We purchased a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited this weekend. From the moment Mike Mangano said hello/do we need some help we had a comfortable and positive feeling. He was professional, friendly , honest, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The entire process was seamless. From deciding on the type of jeep- to the test drive- and trade in....he made this the best car buying experience we have encountered yet. Update-->5/25/16--> So, after I left a comment on Google, guess who texted me the next day, Steve. Hmm! But that was only the beginning. I realized that my temp plates had expired for about a week & no registration in the mail. I called the dealership and there was a slight problem. So, I told them I would come down & express my concerns in person. I was furious!! Adam, sales Manager, tried to handle my situation. I express my concerns about their costumers service, wheel locks & rubber mats, and Steve. I also told them how furious I was about the plates & reg and how unhappy I am with the Wrangler. I ask him about a soft top instead of the wheel locks and rubber mats for their incompetence and inconvenience they have caused me. He told me no and said he would give me the rubber mats only if I take down the neg review. No big surprise but I did initially agree. But he dropped the ball by not calling me back about the mats and locks. He also told me that I could put on the plates by myself and that the screws are in the trunk. Wrong! I was furious! A week goes by and I decided to call Dijana, Customer Service Specialist. She got me in touch with Joe Gore, General Manager. After speaking with Joe, I was again left disappointed. I told him my whole story and he seemed annoyed, like I was trying to get free items from him. He said I had "Buyers Remorse". I told him this is my first time leasing & his dealership was my first and only one I went to. I told him it was about his salesmans who did a poor job handling my situation. He seemed like he couldn't do anything but offer me the wheel locks and mats but as long as I take down the neg review. More to follow... Stay tune! 5/10/16-->What was I thinking, leasing a Jeep Unlimited Rubicon Wrangler? Impulsive buy? Most likely. I'm not too happy with my Unlimited Rubicon Wrangler. I'm also still waiting for Steve to get back to me about my wheel lock & rubber mats!! It has been month and he is still waiting for his Manager to get back to him. First, I'm not fully utilizing the Rubicon. I don't live on a mountain, so my daily commute doesn't involve going off-roading. I need quick acceleration in order to get on a highway during peak hours which my manual Jeep can't provide. Second, my monthly payments and insurance are kinda of steep. I won't be able to go on vacation as often as I use too. But that is my fault. Then again, Steve could have given me a better idea of how much this Jeep will cost me monthly. I usually don't buy/lease american cars but I wanted to give it a shot..What was I thinking?? Next time, I should try different dealership and not just jump on the first car I see. I'm still waiting for my Wheel locks and rubber mats!!!!

They were able to get me into a brand new Chrysler 200C rental while I was waiting for my van to be finished. I was very pleased throughout the whole experience!!! 5 out of 5!!!!

My son and I entered the dealership on July 4th, and were greeted by Nick. We were led to the receptionist, and Nick sat down, like he had no interest in dealing with us. The receptionist had to ask him if he would help us. We explained to Nick that we were interested in buying a Jeep Patriot. Nick brought out a 2013 Patriot, and then had us take a test drive in the parking lot. I said that I wanted to see how the car handled on the highway, so Nick had us get on Route 46, but then we exited immediately onto Browertown Road. Nick asked when we wanted to buy a car, and I said within a month. When we got back to the dealership, Nick said that we should contact him when we were ready to buy a car. I asked Nick if he could crunch the numbers, and he refused. He asked us how much we were going to put down, and I said that my son would trade his car in for fifteen hundred dollars. Nick then asked how we would pay the taxes and fees, which would cost about two thousand to three thousand dollars. At this point I decided that Nick was not interested in selling us a car, so my son and I went to another dealership, and we bought a Compass. I think Nick only wanted to sell cars to people who were going to buy a car that day, and did not want to deal with my son and I, since we were still shopping around.

We are a Jeep family. We needed another vehicle within our household but didn't want a SUV type. We researched various vehicles and couldn't stay away with buying American. After researching and getting a car within our price range we liked a few Chrysler 200's. We walked into the sales room with all of the information. We met our a sales man DiAndre. He was very courteous and asked several times if a sales person help us either in person or over the phone because he didn't want to take a sale from a fellow salesman. This just shows how genuine, honest and down to earth DiAndre is. We gave him the vehicle information we were interested in, he immediately showed us the cars. Once we made our choice, it was a smooth transaction moving forward. Great car dealer with a lot of options!

I was greeted by Dave Fresco service adviser with a smile and professionalism. Dave took the time to get to know me and then asked me the concerns I had about my ram 1500. While I sat in the customer waiting area Dave came in and gave me progress updates on my truck. It is rare in today's world that an individual takes that amount of time Dave did to make sure I was happy and comfortable while I was waiting. When my truck was finished the mechanic "Buzz" and Dave both took the time and explained what was serviced. All I can say is outstanding and thank you !!!

My father, brother and mother have all bought jeeps from this place and we wouldn t choose anywhere else! I had the pleasure of working with Eric when I wanted to get an estimate on pricing. Most sales reps can be a pain to work with. However, Eric was outstanding, extremely educated in the information related to the cars, and really nice to work with. He went above and beyond and I felt like he cared what I drove and didn t just want to make money off me. Will be sending all my referrals to him!

I HATE THIS DEALERSHIP. I made the mistake of purchasing my Jeep at this dealership. It started with oil change scheduling, I had made my first oil change appointment 6 weeks after my purchase, when I arrived I was told that my appointment was never scheduled. I made a second appointment that day to return the following week, when I arrived that Saturday morning at 9:00 am I was told that the appointment was not confirmed, I had email confirmation from them confirming but unfortunately they were not able to honor because they were booked for the day. It took me almost 3 months to get another appointment to get my first oil change. I sat in the waiting room for almost 4 hours waiting for the oil change. I now bring my services to a gas station for oil change. It's worth the $35.00. I am now having problems with my windows, and the heat in the jeep is not working, I have been calling the dealership for almost 2 days. No call back. Seems like you have to drive there to ask them questions. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALESHIP TO ANYONE.

I've purchased and leased several cars from Route 46 over the years, and their service department is fantastic, saved me a good deal of money over the years. The sales department on the other hand is horrendous and is the reason I'm pulling all of my business to another dealer. We were stuck with a junior salesperson who could explain basic deals and benefits, and lied about their used car inventory which we learned about later. When my wife tried to speak with a manager about our bad service, he was disrespectful and brushed her off, which is unacceptable. He got what he wanted I suppose, our business gone.

I walked into the dealer completely prepared with what I wanted and I walked out with exactly that!! Erik was like a superhero from the start! He asked me what I wanted, asked me what I knew and what I had questions about and made what I wanted his priority. I was upfront with my trade, what I wanted to pay and what I expected and Erik kept that in mind the whole time. He did not try to put me in something I didn't ask for and he did not push any added options beyond what I said I wanted. When it came time for the finance department to do their part, Erik kept them well informed of what I was able to pay and was able to negotiate what I needed quickly without a ton of back and forth. I have had the car for less than two weeks and I have no regrets. I have already recommended Erik and Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge to two others who are in the market for new Jeeps. Erik followed up a few days after I purchased my car to make sure I was happy with the purchase and I would not hesitate to contact him if I have any questions going forward. Overall, this was a very successful experience and I would recommend the dealer and Erik for anyone in the market for a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge!

I dropped my car off for service and was told it would be ready in two days. After two days were up I decided to check in and was told it would be another two days and I could come pick up a loaner if I could make it there. Two days later, that Friday, I called and was told my car would be ready at 5. I showed up at 5:15 and was told my car would be another 2-3 hours and the guy doing the work was going home at 6:00. The service rep then told me he would give me a call in the morning to give me an update. Little did I know that he was off on saturdays and so he had no intentions to actually let me know how my car was doing. I called once more and was given the run around after asking for a supervisor and waited on hold for 20 minutes until I was finally put through to an extremely nice and helpful man named Rauol. Long story short I got my car back multiple days after I was told that it would be done. I wouldn't have minded the wait for my vehicle as l had the loaner, I just didn't appreciate being lied to multiple times by the same service rep.

Angelo was so attentive to our needs and from the minute we stepped in the door proved he was there to help and valued our business - even texting with us with updates and info.

They have guaranteed business for us moving forward- thats for sure!

We just left the dealership with one of the worst experiences I ve ever had. A sales person can make you want the sale or have you run away. The salesman Gabriel Dominguez was by far the worst salesman we have ever had. He was condescending, and he was more concern about his 18 years of experience than actually trying to help us. He didn't present us with multiple options. I was basically being rushed and then kicked out.

It was a great experience because the dealership provided a driver to drop me off at a shopping mall while my car was being repaired. They then called me when my car was ready and sent the driver back to pick me up. Awesome! Everyone was very friendly from the first guy who took my car, to the person preparing my paperwork, to the women in the office. These experiences are part of why I bought my last two cars from this dealer.

Brought vehicle in for heater core repair. Advised service rep what the problem was and what other potential problems existed. Wish he would have advised me that all parts for this repair were not in stock, and I would have to wait another 3-5 days after he advised me it would be a 2 day repair to take apart and replace bad parts. I would not have laid it up for a week waiting for the parts. Final work was satisfactorily done but the lay up was a major inconvenience.

Scam artist. ! Be careful ! I went to Dodge dealership in Paramus. Now they have good salesmans , friendly and straight forward and do there best to help the customer get what he is looking for... back TO RT46 Dodge dealership .....the same thing that happen to Waqas HAPPENED to mE ! They told me the BIGGEST BULLS-:/ ! That because I live in Florida, the bank won't give me the lease in NJ !!!! they have know idea how stupid they sound saying that !! Never Ever Heard of such BS in my life. They promised me a price . did paperwork on Monday and told me , they need to get the Dodge Ram sport from another dealership and it would be a couple of days. So I told the salesman, no credit check until you have the truck at there dealership. Okay ! 3 days go by and no call. So I call and he said the manager of that dealership would not release the truck to there's ,until credit check was done. So I filled out credit check . I showed Salesman my credit on credit karma, and which it was good
They back tracked and lied about living Florida and buying in NJ .... anyone could buy anywhere and the dealership will take care of DMV. The thing was that , they lost money on this deal, and they realized that all the incentives they took off was different , in Nj than Florida. That should have been looked into before trying to sell me the truck. Stay away from Dennis and the Managers !! Stay away from the Dealership period.

After promises that the particular vehicle I was looking for was at this dealership and sent emails with pictures and given a definite appointment, I found out that I was talking instead to online sales staff.
When I went in person, the appointment , salesperson and the vehicle I was promised didn't exist but all was done online!!! Needless to say, I walked away without a car. First time I ever heard of this!!!

Once we told him we wont be financing much, his attitude even got worse and closed any ways of communication, he didnt allow us to speak about the price, he wanted to add 1000 to the price because we wanted to pay most of it cash and wont be financing much.

Service advisor, Sal, recommending a chrysler 200 with 29,000 miles to do powerflush to automatic transmission when this is to be done at 80,000 miles according to the service book. Then charging 65 dollars to change high Beam light bulb because supposedly it was burnt. I checked and the light bulbs are good. Conclusion service advisor working at this dealership brings the review to negative.

Without a thought this dealership has treated us like royalty. This is our third set of cars purchased from this dealership. We started back in2009 bought two vehicles and in 2011 changed for two more and now in 2013 we changed again. T J the sales rep was outstanding. He showed us all our choices and was very patient with us. My wife actually changed vehicles completely from a jeep cherokee to a dodge durango. She is so happy as am I. We look forward to returning in two years for the next two vehicles. Actually three vehicles, my daughter will be driving by then.

I purchased my car from the dealer. I do not have any problem with my 2012 Grand Cherokee. However, I have couple of issues with the service of my car I want to mention.
I paid for premium warranty extension for my car at that time I have only 15000 miles on it after 3 year of lease. The warranty is upto 10 years or 100000 miles and since then I have couple of issues which unfortunately did not fall in one of the warranty covers surprisingly.
Today I brought my car for 25000 miles service it was oil change only but they added three more item such as brake fluid and steering wheel fluid etc and some part that required for the ac. I have to pay all from my pocket.
I also mentioned my left headlight that normally turn on during the day was off. During the inspection we can not figure out what was wrong. However when I drove back home after service the light still off. So one of the main reason of my visit to service today was not taken care even I spent close to 2 hours waiting.
Overall courteous service but I have to pay always out of pocket eventhough I have been sold some kind of warranty and not taken care of my headlight issue I will give 3 star today.
I am not an expert in cars and repair so pretty much I go with what the dealer says. I rather lease a brand such as BMW that has $0 maintenance for the period of the lease next time.

I took the family Grand Cherokee for tire rotation...

I took the family Grand Cherokee for tire rotation and balance. They failed to remove the tires from the vehicle at all. They were never rotated and obviously not balanced. When I took the vehicle in a second time the same day after realizing they never completed the work I paid for, they assured me it would be taken care of ASAP. The tires were rotated, but not balanced. I took the vehicle to another Jeep dealer and they found that all 4 tires were out of balance. Route 46 can t be trusted to perform the work that is paid for and they lie to your face telling you it was completed.

As a first time buyer, I was unsure of what exactly I was looking for and what options were best for me personally. After my boyfriend purchased a Challenger from Maria I was sure she was the best person to go to for help when it came time for myself to look for a car that fit my needs. Maria was so sweet and went through all possible options very slowly and clearly so that I could take my time and make a decision. Wish I had read the reviews!! They make promises they don t keep and then give you the run around. When asked to meet w the manager after driving out twice to get them to put sirusradio in the car for a year as promised by RJ. The manager refused to meet w us and sent RJ back to us to make another empty promise! Here we are 4 days later, no call, ck or sxm as promised! Whenever you call you get the run around when you finally get to someone, they don t pick up or mailboxes are all full. Horrible way to run a business. When you think of typical car salesmen think of Rt 46 Jeep! Will never recommend or purchase there again! Hope my Jeep performs better then the staff!!

Update-More lies from RJ and now Yarassete joins the group. They post that they strive for 100% satisfaction. Lie!! I ve called left messages. No call back. RJ Promises a check. Never rec d. What they fail to realize, if I stop one person w my reviews, they ve lost more money then if they had given me what was promised!!! These reviews will continue until you do what you promised!! Yelp is my next stop!!! So disappointed!

WORST SERVICE EVER! I ve been tortured by this dealership for 7 months now and still do not have my Jeep back. I ve never written a review before but I need to inform people what they are getting into with this dealership. I ll summarize 7 months of ridiculousness:
-bring jeep in for service Bc heat not working in October 18. They say they can prob fix but that failed costing me ~$1600 to replace the part. Get the jeep back to find that the heat still does NOT work, My 4 wheel drive was never reconnected, My radio was not put back correctly, there was a part module not reinstalled and left on my dash, and one of my fog lights was also broken. They touched all these things to fix the heat and could care less to put them back correctly.
-January I m still dealing with the heat issue and also take jeep for an oil change. I uber there to pick up the car only to find out the oil change was not even done. Was going on a long drive after and needed it done so I had no choice but to wait. 2 HOURS it took. I leave with even more disgust and head out on my long trip. Get 2 hours away and my car dies in the middle of a highway at night and cars are flying by. I get the car towed back to jeep a few days later. I get a rental car in the meantime. They admit to damaging my oil pump which leaked oil during my entire drive and seized my engine. They try to replace part of the engine which did not work. Then a full new engine goes in. Doesn t work. During these months I am still driving a rental car. They ask me to return the rental and take a loaner from them. I do so. The rental cost over $1500 since I had it so long. AFTER apparently 3 BAD MOTORS and many more months of torture they say the Jeep is complete and that I had to come pick it up. I was going to be away for one week and Told them I couldn t come and also I would not take my Jeep until they had a reimbursement check for me for the rental I had to use. I was then told that I was holding their loaner car hostage. Imagine the audacity they have to treat me like this after what I ve gone through with them. Disgusting. However that week goes by and I did pick up the jeep as they assured me everything was perfect. I get home and the check engine light goes on. Bring it back immediately and they reset some sensor. Drive home and again the light comes on. Leave it at the dealership so they can do a full evaluation. I did not receive any courtesy updates at any time, so I check in myself after one full week. The response I got was honestly we have not looked at it yet. That was after one full week. This is in JULY 2019 now. They still have the jeep but apparently it was ready for pick up so I got an automated email asking to fill out a survey about my experience with the service. I filled it out honestly as I was disgusted with the entire experience. I immediately received a text from the service manager to delete my number Bc I had cost him a bonus. I tried to avoid making this review but it has gotten past the point of being the nice guy any more. I called the VP and the president who s number is in the show room. It says to call if not 100% satisfied. I ve left multiple messages for them and have not received a return call. Maybe this will get their attention and they ll be aware of the business they are running. We are in July now and no matter what they tell me about my Jeep I have absolutely no confidence that they fixed anything. I am going to be stuck with a Jeep that I feel will definitely have many problems in the near and distant future. If and when somebody with authority wants to take responsibility you will know exactly who I am and how to get in touch with me if you contact your service manager. I will never recommend anybody put yourself through torture with this dealership. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I had nothing but a great experience from start to finish. Nick Dutto my sales person was so helpful and knowledgeable that it made my buying experience very simple and easy. I have to also commend the sales manager Mike Markowski who worked his hardest to get us to the price we needed. We are so unbelievably happy with the purchase of our 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited! They made this experience so pleasant without any nonsense. My daughter will be leasing a Jeep Compass soon and this is exactly where we will be going! Great dealership and customer service. I never write a review, but I decided to in this case. I have leased multiple cars with Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. In the past they have always been super helpful and given me a decent deal. The last two times I have gone in it seems like they barely wanted to help me. I actually feel bad for my salesman, Brian, because he was actually very helpful, but once he got the finance manager involved everything went down hill. I was trading in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler which the payoff was $23k, but miraculously their payoff amount was $31k, we have so so credit, but have never missed a payment with our cars and have leased vehicles with Ally Financial, we were told they wouldn't look at that and we needed a cosigner otherwise our lease payment on the Ram 1500 we were looking at would be about $700/ month. I told them I was looking to save money, not spend twice the amount per month. They said there was nothing they could do. Long story short, Dover Dodge and somehow they got us into a Ram 1500 with no cosigner and said not to worry about it because we already have Ally and there would be no issues, came out with a Ram 1500 ST with a tow package and black edition for much less than what I was paying on my Wrangler. So not only has Route 46 lost a customer, but I will make sure to spread the word to everyone I know.

Mike Mangano was very helpful and efficiant with any questions I had about the cars, and trucks I was interested in.
I felt like he had my best interest at heart and that's very hard to find. I have been wanting a new car for the longest time, but every time I went into a dealership I would leave unhappy. Mike made sure I left with the car of my choice, and very happy about the price and my choice.

The staff were nice...Took a long time for me to test drive even though i had an appointment. Also, the vehicle they gave me to test drive had very little gas in it and hesitated at a traffic light and the check engine light came on. When i notified the staff, they said it was probably because of the amount of gas in the truck. I was still interested in that type of truck but not that particular one and they said that basically that was the only one i would get at the price they offered me and that if i decided not to go with that particular truck, i am looking to spend more money. No thank you!

We went at the end of June 2016 to Route 46 JDR, and our salesman Mubeen R. was so helpful. He took us on the testdrive and really was very patient. We bought the car the same day, and my daughter loves her wrangler. We just brought the wrangler for its first oil change in November 2016, and the service advisor Jason G. was really nice.

Came to finance a used Jeep - finance charges were out of this world supposedly because I m a first time buyer - I was offered better rates online from a different lender. Once negotiation started after my prequalification, I was presented with a price that didn t sum up to the price, taxes, and fees - it was about $1300 higher and I was told it was a safety check fee which I ve never heard about anywhere else. Not a fan of the communication - understand it s the industry but it just felt like I was being conned.

No body likes the idea of there car needing service but I can honestly say I Love taking my car in for service to Chrysler jeep Dodge in little falls,NJ the customer service is excellent.. They help you understand what the problem is and also help you understand what needs to be done.. STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!This is the worst dealership I ve ever been to! Hands down. The service team thought they hung up on me when my engine light went on for the second time in a year and a half and they were talking about me!!!

I am currently in MA and my 2016 is shaking and engine light is on! I called to ask Bc I need to get it fixed before I can go back to NJ - the service tech Raul told me he just does paperwork. They are not helpful and make you feel like garbage!

I came across a used car at Route 46 while browsing online and requested information electronically. Thereafter I receive an automated responses from the online manager, Jamie, who will then forward the request to a sales representative (which you also get an automated response). I responded to the sales representative email asking specifics regarding online price of vehicle and if numbers could be negotiated as the dealership was a bit of a drive. No response until late next day when another automated email came from Jamie. I responded to that email and received a "real" email quickly saying that my assigned sales rep was off the day before (confusing with the automated email) and that she would get back to me tomorrow. The next day the sales rep responded that the price is what you see online and that policy of the dealership is to only negotiate on site.

Beware of the built in $3000 of incentives factored into the online price as you most likely do not qualify (read the small print of the listing). This will not be pointed out until you arrive.

If you are not into wasting your time, try one of the many dealerships that will honestly provide you the numbers online or over the phone. The online system here is only geared at getting you to the dealership so they can get credit that they brought in a customer.
