Very poor quality service. They are not there when you need them. My X3 had issues with breaks. It was towed there. They didn't give me a loaner car. No one called me for 2 days. Then I called to see what happened with my car. Matt , the service manager told me that Witney, my service Rep is gone for the day and she will call me the next day. She never called me. I called back next day and she wasn't there. I called again and finally talked to her and she said my car is ready. I asked if they can drop it to my work. She said she will let me know and yet she never called back. Finally they drop my car at my work. I was told by driver someone will call me to let me know what happened with my car. No one did. I called and left a massage for Matt the service manager and told him how frustrated I was but he never called back. Finally Witney called with really no more information.
They have terrible communication and no curtesy for customers . I would never buy or lease from them again. On the surface everything is nice but when something happens to your car then they are not helpful.

UPDATE:
The manager of Schomp called me the next day and sincerely apologized for my expressed and acted very professional. After all they really tried to make it right. Thanks to the manager who called me.
