I have buying cars here now for 14yrs. But for the first time in since my first buy in 14yrs it never felt more like home. Sales Rep Felicia Casale has brought it back. 2 months ago my work vehicle broke down. I was losing my mind I took a shot at Felicia C. and with in 20mins she tells me lets go get your truck. I brought a 2013 Ram 1500 for work. my credit got a little better so I came back to Felicia C to buy another one and she got me a 2016 Dodge Charger Black Top.
Thank you so much for having patience with me. SEE you soon I want a SRT* or Nissan GTR I am sure you will hook me up....

Two years ago I bought a 2009 GMC Acadia from here...

Two years ago I bought a 2009 GMC Acadia from here. WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had with a car. Within a month I had to get my transmission replaced! Yes, I was still under warranty so I dropped my truck off and was given a loaner car. The dealership had my car for weeks with not even a phone call or an update concerning my repairs. Had I not called on my own I'm sure I still wouldn't have had my truck back for another 3 weeks. Since getting my car, I have returned my car several times, with the most recent being a week ago. I needed a catalic convertor and was told it would cost $1400 to fix. I got a second opinion and was able to cut that in half! Needless to say I was sold a lemon. Not only that but had to deal with representatives who were nonresponsive. I will never purchase a GMC again better yet a vehicle from here.

Had a few hiccups along the way but he checked un with me and worked around my hectic work schedule to get the problem resolved. Even with the busyness of the dealership he still did his best to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Scheduled a diagnosis with the service department ...

Scheduled a diagnosis with the service department 9/24/20 @7:45am. I was tne second one to show up and Upon meeting the service rep that would be helping me he informed me i was scheduled for a drop off. This was not a question when I called in for the appointment.

I was expecting to wait for my car & make a decision that day on how to proceed with fixing the problems that were occurring. Well, the rep urged me not to wait but stated I should instead get a ride home and they will give me a call when they know the diagnosis. Upon inquiring 4 hours later the status of my car (i waited) they stated i was 16th in line! So they put others ahead of me instead of just assigning one mechanic to my car and allowing the others to do other jobs.

Days went by..... I have no diagnosis and my car was not even touched. They put my car in the lot and didn t even work on It for days. They stated that they needed a particular machine which would not arrive until Monday... 9/31/20. Monday comes and still no word on my cars diagnosis. It is now 10/1/20 one week & I still have no invoice on how much my car is going to cost to be fixed or a final diagnosis on the car.

The service rep was honest from the beginning with me and for that I would give 5 stars however, 1 star for the amount of time this is taking and lack of consideration. One week later, I have no diagnosis and there s no telling how long It will take them to fix the car.

At this rate It could be another 2 weeks for me. My point is... I highly recommend you go to another Jeep with your business in hopes that you get faster service. They prioritize smaller jobs and while I get that ... if they are this busy I think they should hire more mechanics for the other jobs? Or tell me to bring the car back at another time or date. The manager was also useless in atleast trying to help me get my car back any faster. So if you find yourself in a similar situation, dont even bother.

Save your time and go to another place! If I didn t have a warranty with them I wouldn t have gone with them in the first place.

Buyer beware worst place to get a car I bought a car that has 20 k miles transmission fails in 2 days dealer won t accept my calls just answering machine no one has called back it s been over week beyond then when purchasing the car the online price they said was wrong and asked for more money they told me the car was done and ready for pick up I drive 2 hrs and they said it wasn t actually done this place is a joke and a scam my car had repairs done before they could give the car to me I own a shop and looked over there work to find out half the bolts are missing I still have called over and over with no answer go somewhere else save the headache they just want your money

This has been my 3rd car purchased here at Route 46 Chrysler. I have to say that dealing with Darren has been an outstanding experience. I love my new car, and I just love this dealership. All around a great buying experience. And when we had issues with previous cars, their service department has always been very fair and easy to deal with. Thank you!

I went in today thinking it would be an easy in and out free oil change and instead the guys working on my vehicle stole from me! I basically waited almost 2 hours to get robbed. I removed everything from my vehicle and forgot 200 dollars in my cash dispenser (I separated it to later deposit it in the bank) and when I remembered about the money they told me I had to wait to see my vehicle again. When it returned the money was GONE! I've purchased 2 vehicles from this location and have visited a total of 3 times including todays oil change, 2 out of the 3 were horrible. The managers are rude and absolutely no help. I called upon the manager DON ZOFREA in hopes that they would maybe re-compensate or at least reprimand by checking footage and what he told me was basically "OH WELL WE'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE" Really? so you hire a thief to do maintenance at a dealership that your responsible for and its not your responsibility? I didn't expect to win something or get more than what I lost in the process and I bet if DON ZOFREA or any of the guys that worked on my car had this done to them they would expect more. If your going to manage, MANAGE! Part of being in a manager position is to offer the best experience possible and sometimes problem solving comes into play when tying to satisfy a customer. It just wasn't important to him because they weren't his 200 dollars. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE ! I wouldn't suggest any one buy a car from here or better yet get mantaince here! The managers might as well just be security since all they do is walk around and mind their business. Go at your risk...* iam pretty sure most of these good reviews on here are fake! I live locally and its been said by word of mouth that this place sucks so I'am pretty sure these reviews are written by employees or managers themselves to persuade people from other places to come check them out.

I bought a used vehicle from this location and they have done nothing but lie from the beginning. 1st they quoted 1 price but by the time the paperwork was done im paying exactly double that amount. 2nd, upon purchase certain promises were made bc they new i was unhappy with the purchase. To Fix the U-connect, new tires etc. They brushed me off for months. Once I showed up an asked for the general manager then the service department pretended to move their feet. Only to have my car a total of 8 weeks and still NOTHING has been done not even the scheduled oil change but still managed to charged me $260 for my deductible. Sure they're Friendly.... Friendly con artist!!!! Im now waiting to hear back from Consumer Affairs

I went in to check out some cars after looking at their online prices. What they show online did not match sticker prices on the lot, by $10K in some cases. I was told those were "special online sales" prices that reflect full rebates yadda yadda yadda.

Look, I expect some chicanery when it comes to auto dealers and purchasing cars, but $10K is over the line. When you have to resort to lies of that magnitude to get people in the door, you're going to get a bad review.

I probably had the worst customer service experience I ve ever experienced here. It took them 7.5 weeks to register a car, normally a 1-3 week process. I m sure the manager will respond and say this was a unique situation but that s a lie. There were 4 other people in the waiting room there for the same reason. I called the sales manager multiple times and never got a call back. So likely they are doing something illegal or their customer service is just that bad. The finance manager Felica is extremely rude and does not seem to know what she s doing. The sales manager Adam has zero customer service skill. It took me filing a complaint to the better business bureau to get ONE phone call back in the middle of a work day when I couldn t talk and still haven t received a follow up call. I ll give credit where credit is due, Chris sterling in sales was great. Needless to say, none of my friends or family will be using this dealership and I suggest no one else does either.

Worst experience with my oil change have to wait 3 hours, when I called to make an appointment and to get my filter so that I don't have to wait too long.I Complain and spoke to the manager and all he said was "sorry 5 more mins". Always happens to me, every time I come for oil change. I wish that I hadn't bought my car here. Wouldn't recommend this place and would definitely not buy a car here. Their price change when I came to see the car which was advertised cheaper.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They have the most unprofessional service techs I've ever seen. I was denied same day service, yet website didn't reflect that same day service was no longer offered with the flood. Didn't even ask if I wanted to make an appointment, just wanted me out of there so his guys can "clean up " 2 hours before closing and tend to the other vehicles there. Called the sales floor to speak to a manager; was told its Saturday all the managers were busy and didn't even offer to take a message. My husband was also mistreated the last time he took my truck there for service. I'd rather drive the extra distance to paramus, at least I know I will be respected there.

I recently purchased a Jeep from Alex (aka the Commercial guy ) and had the best experience! I ended up with the exact vehicle that I wanted and got the best price (trust me, I really shopped around).

Before going Rt 46, I had gone into 3 other dealerships in the area and got what I thought were good prices. Once I got there, I was immediately greeted by Alex who listened to my many requests and then walked me around the lot to show me all of my options. They had a huge inventory selection to choose from. Right away, I was offered very competitive pricing. In the following days, Alex quickly responded with additional pricing requests as I changed my mind a number of times as it relates to options, etc. Throughout this process, Alex was not pushy at all and he was very patient with me. Ultimately, I ended up getting everything that I wanted for an excellent price.

I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Alex at Rt 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge!

Left him a message and when he called back he thought I was someone else. He said he would call me back in five minutes with a date and time to come in. That was two days ago. When it come to customer service there is no second chance after being treated like this. Don't straight up lie to your customers.

Be very careful with the service department here as they are extremely deceptive in getting you to pay for things you don't need. I went for an oil change and was told I was due for my "required" 30,000 mile inspection which would only cost "eight eighteen". I figured I would be told the results of the inspection before any work was done and have to sign something but when I returned all the work was done and they hit me with the $818.00 bill! Guess what I found out afterwards....the inspection is not at all "required"! I put in claims with the Better Business Bureau (who already had 55 active claims filed against them prior to mine), Chrysler Headquarters, my bank, and my congressman. Beware of the worker Danny Palomino, he will use certain wording such as "required" and say prices such as $818, as "eight eighteen" as he talks quickly.

This place was not for me at all. Saw a pre owed car online for my daughter and drove all the way out there. Mind you I had an appointment aka VIP appointment as they called it. Other salesman were presentable but the person who came to greet us was a mess, Very unprofessional. Then to find out the car was not in the lot and was so called up the road. It finally arrived after waiting around half hour. The car had major curb rash on every rim, cracked grille, dented hood and not to mention it was disgustingly filthy. I did not take it for a test drive and wanted so desperately to disappear from this place but of course they wanted to interrogate me to first. Never again will I do that again. I'd rather pay more money for a car at a honest and reputable dealership.
I should of read the reviews most 1 stars were right about this place. Sorry route 46 you guys should start implementing new processes and services.

I am a woman and I went in there to buy a new jeep. My jeep was 17 years old and ready to upgrade. Darren Katz ran my credit, he saw how much i was approved for. But didn't have a single jeep in the lot in my price range, Out of thousands of jeeps! They had one getting brakes put on it across the street somewhere,, which in order for not to get sold, I have to leave a $300.00 Deposit on it and come back for it the next night. So my husband and I returned the next night after leaving a $300 cash deposit, the vehicle that was supposed to be just like the one I looked at the night before. It
Looked like some homeless junkie had been living in it for 10 years, paint was all rubbed off on the outside, the inside had food.and what have you splatter everywhere on the seats.I just got the check back 6 weeks later for my $300 deposit that was supposed to take no more than "10 days". Buyer beware. GO TO AUTOLENDERS. They'll bend over backwards for you. Couldn't be happier with my purchase from auto lenders.

Be careful! I went with my brother (with no so good credit but enough to get a car) and they were trying to sell him a 2013 VW Passat (used) for $478 month for 72 months = $34,412 for a car that cost around $13,000. Good thing I was with him otherwise he would take it. This got to be illegal!

Updated 03/28/19: While in for service my vehicle ...

Updated 03/28/19: While in for service my vehicle was damaged and several attempts to contact the service manager to have the items fixed have been intercepted by the secretary and even after sending photos as requested there has been no response. Furthermore, most of the service issues were not addressed and only documented as "not found" but all occurred immediately upon leaving the dealership. One issue wasn't even documented. My search for a competent authorized FCA service station continues....

First time here. Dropping off my car for service. Friendly service staff and they offer rentals which is a big plus for those of us with only one vehicle and no way to get home. The process was quick and painless...but I feel as though the service advisor didn't ask enough questions about the vehicle issues to adequately understand the problems. From past experiences at other dealerships this is the normal disconnect that occurs between service advisors and the service techs and usually leads to delays getting things fixed and customer frustration. As far as everything else goes, the rep at the rental counter was incredibly accommodating in tirelessly assisting me with finding a vehicle I actually fit comfortably in. I really appreciated her customer centric approach.

Sal was so helpful and making sure I understood everything about my new car and my my monthly payments. At no time has ANYONE at this dealership ever uttered a word of truth. They make and break promises as a matter of policy, they never return phone calls, EVER. As an example, I bought a car there on November 2, 2015. The vehicle was finally delivered to me in early February 2016, and needless to say it wasn't what I was told it would be by the salesman and his manager. This dealership is a disgrace. Avoid at all costs. You've been warned.

last week i left a very negative review about the service department and called them a derogatory name which i apologized to Rob the service manager and also the general manager today although i was disappointed with the amount of time my vehicle took to get repaired it is preforming very well now. i was away for a week on a business trip and when i got back i realized that i had left a tool bag in the loner car i called the service department and the car car was out on loan they did not know the tools were in the trunk Rob and the girls went to great lengths calling the women with the car and then sending out Jose a porter with the service dept over to st Joseph hospital to retrieve my tools from a parking garage i was very lucky after a week to even get the tools back i very much appreciated the effort they are a fine bunch of people and will continue to use this dealer for service my advice calm down if your upset and work out the issues before calling people names and leaving negative reviews it may just come out to your benefit like it did to me today thanks again Rob

I had a sale person help me named Andy. He is one of the worse sales persons that they hired. He had no patience with me what so ever. Didn t even try to help me or make any adjustments. At the end, he decided to just hand over my keys and say have a nice day!! I wouldn t go back there!!

I must say i have never had a better experience car shopping than i did here! i would recommend this location over any other in the tri-state area! as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the amazing staff and felt so welcomed! Everyone here was extremely helpful and kind! our salesman was Sean, he was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond to get us an amazing deal on my brand new jeep wrangler! He's a great guy and will deff take care of you! he doesnt waste your time nor does he pressure you to buy anything you dont want! he is very knowledgable and has a lot of patiences! overall it was an amazing experience and i am more than ecstatic about my car

The service department people are SCAMMERS. They w...

The service department people are SCAMMERS. They were probably trained to up sell anyone that comes in to get repairs. I was interested in getting my hard top water leak fixed (which was a very minor leak), and they were trying to charge me $2000!!!(A new hardtop cost around $2k) just for parts as stated by the representative. I replaced some of the foam pieces that I fixed myself. They were stating that the entire hardtop needed repair, when I know that they were lying and were just trying to scam me into $2000 worth of repair. When I asked if they had checked if the brakes were okay, because they were making a squeaking noise, they said that they checked and that everything was okay and they didn't hear anything. As soon as I got my car back I heard the noise and showed it to the service manager they said I was going to have to make another appointment, mind you the first appointment was a ONE MONTH WAIT. I am never going back to this place as they are very dishonest by trying to scam me out of $2000 when repairs on my hard top only costed me about $75 at most.I have proof that everything was fixed for this amount with original mopar parts. I'm pretty sure if they did this to me, they are probably doing it to others as well. I'd give no stars for service if I could.

Sean went above and beyond to make my lease deal happen. He did everything I asked and went to battle for me when negotiating favorable terms for me. He showed me and we test drove multiple cars models to ensure I picked the car I really wanted. Took the time no pressure looked at a variety of vehicles and options and made a good deal. The finance person was great as well made the paperwork painless. Totally satisfied. Absolutely horrible.. worst car buying experience EVER!!! They are rude, unprofessional and have NO IDEA what customer service is. Purchasing my car from them took OVER 6 WEEKS to complete. They let me drive away the car the day I was there and then locked me into a contract thereafter. They don't know how to return phone calls or emails. EVERY SINGLE document on my loan/car/registration had major errors on it such as address and other info WHICH I HAD TO CORRECT MYSELF!!!! I can't believe this place is still in business. RUN don't walk away from this place!!!!!!

LOOK ON YELP FOR TRUE REVIEWS. This place only cares about you when you are not yet their customer. Once they make you their customer they don't care about you at all. So far I was given a warranty that no one told me started 90 DAYS after purchasing the vehicle so I had to pay nearly $200 out of pocket TWICE now for something I was told was covered. Any time you go in with a problem no matter how nice you are they shrug you off and make you some one else's problem. For example before leaving for vacation almost two weeks ago my boyfriend and I took my car over. We asked if it was possible for me to leave my car with them to get a new tire (there was a bubble on it) and my sunroof fixed because it came out of alignment. They said "Absolutely!" I told them about my warranty, they looked it up and said I was completely covered. I also asked if I would be able to pick it up on Memorial Day when I came home considering I had work the next day. They said "No problem!" After a 14 hour drive home yesterday I walk in to the dealer ship to get told by the floor manager "Sorry. Not my problem." In front of a bunch of salesmen. I felt COMPLETELY embarrassed. Every one except one woman made me feel crazy, when I was told everything would be fine and to not worry. Then I was told if I want MY car back I have to pay them and they would refund me the money tomorrow. SURPRISE! Went in today for the refund and got "Sorry I never checked to see if you had the warranty, totally my fault, you'll get your money back in a week" Oh, so who is going to help me pay my bills this week Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge? I have yet to have ONE good experience there and with my family owning a company if employees EVER made a customer feel the way the sales manager made me feel last night they would get ripped apart but again.. customers don't actually matter to this place.

Beware of service damaging vehicles. Vehicle went in for warranty repairs. Came back with a completely scraped up bumper that they tried to cover up with touch up paint. Bumper had just recently been completely repainted. Make sure you do a walk around of your car at drop off and pick up and document with photos. Honest dealer they are NOT and that is frightening because they had a lot of cars flood in August. Make sure you don't buy a flooded vehicle!!!

Every time I go bring my vehicle in for an oil change they tell me one hour that s fine this last time I went in pulled right in within 5 mins they told me an hour tops for an oil change service have now been sitting in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours just for an oil change I find it absolutely horrible customer service and every time I asked how much longer it was always 5 more mins for about an hour this went on for. Absolutely horrible customer service. How they can make customers wait this long for ONLY and oil change.
