I first wrote a review on the sales process (which was great in March of 2016 and I have left below) I have had a horrible experience with the finance manager and wanted to make sure others were aware.

After purchasing the vehicle protection plan, my insurance company notified me that the plan was not needed because insurance covers what the protection plan would. I called and emailed in my cancellation request to the finance manager and was told it would take 6 weeks to process. 2 1/2 months later, my bank didn't get a refund check. I called the finance manager, left messages, sent an email, had the assistant leave a note on the finance managers desk and nothing was responded to. I finally had to go into the dealership and was completely disrespected. He acknowledged that he has received my email and the note that was put on his desk and when I asked why he didn't reach out to me, he shrugged and didn't have an answer. I was not apologized to and I was spoken to very inappropriately. I would caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle protection plan from this dealership.

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade from Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and they exceeded my expectations. Buying a car tends not to be an enjoyable or comfortable process but all of that was changed when I walked into Route 46.

I worked with Jr. and I couldn't have been happier. He was knowledgeable, patient, easygoing and was fun to work with. I would highly recommend him and Route 46 to my friends and family and would certainly go back there for when we purchase our next car.

Thank God for Chrysler HQ. Without them my issues would have never been resolved. My car had a radio issue from day one. I took the car in several times and every time all they did was update the software and send me on my way. Even after saying that never works, they insisted it was fine. Of course I would be back with the same problem (6 times). As soon as the cars warranty was up, all of the sudden it was "you need a new radio... for a price". I said "no" and walked out. I had addressed this issue within the first few months of purchasing this car and they waited for my warranty to be up? I contacted Chrysler, they saw I was in the right 100%, handed me a check and told me to get it fixed on their dime. I was told to make an appointment with HQ on the phone. 2 weeks later I dropped it off, Ubered home only to get a call the next day that they can't replace the part at the moment. They sent the part back, so it was no longer in the shop. The tech was actually pretty good about it and got the part there overnight but I needed my car that evening so I still had to delay it another day. Finally the part was replaced and everything is fine but it took 5 years to do it. I'm ready for a new vehicle/upgrade, and even though the buying process was enjoyable, I have zero interest in going here. I'm not even interested in getting my oil changed here anymore for my other vehicle (dodge, not purchased at this location). This location used to be so good. I would feel like a well taken care of client; not anymore. I don't know what happened.

As I browsed the lot I was greeted by Maria Grantham who imedietly offered her assistance. She answered all my questions and concerns, as well as going over other vehicle options . She was extremely welcoming and without a doubt be coming back to here to purchase my vehicle in the fall!

I didn't end up renewing my lease here because when we got to finance the numbers didn't work out (which btw I still don't understand why and the finance man didn't really explain anything either - quite frankly I don't think he wanted to work with me) BUT this review is not about him its about Edward Harney. Returning my car was terrible. They kept the car for three weeks deciding if they were going to by it from the bank. In the meantime, the bank requires the car to stay on insurance. Therefore, I foot the bill for insurance for three weeks while jeep decides if they ll buy the car. No one returns calls. I spoke to two managers that promised they d call me back... they didn t. Still waiting for a call back from the lease return dept. I should have known from my buying experience that this would happen at the end.

My experience at this dealership was amazing. I was feeling overwhelmed with anxiety and fear but between the sales rep and the finance manager they made it very easy to make a decision. I came in with expectations and they were met completely. Route46 Jeep is the place to come and get you a vehicle. Come see Amir he's great!!!!!

Stopped in today for the second time to inquire about a used 2016 SRT that was advertised online and really got me interested. Last time I saw a salesman ( that isn't there anymore) who told me the asking price for the vehicle was $46k. There was conveniently no sticker on the car itself. Today, saw a different but quite cocky salesman who informed me that the other guy probably didn't know what he was doing and the asking price is actually $48,600. The 2 k difference is for loyalty discount only. Loyalty is for previous customers of this dealership who buy cars from them again. I am one of those, btw. So I asked him, no funny business, I just want the bottom line price, cash, no financing, and not even worry about the trade in bc it's beat up with almost 200k miles on it. Also I mentioned we would like to spend 40k on the car or close to it and perhaps use the trade in towards the taxes on the car or something, but that's the number we wanted to get close to...I mean it's 16 months old, used, 7700 miles, and only 5k less than the msrp for a brand new one , which also has wiggle room bc no one actually pays msrp! So, he "went to the back room" and came back with a scribbled paper that says $47,900. That's the best we can do. Um, that's a $1000 INCREASE from the advertised price. He said well yeah bc you're not getting the loyalty discount of 2k so we will just give you 1k off instead. We laughed pushed our chairs back and said no thanks.

I hope this is helpful as I hate being hosed when I'm spending a lot of money. Because I must look like a loser in gym clothes browsing for a car, doesn't mean I am stupid. This is a major bait and switch move and I will never go back there and neither will any of my friends and colleagues.

I just started leasing a car here. My salesman was JR Villanueva. The team manager was Bill Murillo. JR started with me having a very casual conversation. The purpose seemed to be to make me feel comfortable but at the same time determine how serious I was about leasing a car. When JR started out his numbers were not near what I was looking to do. I had stepped away to take a phone call. When I came back Bill was sitting at the desk. They knew I was serious and if I didn't get a car there, I was going to get a car somewhere else. Bill asked me the same question. He let me know that whatever number I threw out he would crunch through it and see if he could do it. It was a discussion and a negotiation but they really worked with me to get into a lease. The lease was not far off from what I wanted in the first place. If you are going to go in here with a reasonable expectation, you will be walking out of there extremely happy.

This place was great! I really felt like I mattered here. As soon as I walked in I was tended to but not in a pushy, I need my commission way, but in a genuine very helpful way. Nathan Rojas worked with me to get me approved and really made the experience great. Going through the approval process for anything that requires credit is a hard experience when you just aren't sure if your credit will be enough. He really assured me that he will try his best to get me approved. Thankfully I was. I didn't have a set car in mind so he also helped me get a car that I would feel comfortable in. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you go there, go to him. He'll make you feel comfortable and important. Thank you Nathan!

Went to see a Chrysler for my father. I live two hours away from this dealer. Made an appointment, assured the car would be there, ready, and available. Made the drive and showed up, and the car is being prepped and detailed for ANOTHER buyer who came in yesterday. The salesman assured that they then had another Chrysler that would suit him, and pulled up with a car that's a different generation, color, and doesn't have the specifics he told the dealer he needed.

Considering we came all the way from Philadelphia for this, wasted over $50 in gas, and the car wasn't even available, I'm very disappointed in this experience, and the people.

(I mean, I should have known, considering this place is in the corrupt city known as West Paterson. No matter how you label it as Woodland Park or Little Falls, it will always be Paterson.)

Wouldn't it be great if dealers were honest and actually CARED about their customers?

Ed Harney is an amazing sales consultant! I went in yesterday ready to get out of my 2016 Jeep Patriot after 4+ years, and I had my eye on a 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn. Not only was he extremely kind, but he also worked for me as a customer. When it came to the trade he pushed FOR me to get the most out of it and gave me an amazing deal way below what I was expecting in monthly payments. I used to work with Ed when I was in the internet department, and I always knew my customers were in great hands with him. Now, as a customer, I know why! I will be sending my family to Ed Harney from here on out!

The grand Cherokee drives like a dream and has so much cool stuff in it I don't know what to do with it all. Thankfully Wesley showed me how to use all my new gadgets and was awesome.

As my lease is coming up soon, I received an offer in the mail about 3-4 months ago regarding turning my lease in early. I scheduled an appointment with Marvin again (loyalty and my great experience last time). I went in, wasted over 2 hours to be informed that the offer I received in the mail is just to "bring people in" and really does nothing. I was told if I come in closer to my lease term date I would get a certain deal...
Fast forward to this past week when I received a new letter about turning my lease in. In advance - I asked Marvin if it is legit and sent a picture and was told Yes and that a deal would be very possible. I exaggerated that I would be very angry if we can't do something and was told no, it will work and I will sit with a salesman named Dave. Now, Saturday we go in and I explain the deal and what I was told and said I will be annoyed if this doesn't work and I waste my day sitting here. 3 hours later I am told the deal I was originally told months ago was not legit (lied to!) and that the current car I have, would be an additional $82 dollars a month!!! WHAT?! Why would I pay more for the same car without a Sunroof (when I have a sunroof now!) NO sense! Also, the document I asked numerous times about that I got in the mail was not legit again!!!! ! I ended up leaving after 3 hours very frustrated for wasting 3 hours ( now over 5 hours of wasted time at this dealership) to only be told lies.

I will NEVER step foot on this dealership again and highly doubt I will use Jeep! I even said I wanted a Cherokee and asked in advanced, then when I got there they were unsure if there was even one available! After these past few months of wasted time, it's obvious all they do is try to bring customers in and lie. I am so ashamed of this dealership and regret ever giving them my business and my friend's business.

Amir Zebardast is one of the most professional and knowledgeable sales persons I have ever come across. It was a great experience from start to finish. i'm only giving them one star because i cant give them 0. i went here with my friend to buy a jeep cherokee we went on a saturday 2/6/16. they rushed us and everything. she never signed anything except a spot delivery form and gave them a cashiers check for deposit. when we left on saturday 2/6/16 with the car they forgot to give her the key to the car so we were stranded on route 3. then she was supposed to go back monday 2/8/16 and they kept rescheduling until finally she went back on thursday 2/11/16. the rates and monthly payment they had discussed on 2/6/16 were not what they were giving her on 2/11/16 thursday. she didnt want the car anymore but they refused to give her money back. i would never ever recommend this dealer to anyone they are scammers!!! we filed a complaint with the better business bureau and the attorney general of new jersey.

So I make an appt to see a Used truck off a car buying site. It generates a standard email to the dealer they call me the next day and schedule an appointment. I find out through the several questions that I have that they basically don t have an internet dept they have a receptionist that answers emails and sets up appts for the bullpen salesmen. Against my better judgement from this and info about the dealership from online I show up the next day all the way from south Jersey. I arrive and I m hit up by the up salesman by the door I tell him I am there for an appt with Bill the sales manager. He follows me in and at the reception desk Bill comes in and hands me off to the same random floor guy who hit me at the door and has followed me in. So now no dedicated internet sales staff I guess. So this guy has no idea about what I am there for so much for my touted VIP appt lol and I have to give him the stock number of the vehicle I am there for. He disappears for a few and then comes back in to get me and says the truck is out front. I come out and what can I say the truck has obviously not been detailed or prepped for a customer in anyway. There is dirt in the bed and in the Ram boxes and on the floorboards of the crew cab. Leather looks all beat up. He asks do I want to test drive it?!! I pop the hood as the engine is idling rough and what do I find a oil leak from the valve cover not a deep or a drip but a bad leak. Here is the kicker this was a CPO vehicle!!! So I guess that went Unoticed in there thorough 170 some point inspection! I threw him the keys and told him we were done here. He wanted to show me other inventory but I told him if this was the VIP experience I ll pass on the downgrade. P.S. don t believe there review scores they are flagged on Yelp for having a huge amount of good reviews coming from the same IP address other words the same person lol. Place is a roach motel and evidently that s the only customers they go after.

Lets face it, getting a new vehicle can be an exhausting experience for most people. We leased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited yesterday and had a very positive experience. Gabriel Dominguez was very easy to work with and I highly recommend going to him. At no point during the sale did we feel pressured into getting something we could not afford.

Gabriel took the time to show us the service center and provided some tips on when to schedule service. Even after the sale was completed, at 9:30PM he took the time to go over all the instruments in the vehicle so my wife felt comfortable driving home. It's the little things that will keep me going to this dealership and recommending Route 46 and Gabriel to everyone.

We first worked with Mike Mangano in August 2015 and he did everything to work with us, but we were just not ready at the time to purchase the vehicle. When we came back in November, we knew we had to go find Mike again because of his willingness to help us and his knowledge on all of the vehicles. He was so patient with all my needs and questions. He was able to make the whole experience very comfortable and easy going, and also helped me get an amazing deal! His manager, BILL, also an awesome guy! He is very welcoming, friendly, and made it known that if we had any problems or questions at all to go right to him which is very appreciated. Today it is soooo rare to find people that actually put effort and care into their job. These guys were top notch. I really could not have asked for a better dealership with better people. They helped me get the car of my dreams and I will 100% be referring everybody I know to go there!!!

Went to this dealership because my brother highly recommend it to me. I had no idea as to what type of vehicle I was looking for or how much it would cost me, just that I needed a car. My salesman Mike Solomon was very patient and understanding of my situation and took the time to explain all the different types of cars, features, and pricing and just generally made me feel at ease throughout the process. I called the parts department for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee brake caliper and was told they had a couple in stock for the price all the Jeep dealerships had it for. When I got to the parts department I was given a price 24% marked up from the mentioned price on the phone. The man at the desk said that he wasn't the one who picked up the phone and that he saw the original price on the computer but it was an employee price. He rudely told to me try somewhere else if I wanted to buy it at that price. My experience was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I was able to purchase the part at the Jeep dealership in Paramus for the original price. If you want proper service and respect as a customer, I would try somewhere else.

My 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee died on me while I was driving my two year old daughter home from a doctors appointment. Naturally I went into panic mode. I called my husband who was working, and he in turn called his brother who has a flatbed tow truck. We had the car towed to Rt 46 Jeep and they told us that it would be a few days before they could even look at it. That was 10/31/2015. (Saturday). We got a call on Monday, 11/2/2015 to inform us that our car was fixed. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect my car back for like a week. They fixed the problem for a very reasonable price, fixed all the recalls,and even threw in a free oil change. The service advisor who was working with us, Danny Palomino was very nice and polite. We look forward to doing future business with Route 46 Jeep. Thanks for the awesome service.
