Michelle Y. was extremely helpful and able to have help to us within an hour of contacting her. Our Service Pro was Jason B. and he was very knowledgeable (thoroughly explaining the situation to me). He was able to quickly identify the issue and had it fixed with us up and running within hours of his arrival. We will definitely contact Rooter Plus for any of our future plumbing needs.
