure matches the Bentley Service Manual here, saying one needs to replace all the relatively cheap nuts & bolts with new lock-nuts and bolts. They do a lot of these repairs, since its a common vehicle with a frequent failure rate, and a technician probably just doesn't want to go get the parts, opting instead to hurry the job. Other dealerships can have all the nuts & bolts ready for this frequent service, not Schomp though.

Bought an amazing 335i from Jeff Tucker and Carlo on Saturday, they are the perfect example of how a good business relationship should be. The car is perfect and drives like a dream, and as soon as a warning light came on for my battery, Jeff Tucker took care of it immediately, he got the car into service right away on such short notice and got it fixed with a new battery!! That is true professionalism, knowing an immediate danger and fixing it. He's got a customer and friend for life!
