Recently, 5/3/19, after my vehicle was totaled, I finalized my purchase for 2019 Camry XLE @ Round Rock Toyota. After being approached by few Consultants, Max introduced himself. Professionalism, Courtesy, Patience and Knowledge are rare combinations in today s workplace with Customer Service. Max demonstrated all this as he ensured & introduced me to all options in purchasing a Toyota. It is very seldom I ve the opportunity to compliment someone who goes over and beyond to assist resulting in total happiness. This Associate literally taught me about every aspect of the LE, SE, XLE, & Avalon; provided literature, videos, leading infor, pre-owned certified, pros & cons, based on my concerns. A few times I became frustrated because of colors etc & not knowing how to move forward. Max never became frustrated or aggressive w/me. Always assisted me w/my many questions as we met, texted & emailed. Once i made decision on what to get, Max preadvised me on each phase. Truly a learning car journey about Toyota.
