This dealership is difficult to deal with. If it is not shady half truths or outright lies, it is an opportunistic approach to otherwise straight forward service.

I would never recommend this place for two reasons. 1. They do not stand by their word, and will lie without apology, and 2. they are part of Penske Automotive group which should disqualify them from consideration for any service or sale of anything to do with automobiles.
