Richie is the man. He came up and was nice and polite the ENTIRE time. We were having trouble with our pump not working and water being backed up. Richie and his partner Luis were both calm, polite and did not rush us at all. They did a fantastic job getting all the water out of the tank and did not create a mess. He explained to me what the situation was and what we needed to do. I give him a 5/5 stars. Thanks so much Richie and Luis!
