I was a bit put off by tech's comment, "why are you calling during my lunch hour" ?
As if I was somehow to have known when she takes her lunch break. She called me. I had left her a phone message for a call back. I didn't demand that she call me back immediately or during her lunch break.
More feedback.
She explained "major" damage that would cost upwards to 500.00. I called back to ask for pics.
The conversation that followed I did not appreciate especially from a woman to another woman. .I didn't get a "no, I'm not going to provide pics". Instead she described a different scenario. This time around without saying it would be a minor fix, she escribed the steps it would entail to repair what before would have cost $500.00.
Making me come to the conclusion that pics would have shown minor/ less expensive repair than what she had described in the first scenario.. Not certain she was doing her sales pitch or what. Seems to me she would have been caught in a lie should I have been provided the pics that I asked for. I didn't appreciate being told two different stories.
