Well, after visiting OTHER dealerships, being put in the little room, repeatedly initialing price offers that had to be reviewed by one level of manager and then another, killing hours in the process, and finally being told they couldn't sell at that price WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY OUR EXPERIENCE AT ROUND ROCK TOYOTA.

Gary Waltshire and the rest of the sales staff made the overall shopping, negotiating, closing, and out-the-door process minimally stressful.

Not only did they offer a great trade-in price and best price on the used vehicle we were considering they also showed us the value proposition of considering a new vehicle.

The knowledgeable, professional, personable, casual, friendly, no pressure manner demonstrated by everyone we interacted with was refreshing to say the least.

This is an unsolicited review. I bought my new 2017 Tacoma from Round Rock Toyota on March 25, 2017.
