Worst service encounter ever; happened about two years ago. I had a Toyota Yaris with the recalled airbags. I scheduled a replacement, but when I showed up to my appointment the technician told me to leave rudely. I got a call the next day from some lady asking if I could reschedule since I cancelled my appointment (talk about audacity; they had the audacity to accuse me of canceling my appointment). I told them I had already rescheduled with Toyota of San Marcos as I've never had issues with them and would never spend a penny with Round Rock Toyota.
