I visited Round Rock Toyota to trade a vehicle on 10/31/17. They were very helpful, fair pricing and gave me a fair price for my trade. This is the third vehicle I have purchased with the same salesperson in less than 12 months, Randal Sanchez who is friendly, not pushy and extremely easy to deal with. Visit Randal, don t waste your time anywhere else!

Easily the most frustrating experience I've ever had.. This place is a typical corrupt car dealership, with finance managers that like to milk you for all you're worth.

I went in to look for a small sedan, preferably a Toyota Corolla or a Hyundai Elantra. I expressed interest in a Corolla that they had, and found out three hours later that they were completely wasting my time. They tried to stick me with a $500 car payment, which is absolutely insane for a Corolla. I then asked to receive a lower monthly payment, with a lower interest rate. it shouldn't have been a problem, since I have pretty good credit.

The poor, overworked salesman returned with a lower monthly payment, but an 18% interest rate! I've never even heard of anyone paying more than 10% interest....and that's with bad credit! After about six attempts at negotiating a deal, I angrily asked for my keys back to my car I was trading in.

This experience turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I went to Carmax, and they gave me more than what I was asking for. I got way more on my trade-in than I anticipated, plus a very low interest rate and monthly payment.

If you're experiencing frustration with car dealerships like this, then just go straight to Carmax. They will treat you with respect and get you the deal that you need. I didn't have to haggle for a better price, and they didn't try to pull out the rug out from under me with an insane interest rate.

I've never left a negative review before, but my experience was so horrible that I really felt the need to share this with the public. I don't want anyone else going through what I did!

Marco Davila was very pushy and impolite to me. He tried to convince me that a black car is not hotter than a white car! Would not recommend anyone to come shop here.

First time there. I was treated well, the waiting area had everything I needed, they told me what they were going to do, then did what they said they would do (and nothing more), it took as long as they said it would, and the cost matched my expectations. So far, so good. :)

I was a bit put off by tech's comment, "why are you calling during my lunch hour" ?

As if I was somehow to have known when she takes her lunch break. She called me. I had left her a phone message for a call back. I didn't demand that she call me back immediately or during her lunch break.

More feedback.
She explained "major" damage that would cost upwards to 500.00. I called back to ask for pics.
The conversation that followed I did not appreciate especially from a woman to another woman. .I didn't get a "no, I'm not going to provide pics". Instead she described a different scenario. This time around without saying it would be a minor fix, she escribed the steps it would entail to repair what before would have cost $500.00.
Making me come to the conclusion that pics would have shown minor/ less expensive repair than what she had described in the first scenario.. Not certain she was doing her sales pitch or what. Seems to me she would have been caught in a lie should I have been provided the pics that I asked for. I didn't appreciate being told two different stories.

I love my new Camry! Grant was so helpful. He got me exactly the car I wanted and didn't make me feel pressured at all. This is my second purchase from Round Rock Toyota and both times my experience has been top notch.

Just bought a new RAV4 from this dealership on 12/1/18. The experience was a pleasant one because of our sales guy, Randall Sanchez. He was willing to take his time to make to sure we made the best decision to fit our needs. We will definitely come back.

Micah from Round Rock Toyota service gave us the best service. We were on our vacation, and had a flat tire, they ordered a new one for us and got it replaced the very other day.

Disorganized, service take too long, overpriced, and I doubt the ability of their engineers to diagnose accurately in such a cause. I don t think that I will go back.

I was in the market for a new car after mine was totaled. i did an internet search and was paired with Lance Gremillion as my sales agent. from the beginning he was a big help and I felt that he truly cares for his customers. every time we talked he asked how i was doing and how the totaling of my old car was going. even though i ended up going a different direction i would strongly suggest anyone who is looking for a Toyota or a pre-owned car to go talk to Lance for your car buying needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Dan Cornwell was amazing!! Created a very relaxing, no pressure, type environment when looking at a car and during the test drive. I let him know my budget and he worked continuously with management to get my dream car somehow under my budget! Couldn t of been a better experience.

Please give sales man Christian a raise or recognition. He went far and beyond in helping me with a vehicle (used Lexus NX) in May. He took photos and texted to me, replied to my questions promptly, and even answer my questions on his days off when he didn't have to. Unfortunately the vehicle was sold before I could make time to drive up from San Antonio to buy it, totally my fault. But will def go back to Chistian if I find another car.

Service is always great - Scott Backus never try s to sell me something I don t need! Indecisive and unsure until customer service kicked in!

I had been in search of a new vehicle for some time. My first trip I was approached by Corey Hernandez. He was pleasant, personable and honest. I didn't buy my car that trip, and kept searching for a car at multiple dealerships. But Corey kept in contact, and not annoyingly so. I came back two more times and saw Corey on each occasion in which he made time for me, walked me thru pros and cons, shared his own experiences and honest opinions. I finally found my car, the 2014 Hyundai sonata. Brand new!! I am in love with my car still! Best choice I could have made and if it wasnt for Corey...I would have never even known about the Sonata!! Best customer service I've ever been provided! And not just for a car purchase. It may not be for another couple years, but I know where I'm going and who I'm going to for more car purchases to come! My car service representative is highly recommended. If there are Several services needed for my car, he helps me decide which service to do first so my expense are not too high. He is also very polite & pleasant to do business with.

Recently, 5/3/19, after my vehicle was totaled, I finalized my purchase for 2019 Camry XLE @ Round Rock Toyota. After being approached by few Consultants, Max introduced himself. Professionalism, Courtesy, Patience and Knowledge are rare combinations in today s workplace with Customer Service. Max demonstrated all this as he ensured & introduced me to all options in purchasing a Toyota. It is very seldom I ve the opportunity to compliment someone who goes over and beyond to assist resulting in total happiness. This Associate literally taught me about every aspect of the LE, SE, XLE, & Avalon; provided literature, videos, leading infor, pre-owned certified, pros & cons, based on my concerns. Would have been 5 stars but we had a appointment for a oil change and inspection and it took 2 hours that s with a scheduled appointment . Other dealerships I have gone to without a appointment we re much quicker. But overall my experience with them has been a good one.

Regarding Round Rock Toyota Service Department....

A couple of months ago I took my Toyota FJ Cruiser to the service department at Round Rock Toyota ( RRT) because the airbag light was constantly staying lit on my dashboard. I was waiting in the waiting room when the service adviser informed me that he had bad news . He took me back to the shop where my vehicle was and I was told that rats had eaten the electrical wiring to the airbag monitoring system (SRS). I was told it would cost $1900 to repair, but that my insurance company would cover it. Through some mis-communication with my insurance company, it took me a few weeks later to find out the total cost of repair was $4500 and that the $1900 quote was only for the part. RRT told me that the SRS wiring harness would have to be replaced and that was labor intensive because it had connections under the dashboard and behind the seats that required time consuming dis-assembly.

When I learned what the total cost was, I began to think that something did not seem right. Having never really inspected the wires the varmints ate, I popped the hood on my FJ Cruiser and made a thorough inspection. The wiring harness that RRT wanted to replace was undamaged. What was eaten through were 2 low voltage wires from what I will call the SRS control box to the actuators in the front bumper. All that needed to be done was properly reconnect the 2 wires, which was a pretty simple job with little time investment. I had the wires properly reconnected with a waterproof connection and the airbag light on the dash went off. All is well.

I confronted the service adviser at RRT about this and he did not deny that the only work that needed to be done was a simple reconnect of those 2 wires. In fact, he just would not respond to my questions about it.

I am disappointed in RRT. Barring some convincing evidence that a complete replacement of the wiring harness was justified, which I have asked for and was ignored by them, what they have attempted to do was blatantly dishonest.

The lesson here is: don't take any mechanic's word for what needs repairing without investigating it yourself and don't assume that just because the service department belongs to a dealer, that they will conduct their affairs in an honest manner. I always ask for the old parts that are replaced to be provided to me when the vehicle is repaired. That way I know what was replaced and I can check old parts to in fact see if they really needed replacing.

The intent of this posting is just to warn people about the RRT service department.

My reason for leasing a new Toyota from Round Rock Toyota was my service experience of 8 plus years with Sally Hulbert! She had taken EXCELLENT care of my 98 Toyota!
Sally is completely honest & trustworthy and totally efficient. It feels as though Sally is looking after her own vehicle and her own friends. Sally is giving the same excellent service with my New Toyota.

Got a much better price on my 2017 Yaris iA at Charles Maund, Charles Maund is a volume dealership RR is not. RR wants to get rich off of every deal. Randell at RR was real nice but would not budge on price. After getting a better price and purchasing at Charles Maund I told Randall at RR I didn't think it was his fault, he replied by getting nasty with me and letting me know it was in fact him who wouldn't budge on price. Do your test drives at RR but do not close until you check with a volume dealer like Charles Maund first. Believe me you will be glad you did!

My husband and I was looking to buy a new truck, we had gone to another Toyota car dealer before going to Round Rock Toyota. I was already very frustrated do to the fact the the car dealer we had gone to before were giving my husband and I a very hard time to find a bank to finance our car loan. I honestly didn't want to look anymore wasting my time going to another Toyota car dealer; because I though it was going to be the same. When my husband told me he had gone to Round Rock Toyota I didn't really wanted to go and try to get a car from there, because of the bad experience we had with the Toyota dealer before, but I still gave it a shot. I was very surprise they were able to find a bank to finance our car loan right away.
I would like to take a minute to thank all of the Toyota staff for working hard on finding a bank that would finance our car loan, but specially our two selas man that went the extra mile to help us out in getting our dream car. Thank you once again.

Good reliable service and no need for second trip to shop for same problem, ever

We recently bought my son his first car and Corey Hernandez was the reason. He never put any pressure on us and went out of his way to make sure we could test drive the vehicle in the small window of time that we had. He answered all of our questions honestly and sincerely, and was able to give a deal that was fair to us and the dealership. Honestly, if he worked for another car brand or dealership--I still would have bought the car. He made all the difference.

I have purchased my last three vehicles from Round Rock Toyota and I can't say enough good things about the people and the service they provide. Brian Gilbert is an amazing salesman who not only keeps it honest he also keeps it fun. Buying a car can be stressful but he makes it easy and enjoyable! 5 stars Mr. Gilbert Grapes and I will definitely be seeing you again! :)

We went back to Round Rock Toyota to get some additional training on using the navigation system on our new Highlander. Ryan Scheffer helped us ---he spent the time to show us step by step how to use the system ---both the navigation and the voice control. We really appreciated the time that he took and both of us felt that we learned quite a bit more about our vehicle. Ryan was very informative, taught us a lot and we left feeling much more confident about using the computer part of our Highlander! Ryan also advised us that we could contact him any time that we had questions, Ryan did a great job!!!

Worst service encounter ever; happened about two years ago. I had a Toyota Yaris with the recalled airbags. I scheduled a replacement, but when I showed up to my appointment the technician told me to leave rudely. I got a call the next day from some lady asking if I could reschedule since I cancelled my appointment (talk about audacity; they had the audacity to accuse me of canceling my appointment). I told them I had already rescheduled with Toyota of San Marcos as I've never had issues with them and would never spend a penny with Round Rock Toyota.

Go see Doris, she is awesome!! Great dealership and financing!!

My daughter found the dealerships information online,emailed them as to what I was looking for. In a short time I got an email letting me know that he, Brad Pharr, would like to help me find what I wanted. I called and talked to him and he said yes the did have what I was looking for. We drove for about 2 hours to get there and he had it pulled up front. It had all the features I had asked for. There was another 4 runner sitting in front of the dealership that I really liked the looks of. Anyway long story short I ended up choosing the other one. Brad was just great he worked on the price for me and was a joy to work with. Then he turned me over to Oz to get the financing done and that was also a great experience. Both of these men did an excellent job and I would recommend them and the dealership to everyone. Thank you Round Rock Toyota for the wonderful experience.

After about a month of researching and using TrueCar to locate the exact Camry we wanted, we decided to work with DANIEL BENSON at Round Rock Toyota, who was the most responsive in our initial inquiries. He made the purchase process very professional. In fact the entire team bent over backwards to meet our needs and made the process very stress free! This dealership is difficult to deal with. If it is not shady half truths or outright lies, it is an opportunistic approach to otherwise straight forward service.

I would never recommend this place for two reasons. 1. They do not stand by their word, and will lie without apology, and 2. they are part of Penske Automotive group which should disqualify them from consideration for any service or sale of anything to do with automobiles.

Welcomed me and started my scheduled service promptly. Made recommendations of other maintenance to consider.

Service manager was prompt, knowledge and accurate in predicting the time to service, he didn't try to upsell me which was appreciated, he provided possible PM actions for the future, the short fall came when I left and had to return to retrieve my wheel lug nut key lock that was not replaced in my truck, overall I will return for future services

Everything was done correctly, it took about 2 hours, and I had a 10,000 mile service which required a lot of checking. Everyone was polite and professional. Excellent job by Round Toyota!

We were so blessed to have Joe Leib helping us. He was very knowledgeable and genuine. Again we were right in choosing to buy a vehicle through the Toyota Dealership. This is the second vehicle we have bought through a Toyota Dealership.

Hi, This is the worst response, frustration and sense of irresponsibility which I went through with "Round Rock Toyota" related to a 2009 Toyota Venza deal. I have whole conversation in mail, first a Sales Manager <do not want to disclose his name> tried to finance the car internally he came saying that he lowered the sale price of the car but with high interest rate, obviously i understood dealership was trying to compensate/adjust the lowered price in monthly payments from me. Then i asked that Sales Manager if i can go ahead with my financier option, is it acceptable? He said sure! <I have all in mails>...Now the fun started when i drilled/spent 3-4 hours with my financier and loan got approved, sales manager & dealership turned their back and were not ready to give car at that agreed price. The intentions were clear they were trying to play trick with the customer so that i be thankful to them as they lowered the price but in turn make fool of myself getting it financed at very high rate (Having good credit score mine personal loaner had approved loan for me at genuine/nominal rate). I was trading in my car which i bought from them as certified last year, i even did not questioned why they priced it so low! But surely they did not kept their words and hence will not recommend people i know to do business with them, NEVER !

Best car experience ever! Mr. Larimore, the General Sales Manager was top notch! The sales representative I worked with was Gary Walshire. He was super fun to work with and treated me like family. My wife and I went to Round Rock Toyota to look at a used Sienna they had listed for sale. First off, I appreciate that they let us take our time and look around a bit before engaging us. Then, when it was clear we needed some help, Bill came directly to assist us and answer our questions about the vehicle we were interested in. He was patient in effectively showing us the vehicle twice, as my wife and I took turns between inspecting the van and supervising our kids. I really appreciated his candor and relaxed approach; we didn't feel any pressure from him.

While we ultimately purchased another vehicle that was a little better suited to our needs, we would have been very comfortable buying from Bill and Round Rock Toyota.

I chose Round Rock Toyota because other Toyota service departments were not very well kept(the waiting area for those having their cars service).
The contact person was very good about letting me know what was happening with my car.

Outstanding Experience when purchasing my new 2020 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. Initially I broadcast an email to every Toyota Dealer within 100 miles as to what I was looking for. Out of the several responses most of the other Dealers were trying to mislead me from the start. My experience with Austin at Round Rock Toyota was a pleasant one as she made me feel comfortable and never pressured at any time. She made a reasonable offer on my trade in also. When purchasing a new vehicle in the past I've felt like I've been getting taken advantage of or mislead. Not this time. Austin made sure I was aware of every detail and I felt safe every step of the way. I felt like a could trust her and the rest of the staff at Round Rock Toyota.
