We had a pipe separate in our basement. Even though it was a simple repair, they explained everything to us in detail, helped us turn the water back on to our house, advised us on some other issues we are likely to encounter soon, and were overall VERY nice and helpful! They also were available quickly which was great since it was an emergency situation.
