Dipak was really nice and honest. As far as everything else. I didn t appreciate how I was told by Brandon when I was in Pittsburgh and interested in a 2017 used Corolla model that they had it on hold for me but then sold it soon after. Some other things raised red flags for me (e.g. the dealership wouldn t provide me verbally even with the car invoice over the phone when other dealerships would and would use other sly tactics like the rebates are completely gone on the 2019 models). While that may be true, I have done extensive research and have visited to multiple dealerships and they were upfront with me and told me that Toyota definitely puts a high incentive on new models so salesmen can make their sales quota. The first time I went to visit here in June was really good. Second time not so much these past two days. No one really offered coffee or anything and the place seemed like a ghost town. Also, I felt that a lot of the sales tactics were meant for just making a buck. I purchased my 2019 Toyota Corolla LE model at Cedar Park and am very happy I went there. Got a really stellar deal and the customer service was on par.
