A BIG Shout out to Round Rock Toyota, and especially to Austin for helping my son find his new used Honda Accord. Austin put great effort in to make sure he got the vehicle he wanted.There is only one dealership if you are looking for a car. This is it. No pushy sales people and every employee is so courteous !

Been coming to Penske's Round Rock Toyota for over 15 years. I had switched cars from a Honda back to a Toyota. Round Rock Toyota is one of the best shops in Austin. Some of the best service techs here that go above and beyond (Sally and Scott). I had a new service tech this time instead of my usual, but she was ok too. You cannot put a price on trust. There are a couple of service techs who has been here for years who I really trust.

These guys are the worst!! Go to Charles Maund! Much better treatment much better service. Buy American also. Toyota of North America does not stand behind their product! If you ever have a problem with your vehicle or one of their dealerships, they will send you to 3rd party arbitration and offer delayed if any, customer service. My 4-runner is a piece of junk and Round Rock Toyota is the wrong place to fix it. The 2013 4-runner is a good vehicle, the 2014 is a Tonka toy rattle box.

I love Round Rock Toyota! I bought my used Toyota Corolla here and the experience was so pain free. In fact I was waiting for the gimmicky sales tactics since I work in sales but to my surprise there was not once once of pressure. I must apologize to my sales rep because I was stone faced and cold out of fear of a bad sales experience.

I made the switch from Honda after my civic gave me nothing but trouble. Such a great experience that the husband is gonna be looking to get a pre-owned Tacoma and we will definately be back.

The car has been great and my newest service advisor is the best! She caught things previous advisors had missed, important repairs. My only gripe is that recently my car was returned with the tire indicator on, it was cold so I figured that was the issue but come to find out one of the caps to seal off my tire was missing and my tire was losing air.

I had to get my routine service done and Mak helped me out. I m originally from California and had 2 really great service advisors there at different locations. I was concerned I wouldn t find the amazing help I was accustomed to receiving out in California here in Texas as well. All the help I ve been getting at Round Rock Toyota has been great and I feel blessed to have met an awesome new service advisor, Mak and awesome new team to guide me through my services here in Texas!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Justyn DePaul was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and polite throughout the entire car-buying process; and it truly was a no-pressure experience. I never felt pressured to make a decision, or even to purchase from them at all; truly felt like they were looking out for my best interest. I am now the very happy owner of a 2015 Toyota Prius V, and I will certainly be recommending this dealership to others in the future.

I had a really great experience working through the Internet sales department at Round Rock Toyota. Cristina Ayala asked me very good, targetted questions on what I was looking for, Helped me select the color vehicle, and connected me to a really great salesman Brandon Truong. They had great team work, and the salesman was waiting for me with the vehicle as I pulled up. There was no pressure, to buy the car, I was in the dealership for about 2 1/2 hours total! That is by far the very least amount of time it's ever taken me to purchase a new car! This was an overal fabulous experience. I'd totally recommend contacting Cristina and get yourself a new ride!

Received a warranty enhancement repair for the run...

Received a warranty enhancement repair for the running light/turn signal lenses on our 2007 Toyota Tacoma. Made an appointment to take the truck to this dealership in April 2015 for the repair. When I took the truck in, I was informed they did not have the parts, they would order them and call me when they came in. After a month I called again as I had not heard from them and was told the parts were backordered, they had no idea when they would be in, be patient and they would call when the parts were available. Waited 6 months to hear from them and called again and was told the parts were in; made a appointment for the repair on 12/15/15. When I took the truck in I was told the warranty enhancement program ended 11/30/15 and even though I had taken the truck in back in April and was waiting for a call from them saying the parts were in and that they failed to call me, that they would not honor the repair. The service manager, Jimmy, said for me to call Toyota directly. I contacted Toyota who then contacted the dealer asking that they assist us. I received a call from Round Rock Toyota's customer's relations person, Kathleen, who said she would see what she could do and call us back the next day. After waiting 3 days and leaving 2 messages, Kathleen called to say that even though Round Rock Toyota had failed to call us to tell us the parts were in and it was their fault the deadline was missed, they would not replace the lenses. Extremely disappointed in this dealership, since the error causing the missed deadline was made by them, they should be willing to make the repairs. Will never take our truck back to this dealership and when the truck is replaced it will definitely NOT be a Toyota. Over the years I have owned 5 different Toyotas, this is definitely the last one since this is the only Toyota dealership close to me,

I had a very good experiencing helping my son to purchase his first vehicle at Round Rock Toyota. We had been watching for some time for a higher mileage used Tacoma that fit his budget. When one showed up in their inventory, we made the trip not knowing how this vehicle would be or what kind of deal we could make. After test driving the vehicle, looking it over and confirming the carfax, we were able to come to a price that worked for both parties. I could not be more happy with the entire process from start to finish.

Thank You Round Rock Toyota!! I originally reached out to Round Rock Toyota via email looking for some info, actually I reached out to several dealerships and Chris Splendoria Round Rock Toyota was prompt in a response. He gave me some options for what I needed over the phone and I went to the dealership to test drive and buy.
It sounds simple but between my wife and I, we ve purchased several vehicles over the past 6 years for one reason or another. And unfortunately when I started sending emails I was expecting the same old car salesman runaround. Nothing can be farther from the truth with Chris. My favorite thing he said to me was, If I ve what you re looking for I ll let you know to come in, If not I wont waste your time. That Is Gold To Me. Finally, a No BS salesman. Didn t think I d ever find one, but I did and that dealership. Chris got me exactly what I was looking for at the Price I wanted. I will send my friends and family to him and to Round Rock Toyota. All I can say is thank you again.

During that week though I had many conversations with dealerships across the state and none compared to the service I received at Round Rock Toyota. I had a very good experience with Yohannes Samuel. He was very professional and friendly and did his job with passion. As a new driver, I had zero experience with cars. He gave me rides to Round Rock, showed me a couple of cars suitable for my economical ability and patiently helped me at picking the best one. I feel the cars at RRTS are of good quality. No cheating. The paperwork about financing was also very simple. I finally bought a Corolla and it is the best decision I ever made. Thank you Yohannnes!!

Great dealership where I didn't have to wait long or bargain with the salesmen. I did research ahead of time and came in with a specific car I wanted to see. It was the easiest time I've ever had of purchasing a car and I will definitely be returning here for service and when I need to buy a new car.

Just went in to look and ended up buying. This was mostly due to the salesman knowing his stuff and not playing the car sales game.

I went to cedar Park Toyota and got another vehicle for a better price.
Seems so hard to get thru to the fleet mgr. When buying in bulk

Our car buying experience was awesome. What I loved about the experience was the vehicles and our car salesman Mr. Brian Gilbert. We traveled from Houston to see a vehicle that was posted online and made an appointment to see the vehicle. We were hours late because of traffic on the freeway and we ended up lost. Mr. Brian Gilbert called us and gave us directions on how to get back on route. He also checked on us periodically to make sure we did not get lost again. We arrived on his lunch hour but he insisted that he will eat later. He greeted us with ice cold water from a hot road trip. I believe he went over and beyond from showing us the vehicle and what it has to offer and the great customer service he provided. Mr. Brian Gilbert even made sure we made it home by printing out directions so we would not get lost on our way back. Oh yeah and we purchased the Toyota! It is beautiful and the photos online were only a fraction of how it looked in person. It drove well, and we were very happy! The finance manager was also very professional and introduced us to the new technology they have embraced by going "paper less". The facility was extremely clean and I look forward to buying my next vehicle from there. Thank you!

After purchasing an used 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sp...

After purchasing an used 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport 4X4 I was experiencing a problem with the trucks BT Stereo when selecting XM from the source menu the screen would blink check antenna and would not receive XM. The truck is still under factory warranty and further it is supposed to be Certified Pre Owned . On July 11 2019 we took the truck to Round Rock Toyota and met with service advisor Scott Thomas who wrote up the truck and we proceeded to wait in customer waiting area. After waiting 4 hours I was told they diagnosed the problem to the XM antenna and they needed to order the part since it was not stocked. Scott told us that they would call when part arrives.We heard back a few day s later that the antenna arrived and if we would like to schedule appointment, we scheduled for July 20 2019.When arriving we met with Bhavik Patel who was our advisor for that day since Scott was on vacation.We left the truck with Bhavik and proceeded to wait in customer waiting area.After waiting 3 hours Bhavik came by and explained that the antenna was installed and it did not fix the problem.The next step would be to order the whole BT Radio /Navigation /XM unit. I was told by Bhavik that they would contact me when the unit arrives.2 weeks went by and I did not hear back I called and spoke to Scott and he said the unit is on backorder.I decided to call Toyota Corporate to check on the status of the stereo and why it would take so long, spoke to Heather who said she would escalate to case manager and they would let me know. Next day I got call from Round Rock that the stereo was received. I called and scheduled appointment to have the stereo installed. On August 17 2019 we went back to Round Rock Toyota to have stereo installed. We were met with service advisor Micah Miller left the truck and proceeded to wait for repair.3 hours later Micah came to us and adviced us that there was a missing harness from the XM antenna to the stereo which was not installed at the Toyota factory when the vehicle was build since the VIN indicated that it should have XM. He told me that the service tech needed to check and see which additional parts needed to be ordered in order to have XM work. At this point I decided to call Toyota corporate again and refer to the case number 190***** which was assigned the first time and they confirmed that the stereo had shipped to Round Rock but could not elaborate on a missing wire harness for XM to work from factory? Moments later service advisor Micah came to me and explained that the service tech had used another Tacoma truck similar to mine to check the wires on the stereo and low and behold found a loose wire harness which was reconnected, and XM worked. Micah did not want to close out the invoice and give me a copy until he could sort out how they would do the billing. I was told by Micah that Toyota would compensate us for the time spend waiting and inconvenience, not sure if this will materialize but will see. We received the key to the vehicle and on checking the BT radio unit which supposedly was replaced it looked like the same original unit was there all the settings and BT connections were there. Also noted was a scratch on top of the dash board where apparently the stereo unit was placed.
After this experience I really have no choice to give a bad rating to Round Rock Toyota service and go to one of the 3 other Toyota dealers for service.

Doris Clark is the best sales person you would ever hope to find. She is honest, informative and cares about her customers. I count it a blessing that she came out to meet us when we arrived at Round Rock Toyota. I highly recommend her and appreciate that she was willing to come in on her day off to help me get finished deciding what car I wanted to purchase for my granddaughter. She is really 'THE BEST'.

Round Rock Toyota deserves FIVE STARS for sure! I want to briefly express just how AMAZING Adam Fuller and Brad Wolski were, because I know how hard car buying can be and these guys will definitely steer you in the right direction! Pun Intended! =D
I walked into the dealership with my fingers crossed in hopes of finding the perfect vehicle. Luckily my appointment was with Adam, whom is super friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient, as I took all day - literally. =) Both he and Brad did their due diligence in helping me finance the perfect 4Runner at an awesome price, which I am extremely grateful for. They both made sure I left that car lot with a smile and knowing I was completely happy with my purchase.
I highly recommend Round Rock Toyota, as all the staff I encountered that day were great. Make sure to ask for ADAM FULLER, he will go above and beyond for you!

We walked into Toyota during a routine oil change on both of our vehicles. The plan was to just walk around and waste time. My husband has been wanting a truck since forever but he was looking for the just the right one for our family. With Doris Clark-Perez help we were able to trade in our old vehicle for a 2017 with great monthly payments along with no money down. I must admit that with the first payment she came back with my husband and I were ready to walk and cut our losses. She continued to work with us and before we knew it we were signing paperwork! Thanks again Doris for working hard with us to give my husband his Dream Truck!

This place is absolutely amazing. The sales associate Adam was awesome! He made absolutely one hundred percent positive sure that the vehicle I bought was the one I wanted. Gary got me the absolute best offer on my trade-in. And Ashley made all of the paperwork a breeze to go through. Everybody was professional and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I have probably purchased 15 or so brand new vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the absolute best experience I have ever had. Well done!

Dipak was really nice and honest. As far as everything else. I didn t appreciate how I was told by Brandon when I was in Pittsburgh and interested in a 2017 used Corolla model that they had it on hold for me but then sold it soon after. Some other things raised red flags for me (e.g. the dealership wouldn t provide me verbally even with the car invoice over the phone when other dealerships would and would use other sly tactics like the rebates are completely gone on the 2019 models). While that may be true, I have done extensive research and have visited to multiple dealerships and they were upfront with me and told me that Toyota definitely puts a high incentive on new models so salesmen can make their sales quota. The first time I went to visit here in June was really good. Second time not so much these past two days. No one really offered coffee or anything and the place seemed like a ghost town. Also, I felt that a lot of the sales tactics were meant for just making a buck. I purchased my 2019 Toyota Corolla LE model at Cedar Park and am very happy I went there. Got a really stellar deal and the customer service was on par.

From start to finish, it was one of the best experiences we ve had when buying a vehicle. We were greeted friendly, not pestered when we said we wanted to look first, and when we wanted to test drive, all went smoothly. Paperwork was a breeze when we did decide on the one we wanted and everyone from point A to point B was amazing and helpful.
Even getting service (maintenance) on our vehicle is a great experience. Fast, thorough and courteous from service department to parts department.

I just purchased a 2018 Highlander from Round Rock Toyota. The customer service is top notch compared to Cedar Park Toyota. Our sales rep took the time to provide us with different options and got us into a vehicle that met our needs. I can't remember his last name, but Allan was the guys who helped us. The process was quick with minimal delay to get us to financing. I would definitely recommend Round Rock Toyota.

Everyone at Round Rock Toyota is very helpful and friendly and the service was completed in a timely manner. Iris Rodriguez always takes the time to let me know what's being done to my Rav 4 and what new service I will need on the future. If I have any questions she always gets my answers for me. The staff does quality work and I do recommend this crew. My only complaint is the car wash does a terrible job on vehicles and needs to be serviced. RR Toyota takes great care of their customers.

My family has had the pleasure of being serviced by Ryan since 2008. We have
had 2 Toyotas with him. I recently had to find a used work vehicle for myself and once again he came through. It was not a new vehicle but the service was just as consistent. That tells me that his definition of customer service is the goal of the customer not him just getting a sale. He could have very easily passed me on but
he took the time once again to take care of my needs.
RR Toyota is an exemplary dealership where their success is measured by the quality of their employees such as Ryan Scheffer.

Well, after visiting OTHER dealerships, being put in the little room, repeatedly initialing price offers that had to be reviewed by one level of manager and then another, killing hours in the process, and finally being told they couldn't sell at that price WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY OUR EXPERIENCE AT ROUND ROCK TOYOTA.

Gary Waltshire and the rest of the sales staff made the overall shopping, negotiating, closing, and out-the-door process minimally stressful.

Not only did they offer a great trade-in price and best price on the used vehicle we were considering they also showed us the value proposition of considering a new vehicle.

The knowledgeable, professional, personable, casual, friendly, no pressure manner demonstrated by everyone we interacted with was refreshing to say the least.

This is an unsolicited review. I bought my new 2017 Tacoma from Round Rock Toyota on March 25, 2017.

Round Rock Toyota MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY Dealership !!!

I was at dealership last weekend to shop RAV4. I was specific about color which they doesnt have that day. So they went inside spoke to inventory department and came back that they found it another dealership and they have it now. So we proceeded and discussed price and finally agreed on amount. So they asked me to pay initial advance and they said Car will be available in 1 or 2 days because their men has to go and get the car. Now A day later they called and said that Car is not there and now asking me to wait for 6-8 days while they try to find another one.

They had to lie because of there LEADERSHIP who puts the front-end sales reps on target sales and pressure for their margins and profits.

I will never ever recommend anyone the Round Rock Toyota and infact Toyota itself.

Doris did not waste our time trying to convince us of something we were not interested in. She was enjoyable and at all times was efficient and worked to make the experience enjoyable. I admit I had tried other automotive shops b/c dealerships always seem to be higher priced for things like oil changes. RR Toyota always provided good service, but I'd been trying to save money. However, today I went to RR Toyota for a repair/replacement that another auto shop told me repeatedly that I needed to get done. RR Toyota ran the diagnostics and found NO issues at all that needed attention. They even checked tires and lug nuts (just in case) to make sure all was good/safe. They saved me at least $600 in unnecessary repairs and more importantly, they gave me PEACE OF MIND. Service staff Sally Hulbert was really knowledgeable, sympathetic, and very clear about explaining before and during the appointment. She had to leave and Mario gave me the last briefing. Definitely earned my trust and my business.

If your looking to purchase a new vehicle, look no further, RR toyota is that place. Honesty, professional, and willingness go along way at RR toyota. My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice used car since the one car that we had was just not cutting it. We stumbled on Round Rock Toyota and was greeted by Tim. He was very patient with us and really listened to us and our needs. After talking through a bunch of options, Tim as well as the staff there, helped us acquire what my boyfriend refers to as his "dream car". We ended up walking off the lot with a brand new 2014 Toyota Tacoma and couldn't be happier.

Most recent visit was terrible. Had an appointment at 11am. Made it there 5 mins before. Stood around for 10 minutes until someone came to assist me. There wasn't a lot of cars in the bay. Exactly three when I arrived. Was there for my 55k service. Which included oil change, rotation, top off fluids, and the courtesy check they do. So why did it take two hours...... I got fed up with waiting went and asked what's the hold up. The lady who checked me in had no clue I was still there. Got on her Computer to see what's my status. Couldn't find anything. Called to the back nothing. Then said she would go back to see what's going on. 5 minutes later she came back and tells me there finishing up the car. But still couldn't explain, why this took two hours. And I had an appointment. Been here numerous times. And have never waited this long for the 3, I'll give them 4 things they did to my car. I had to have a radio replaced a few months ago. I was in and out within an hour.

RR Toyota is the most honest and efficient service...

RR Toyota is the most honest and efficient service dealership that I have ever dealt with. You hear mostly nightmare stories how service dealerships cost you thousands of dollars suggesting you complete numerous maintenance items on your car when in fact you do not need them OR they are not necessary at that time. That is not the case at RR Toyota. Service advisors will let you know what the tech suggests to be on the "look out for" because in the future that will need to be taken care of and what they let you know what "really cannot wait" and advise you to get that done now. Service advisors are never pushy and can explain in detail to me what is going on with my car. The time frame given to you while your car is being serviced is ALWAYS within 15 minutes of the projected time and most cases it has been faster. I appreciate the customer service and honesty I feel I am given each time I need to take my car into RR Toyota.

I recently had to take my car in for 75000 routine maintenance, and I always am up to date on maintenance for my car, and to my surprise my water pump was leaking and was told that the cost for replacement would be around $868. I was extremely upset bc I had just gotten the water pump changed out 14 months prior at the suggestion of RR Toyota bc it was time to change to timing belt. Since they can access the water pump at that time it is cost efficient to get that done when they are completing the service for the timing belt. So, in my mind I was thinking I had my car for 7 years with the original water pump (and only got it replaced bc Toyota suggested) and now with the new water pump it lasted only 14 months! I immediately spoke to the service manager, Jimmy, and voiced my concerns. I wanted to know that if the expectation is water pumps Toyota provides now will only last this short amount of time and this is an expense I should allocate for every year and half, then that is absolutely unacceptable. Jimmy agreed and said he honestly did not know why it only lasted that long and they should last for years, so he took care of the expense for me!!!! I was beyond excited and relieved!!!

We had a great experience with Brian Gilbert at Toyota Round Rock. We went in for 1 car and ended up buying 2 great cars that we really enjoy. Brian took the time to make sure we got the cars that fit our families needs and he was patient with us and our kids through the entire process. I went to the dealership knowing what I wanted to purchase. Debbie Standiford Ah Yo went beyond my expectations to help me get the Highlander in the color and with the features I wanted. The dealership did not have the vehicle in stock on its lot so Debbie had one located and brought there. She did not try to sell me another vehicle and made sure I was totally happy with my purchase.
