Most recent visit was terrible. Had an appointment at 11am. Made it there 5 mins before. Stood around for 10 minutes until someone came to assist me. There wasn't a lot of cars in the bay. Exactly three when I arrived. Was there for my 55k service. Which included oil change, rotation, top off fluids, and the courtesy check they do. So why did it take two hours...... I got fed up with waiting went and asked what's the hold up. The lady who checked me in had no clue I was still there. Got on her Computer to see what's my status. Couldn't find anything. Called to the back nothing. Then said she would go back to see what's going on. 5 minutes later she came back and tells me there finishing up the car. But still couldn't explain, why this took two hours. And I had an appointment. Been here numerous times. And have never waited this long for the 3, I'll give them 4 things they did to my car. I had to have a radio replaced a few months ago. I was in and out within an hour.
