I HATE THIS DEALERSHIP. I made the mistake of purchasing my Jeep at this dealership. It started with oil change scheduling, I had made my first oil change appointment 6 weeks after my purchase, when I arrived I was told that my appointment was never scheduled. I made a second appointment that day to return the following week, when I arrived that Saturday morning at 9:00 am I was told that the appointment was not confirmed, I had email confirmation from them confirming but unfortunately they were not able to honor because they were booked for the day. It took me almost 3 months to get another appointment to get my first oil change. I sat in the waiting room for almost 4 hours waiting for the oil change. I now bring my services to a gas station for oil change. It's worth the $35.00. I am now having problems with my windows, and the heat in the jeep is not working, I have been calling the dealership for almost 2 days. No call back. Seems like you have to drive there to ask them questions. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALESHIP TO ANYONE.
