Bought car and wheel locks were left loose !!! One...

Bought car and wheel locks were left loose !!! One of them fell off and that is when i notice they were all loose !!!!! Called to have someone come by my house to check the wheels. Nobody called back or came, but was told, if i can drive over!!! REALLY!!! NEVER AGAIN.
