I enjoy the vehicle we purchased but on the test drive I asked the salesguy (Ben) to make sure the inside was cleaned better (full of pet hair and the leather looked dirty), and he said "for sure". We were told it had been cleaned again, and after we signed all of the paperwork (which took close to 5 hours instead of the promised tagline of one), 3 different people (instead of the promised tagline of one), I was too tired - and frankly shocked - that it was still dirty. The second salesman Sayed who was helping us said it looked fine until I pulled out a wet wipe that only had water on it, and used that to wipe the seat and it came back dirty - this is after "two detailings". Sayed then apologized and said he would call me that evening to schedule another one... never heard back. Then the next day I dropped off the last of our paperwork, and asked about it again - and he said the tech department would call me the next morning. NEVER HEARD BACK. I am currently spending $300 to get the interior cleaned on a vehicle I just spent $20k on, and my detail guy is livid for me because not only did he find mold in the third row from an excess of cleaner that wasn't wiped down, he is finding streaks in the leather that he is having difficulty removing from how the dealership took care of it. I also sent in a complaint to the website just requesting them to follow through on cleaning what they said they would clean. NO REPLY. So. If you want to spend all day with multiple salesmen, you want to fill out paperwork ad nauseum and wait at least 30 minutes for it to be printed, and you want a dirty vehicle, then go to Schomp BMW. If you want a nice vehicle and customer service that actually matches the advertising, then go somewhere else.
