Gentleman named, Alan, really took care of my concerns and issues with my 2016 Rav4 - and he got me some legitimate discounts on prices! He was funny about it too, he jokingly said, "Since it's your first time here, I'll be nice to you and get you some discounts, but on the second time you're in I might be mean!" He was so hilarious and personable and I really enjoyed working with him and the phone call he gave me to inform me of the resolution and costs BEFORE the work was done or I had to pay. THIS is customer service, everybody. He is a role model and a genuine personality. I wouldn't be surprised if he winds up moving up the hierarchy even further - because my experience was just that on point - going in knowing the retail costs beforehand and getting out realizing so much savings - it all just screamed GOOD MANAGEMENT. Thank you, Alan.
