I purchased an, admittedly, used Jeep here and it has made a squealing/screeching noise since the day I got it. It takes roughly 15-20 minutes of driving or idling for it to begin so of course I didn t know about it until after I d already bought it (test drives are like 15 minutes max?). I contacted the dealership immediately and they asked me to bring it back for them to look at - so I did. They said they couldn t replicate the noise despite me having heard it while pulling into the dealership and also immediately after returning home. They asked for a video of the noise so I sent them multiple. They asked me to bring it back again - so I did - and they said they replaced the idler pulley. Excited that it was finally fixed - I drove it home and the noise remained. I played phone and text tag with the dealership for weeks - literally. Finally the sales manager (Bob Larimore) contacted me and I missed his call (I work obviously), so over two weeks I called him 4 times and left 3 messages and he never called me back. Finally I got in contact with a different manager (Arik Sichevoi) who had me bring it in, (3rd time) and they kept it for a few days, told me they sent it to Jeep and that Jeep said all was well. All is not well. I contacted them AGAIN and they told me they were not sure what else they could do for me. ...fix it? It continues to make the noise and I haven t gotten to enjoy having a new vehicle since getting it because I am just worried about paying to fix it now. I was sent an email by Carfax to review the service provided by the dealership, so I did, and ANOTHER manager (Tracy Gurnett) responded asking me to send my contact info. I did. I ve emailed her three times in three weeks. No response. Pretty disappointing and disgusted with how they have handled the situation. Now I have a new (used) car that makes an unbearable noise when I drive it so my new car experience has been lackluster. I ve waited months to make this review, hoping they would rectify the situation but evidently they aren t going to. Sucks.

I went to Round Rock Toyota for scheduled service on my 2018 Tundra because it was more convenient then Charles Maund toyota. But I quickly found out service at RRT is far superior. From their check-in area, (when it's cold outside the garage doors open automatically when you drive up), to the Customer lounge. Always friendly and quick and a complimentary light carwash. They caught three software recall items before I even got a notice in the mail. The service website is very user friendly for registered owners. Can't comment on cost, as all the work I've had done so far was under warranty.
The only Service Coordinator I've dealt with is Micah, but I'm sure they're all as thorough as he is.

I chose this dealership because of the great customer service reviews. I may have KNOWINGLY been sold a lemon!!!!!

1st visit to dealership on October 10th - I test drove a Toyota model. Can't remember exactly what kind. I'd already told the salesman I was awaiting to hear back from bank pre-approval. He was a little pushy and wanted to run my credit "to see." Then he came back to me saying "do you have any money to put down?" I just shook my head and told him, I'm awaiting to hear back from my bank on pre-approval. I left 3 hours later.

2nd visit on October 12th with a pre-approval for $15K loan from my bank, a different sales person (original salesman was out that day) told me I wouldn't be able to get a car anywhere else with my trade in. I was told to leave and come back since the vehicle "wasn't ready". I had been there for 3 hours with my 5 year old daughter on this 2nd visit and she CRIED because we didn't leave with a new car as I promised. I was very upset as well because I'd spent a quarter of a day at that dealership being told my pre-approved bank loan wasn't good and my trade-in wasn't either.

3rd visit on October 13th - after being told AGAIN - AFTER having a pre-approval for $15K loan from my bank, that I wouldn't be able to get a car anywhere else because of the TYPE of loan I was approved for, I drove off the lot in a 2013 Buick Encore. Everything on the car looked as though it worked just fine.

3 days later - a dash icon light comes on. I read the manual to see what may be done. Manual said its the fuel emissions so first check fuel cap then if that's good, to fill up with high octane gas as this could be the fuel emissions reading from low octane gas being put in the car. Salesman told me when I went to pick up vehicle that a little lady just put gas in the car so I figured she may not have used high octane.

I filled up twice with Exxon 93 octane - icon light still on. I contact sales person by phone to tell him I need to bring the car back and he states I need to take it to a Buick dealer. Blow off #1.

I got a simple diagnostic from Advance Auto Parts that responds with codes (in less than a minute!) that the catalytic converter is malfunctioning. How can that be with a 3 year old vehicle?! Now I KNOW the service department that prepared the car for me couldn't have missed those diagnostic codes. I contact the other sales person who told me I couldn't buy a car anywhere else with my pre-approved bank loan and trade in, by text who worked with original salesman to close the deal and he states if the vehicle is under warranty, I can "take it any place I want." Blow off #2.

My bank financed the vehicle and I contacted them as its STILL less than 30 days. I cannot believe I'm being told by sales people to not bring the car back for servicing immediately! That's the most horrible customer service ever, especially towards a customer that has a bank pre-approved loan!

Just got off phone with Jimmy Wilson in service. He explained everything that could have happened with the vehicle during thier full point vehicle check and he is calling Buick dealership to see if my vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty. He said he would call me back.

Jimmy Wilson called me back with his trusted Buick contact info. I spoke to Jimmy's Buick contact who set me up with an appointment first thing in the morning to diagnose engine and set me up with loaner while vehicle is entrusted into his care. Jimmy Wilson has went beyond what I expected in providing customer service. He was straight forward and explained everything clearly as to what his Toyota service shop could and could not do with the Buick I just purchased. He definitely raised my expectations in customer service. Now if he can shake them two salesmen into shape...

We came in on Friday just to peruse what prius c's were available and to test drive. After talking to Lance Gremillion we realized with my wife's long distance commuting the original prius was a much better fit. Then lance got us hooked up with Jason Strong and in a short time they had got us with the down payment we wanted, 0 percent interest and the payment we wanted and the car was ours. It was by far the best, quickest and most streamline easy purchase we have ever had. We already are planning to go there for our next purchase!

I had a great experience at Round Rock Toyota buying my first pre owned Toyota. I called and was able to get information about the vehicle before I showed up and had the vehicle waiting for me upfront ready for a test drive. Randall Sanchez was my salesperson and made everything a breeze. He was extremely safe and was wearing a mask during our whole interaction. I would recommend him being your sales person as he knows his stuff about Toyota's and called to give me updates on my vehicle while it got its full inspection before I drove it home. Even after everything been done he's called to see how I'm liking my vehicle and to give me some good news. Thanks again Randall for all your help!

I bought a much needed truck from Round Rock Toyota and couldn't be happier. The staff was very helpful, accommodating to my needs and most importantly honest. Randall was knowledgeable on the vehicle I had interest in and made sure I was happy throughout the car buying process. No hassling or finagling with my trade in offer and were very fair on the price. Thank you for putting a smile on my face when I left the place in my new Tundra:)

Yohannes Samuel and the staff at Round Rock Toyota were amazing. Buying a car can be such a headache. Yohannes handled all the paperwork and negotiations via phone in the morning. By the time we got to the dealer, we were in and out in under an hour. Hardly had time to finish my coffee. His customer service and knowledge base was truly exceptional.

The people were very friendly, honest, clear in communication, and helpful. My regular maintenance was completed efficiently, and I didn t wait as long as I thought I would.

One thing that could be improved upon is the waiting area. It s relatively small, and their are not many work stations or tables for waiters. I also saw a couple moms with young kids. It would be nice if there was a designated area to keep kids occupied.

I have now purchased 4 cars from RR toyota over the past 7 years. It has always been far and away the most pleasant easiest negotiation that can be imagined. Mohamed Merchant, who has sold me all of them, is compassionate caring and takes more into consideration than one would expect. He has bent over backwards for me to close deals and is in general a wonderful person.

The dealership is immaculate their stock is excellent and if they do not have what you are looking for they will get it in a very short period of time.

Negotiation in the closings cannot be easier. It is now all done with electronic paperwork instead of the old printed ones making it that much easier. Rates with toyota financial are very low given good credit.

The service department is excellent as well. They work with the timing of my job to service my vehicles. Scott Mazoch and I have a great relationship and he has done many things over the last several years to make my life more simple from a service perspective.

Caron Corzine is also a spectacular manager. The most recent purchase was for my father and she combined with Mohamed absolutely came together to work with him and his retirement financial situation. I cannot thank both of them more. I look forward to my next purchase as they are so pleasurable. They really make the car buying experience exciting and fun as opposed to most dealerships being a complete drag and a total sap of one's energy.

In closing I say that this dealership is the top of the top teir. I tell all my friends and obviously family to shop there before anywhere else. This will continue. I recommend this to anyone who reads this review.

Quick turnaround on getting the oil leak addressed, but everything was still covered with oil. After spending nearly 700 you would think they could have spared a can of degreaser and made it so my van wasn't smoking the whole way home burning the oil off the exhaust.

I was really impressed with the amazing service! The staff was helpful and friendly and my car was serviced efficiently. I was helped by a gentleman named Mario, not only was he was professional, he was very kind and courteous. I was even offered to be shuttled to and from my home while my car was serviced so that I didn't have to wait! The shuttle driver Eduardo was just as pleasant! Everytime, I have been to this dealership I have had a wonderful experience and will continue to give my business to Round Rock Toyota as well as recommend it friends and family. I went into this dealership on Aug 18, 2018, to purchase the 2014 Totyota Tacoma, Stock #: TP043478 Miles: 103,650. I am on a strict budget and could only afford 10K including TTL. The manager, Brandon Truong took very minimal time to even speak to us.

He was clearly only trying to make more than what the vehicle is worth and didn t care about my circumstance.
I will never go to this dealership ever again.
I am a single parent, disabled veteran. I brought my DD-214 to prove it but he saw us for less than 3mins! Truly this was disgraceful treatment to my father and I.

With her massive experience, she was not only a great resource but did not BS me or try to manipulate me in the least. She let her vast knowledge of cars be my guide and was honest and frank with me along the way- sometimes telling me things that did not seem to be a good fit for my needs. I had a great shopping experience at Round Rock Toyota yesterday. The Sales Representative Michael Langford was very kind, friendly and courteous. He was also very professional and knowledgeable about the products (vehicles). I was looking for a used car and he took time out to show me around and explain to me what they had in the inventory that was matching my budget. The process was a bit long but he did all he could to make sure that my experience was a pleasant one. We came to look at and test drive a Tacoma 4x4. We parked and were walking up to the building and a young man approached us and asked us if he could help us. We told him what we were looking for and he said that he did not have any of the trucks we were looking because they were the number one seller. So we asked if there was a brochure or information he could go over with us and he said they did not have brochures because they were a Green facility. And that was it. No brochures. No information. No customer service.

Just bought my first Prius. Brian Gilbert and Jason Strong were amazing!! Excellent experience. I came in @ 6PM and they were supposed to close @ 8PM Brian and Jason stayed until 9:30PM to get me the right deal on my car and I love it!! We even forgot the title to our trade in and Brian followed us home to get it so we did have to go back. Awesome experience, highly recommended.

Both Arman and his Floor Manager were very helpful without the typical high-pressure sales tactics one comes to expect at a car dealership. At first I was not even sure I wanted to buy a Tacoma truck as I had my mind set on the Ford Ranger. They gave me the keys to the Tacoma and let me drive up to the Ford dealership (by myself) a few miles away to have another look. Talk about service and trust! It was close but I ended up getting the Tacoma. They cleaned the truck so good I thought it was detailed! And the trip to the Finance Manager - usually another high-pressure sales pit - was anything but. Again no pressure, just a straight forward explanation of all the options. The dealership is clean and inviting and the Service Department is modern and up-to-date. I will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend Arman and the rest of the crew. What s not to like?

Randall was especially helpful able to speak both English and Spanish so Spanish-only speakers don t have to worry! Although the paperwork does take its time which dealer doesn t? I have used Round Rock Toyota for the service of my 2010 Tundra exclusively. My Tundra has 209000 miles and it runs as well as it did when I drove my truck off the lot. The credit goes to how Toyota builds a truck and the service I get at Round Rock Toyota. Also I have had Scott Backus as my service coordinator for the last couple years. He knows me and how how we drive our vehicle. With that knowledge and what comes back from the multipoint inspection done by the service technician, he provides insight on what needs to be done immediately and what can be deferred to next time. I trust Scott.

By far one of the worst visits to a dealership, the sales rep was an arrogant and ruddiest salesman I have ever seen. It looked like he was not keen to sell the car and did not know about any sort of customer service. Howdy Honda was way better at what they did to satisfy a customer.

Made an appointment online for 11am for an oil change. Arrived at 10:30am. Left 12:45pm!! Took an hour and 45 minutes to get an oil change!!! Worst Toyota service center I have ever visited. 1st and last time I'll ever take my truck there as I will be going all the way to Bastrop from Georgetown for service. At least they understand customer service and what an appointment actually means.

Toyota makes it easy for me because they are easy when scheduling and send me reminders. When I get there they take good care of me. The service department is fast and reliable and they keep me informed of what s going on with my car. They provide me a detailed invoice of what maintenance was performed and what it will need in the next checkup.
