I admit I had tried other automotive shops b/c dealerships always seem to be higher priced for things like oil changes. RR Toyota always provided good service, but I'd been trying to save money. However, today I went to RR Toyota for a repair/replacement that another auto shop told me repeatedly that I needed to get done. RR Toyota ran the diagnostics and found NO issues at all that needed attention. They even checked tires and lug nuts (just in case) to make sure all was good/safe. They saved me at least $600 in unnecessary repairs and more importantly, they gave me PEACE OF MIND. Service staff Sally Hulbert was really knowledgeable, sympathetic, and very clear about explaining before and during the appointment. She had to leave and Mario gave me the last briefing. Definitely earned my trust and my business.
