Hi, This is the worst response, frustration and sense of irresponsibility which I went through with "Round Rock Toyota" related to a 2009 Toyota Venza deal. I have whole conversation in mail, first a Sales Manager <do not want to disclose his name> tried to finance the car internally he came saying that he lowered the sale price of the car but with high interest rate, obviously i understood dealership was trying to compensate/adjust the lowered price in monthly payments from me. Then i asked that Sales Manager if i can go ahead with my financier option, is it acceptable? He said sure! <I have all in mails>...Now the fun started when i drilled/spent 3-4 hours with my financier and loan got approved, sales manager & dealership turned their back and were not ready to give car at that agreed price. The intentions were clear they were trying to play trick with the customer so that i be thankful to them as they lowered the price but in turn make fool of myself getting it financed at very high rate (Having good credit score mine personal loaner had approved loan for me at genuine/nominal rate). I was trading in my car which i bought from them as certified last year, i even did not questioned why they priced it so low! But surely they did not kept their words and hence will not recommend people i know to do business with them, NEVER !
