My wife and I went to Round Rock Toyota to look at a used Sienna they had listed for sale. First off, I appreciate that they let us take our time and look around a bit before engaging us. Then, when it was clear we needed some help, Bill came directly to assist us and answer our questions about the vehicle we were interested in. He was patient in effectively showing us the vehicle twice, as my wife and I took turns between inspecting the van and supervising our kids. I really appreciated his candor and relaxed approach; we didn't feel any pressure from him.

While we ultimately purchased another vehicle that was a little better suited to our needs, we would have been very comfortable buying from Bill and Round Rock Toyota.
